The location is absolutely brilliant, the staff are wonderfully friendly, and the manager went above and beyond to look after us throughout our entire stay.We were thrilled to be upgraded to pool-view rooms, and they made sure our whole family was kept together, which made our trip even more special. It’s one of those places where it’s more than a hotel, it was like a second home to us. Alessandro (the hotel manager and main man) became a close friend by the end of our stay. Then the owner, Mr. Richards and his son Pierluigi were simply the nicest people you could ever meet. We had excellent service from both Francesco’s (barman and chef). I’m a very hard man to please when staying somewhere because I’ve always been used to luxury. Puglia is one of those places that doesn’t really do luxury, but what they do have is stunning locations and a slower more rustic, traditional way of life. Alessandro helped me organise my trip and each day me and my family had something fun to do. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend staying here.

The breakfast selection definitely needs some improvement but that’s just because I’m fussy.

This was the PERFECT spot in Puglia! Great location, not very far from anywhere we wanted to go! Our 2 rooms were pristine - very comfortable, great air conditioning, everything we could want. The atmosphere was exceptional - it felt like walking into a spa upon arrival. We received constant communication from Alessandro and his staff before and during our trip, including an invitation to watch the World Cup Final from their rooftop restaurant our first evening. The value was great - it was recommended we get 2 adjoining rooms for optimal comfort for our family of 3, and we don’t regret the investment based on the value we got one bit! Morning breakfasts with the seaside view were amazing. The little town was wonderful for dinners, crowd watching, gelato, and wine! Probably the best part of our stay was the attentiveness of Alessandro’s staff. Anything we wanted, they delivered. Transportation from the train station and back to the airport. Car service to a restaurant. Renting a car for a day. Beach club or Masseria reservations. Laundry. There wasn’t one thing they couldn’t accommodate, and made us feel taken care of no matter how many times we asked for help. I would stay here again as our Puglia base again in a heartbeat, and would recommend anyone else to do the same!

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Bianco Riccio and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful part of Puglia. The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout, with stylish, comfortable rooms that were kept spotless. We really appreciated the complimentary bottled water replenished each day – a thoughtful touch, especially during the summer heat. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. It was particularly nice to see the manager visible every day, taking the time to check in with guests and ensure everyone was enjoying their stay. That personal attention made a real difference. The pool area is lovely, with a relaxed atmosphere and attentive bar staff who were always on hand for drinks and snacks. Breakfast offered a good selection and was an enjoyable start to each day. The only small improvement would be if all menu items were included, rather than some being available at an additional charge. The location is excellent for exploring the stunning Adriatic coastline and nearby towns such as Ostuni, Monopoli and Polignano a Mare. Having free on-site parking was another big advantage and made getting around very easy. Overall, a beautiful hotel with excellent service in a great location

We just left after five days. We travelled all over the region and stayed here. I can see why it’s #1. Even before we arrived they arranged our rental car and a pick up from our hotel in Sorrento. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very accommodating. Anything we needed they were there. Our room was totally good with a balcony overlooking the pool. Pool area and gym were both great too. We would definitely stay here again.

Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist äusserst gepflegt. Das Personal ist freundlich. Der Aufenthalt im Hotel hat uns soweit gut gefallen, dennoch sehen wir einiges Verbesserungspotential in den Serviceleistungen.

Wir sind Vielreisende und haben doch einige Serviceangebote vermisst, welche in Hotels dieser Kategorie üblich sind. Im Hotel Bianco Riccio verbrachten wir 7 Nächte. Wir hätten es geschätzt, wenn wir täglich eine Wasserflasche aufs Zimmer bekommen hätten, eine Wasserflasche gab es lediglich beim Anreisetag. Etwas frisches Obst zur Begrüssung würden wir ebenfalls als Standard bei einem gehobenen Hotel betrachten, auch diese kleine Aufmerksamkeit fehlte. Ebenso hätten wir ein vielfältigeres Frühstückbuffett geschätzt, ein frischer Orangenjus und diverse zubereitete Eierpeisen sollten ebenfalls im Preis enthalten sein, das war jedoch nicht so. Die Annehmlichkeiten im Bad (Wattepads, Ohrstäbchen…) sollten ebenfalls täglich aufgefüllt werden, auch dieser Service scheint uns verbesserungsfähig. Ebenso wäre es wünschenswert, wenn das Servicepersonal regelmässiger Getränkebestellungen rund um den Pool entgegen nehmen würde.

Me and my friend shared a room here for 5 nights and it was a fantastic stay. The rooms were clean and modern. The pool view we had was very cute as well. The hotel manager Alessandro helped organize the transfers to and from the hotel / airport and their hotel driver Omar was amazing and drove us 2-3 times everyday!! We utilized his services rather than renting a car and worked out well. The breakfast that is included in the rate is wonderful and their rooftop overlooking the town is gorgeous. Definitely will be back and already miss it.

We spent ten days at this lovely hotel celebrating our wedding anniversary. The hotel is in an upmarket seaside hamlet and ideally situated to visit all the major sites. There is a pretty habour with excellent seafood restaurants within a couple of minutes walk, Alessandro and the team were all very welcoming. BA lost one of our suitcases for three days. The reception team went above and beyond trying to track it down for us and provided assistance with buying clothes to tide us over. We were upgraded to a sea view room when Alessandro found out about our anniversary. Breakfast is served in the roof top restaurant and offered a great selection of food . We were so glad to have found this hidden gem and will certainly be back soon.

Sehr grosszügige Zimmer, Meerblick wunderbar, unbedingt empfehlenswert; Frühstück und Apéritif auf dem Dach (Rooftop) ist genial. Grosszügiges Angebot am Frühstücksbuffet sogar für Glutenintoleranz. Das Nachtessen im neu eröffneten Restaurant ist sehr gut, der Koch geht auf individuelle Wünsche ein. Das gesamte Personal ist äusserst aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, eine sehr familiäre und professionelle Atmosphäre.

Wonderful stay at the Bianco Riccio. It was the perfect base from where to explore Puglia. The staff was very helpful, making restaurant reservations, suggesting local experiences, etc.

The breakfast was exceptional! Not only did they have a large buffet of fruit, pastries, cold cuts and cheeses, but they also offered made to order eggs and bacon. They also made coffee drinks of our choosing. The room faced the ocean and had a big balcony! Just what we were looking for in our room. The view was spectacular!

They could have provides bedside water and robes. A Nespresso machine in the room would have a wonderful upgrade.

When we arrived, we were greeted by Alessandro(the manager) and reception staff with a glass of Prosecco (nice touch). We had booked a deluxe suite, and Alessandro upgraded us to a deluxe ocean view suite which was lovely! The staff of the hotel: from manager, to reception, restaurant crew, and cleaning personnel were all exceptional. The breakfast buffet was great- ( on the top floor with an outstanding 360-degree view)! We got many great tips for local restaurants - they also made several reservations for us - first class service!

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit toller Atmosphäre! Alles ist sehr sauber, das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das hochwertige Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse – einfach himmlisch! Frische, leckere Früchte, guter Kaffee und alles, was das Herz begehrt. Sehr ruhig gelegen, perfekt zum Entspannen. Der Pool ist klein, aber fein, und die Betten sind äußerst bequem. Das Zimmer war groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet – rundum zum Wohlfühlen!

As far as we are concerned the hotel was perfect. Difficult to find anything we didn't like, however, perhaps guests staying for a longer period of time, might appreciate a greater selection of cereals.

Wow! We were seriously impressed by Bianco Riccio hotel. Possibly the happiest hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff were exceptional, every single one. The manager was always around & attended breakfast every morning to chat to clients. Reception staff were so friendly & helpful. They booked us restaurants, they booked us trains, taxis & got us a hire car. Nothing was too much trouble. A lovely breakfast was served in the top floor resteraunt. Again the serving staff got to know clients preferences & anticipated their needs. The domestic staff were equally friendly & professional & everywhere was very clean. The hotel has a nice pool with a lunchtime cafe & bar. It is near to many beach clubs . The village itself is small & mainly characterized by a succession of very classy fish restaurants, all of which we found very good. People come from outside the area to dine at these resteraunts. A short drive away we visited the large archeological site of ancient Egnazia which was very interesting. We also visited the beautiful hill town of Ostuni & the city of Lecce, known as the Florence of the South. Altogether we had a great introduction to the Puglia area of Italy.

Stayed there to attend a wedding in the area. The hotel was really. We got beach see view with a large balcony. The breakfast on the floor floor with views of both mountains and the sea. The pool was nice and relaxing to use during dag. The staff was very helpful in reservations and providing us with ideas to spend our time between wedding parties. We left before breakfast time, since they know that from night before they helped us with to go box and arranged a taxi Thank you

We’ve just returned from a lovely week in Savelletri. Puglia is absolutely gorgeous – simple, authentic, and beautifully Italian. This little fishing village was the perfect setting for our mother/daughter break in mid-September: perfect sunshine, good food, a clean and stylish hotel, and a delightful seafront stroll to several perfect (nicely simple) restaurants serving fresh pasta, shellfish, and seafood at very reasonable prices. There’s even a local beach club if you fancy a day sitting by the ocean with a bit of beach club vibe. The hotel itself is one of the best in the village. The accommodation was spotless and spacious, with large rooms, generous wardrobes (with plenty of hangers!), and balconies. Views of the sea and mountains at breakfast are breathtaking. Great pool area with sunbed. Strangely we’d booked a “mountain view” room by default (the option if you don’t pay for sea view), but in reality didn’t get one. It didn’t spoil our stay, but it was odd to be told to expect it and then not receive it. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide selection plus eggs cooked to order. Lunch options at the pool bar were limited but perfect for us – fresh salads and light snacks. For a bigger meal, restaurants along the seafront were just a short stroll away. The hotel doesn’t serve dinner, though reception can arrange delivery if you want to eat in. The staff were exceptional with special mention to Azzura who just couldn’t help us enough and was exceptionally friendly and genuinely interested in making sure we were having a great time. From breakfast service, pool bar staff to the wonderful reception team, every request was handled brilliantly – whether booking restaurants, arranging trips, informed recommendations on local masserias or suggesting other places to visit. They were efficient, helpful, and genuinely lovely. They really made our trip very special. Minor niggle: most plug sockets in our room didn’t work properly with either local plugs or UK adaptors. Overall, we were delighted with the hotel and would happily give it 5 stars. However… The real downside of Savelletri was transport. Without a hire car, getting around was unexpectedly difficult as there are very few taxis in the area. When booking we had carefully considered the proximity to local towns knowing that we would want to venture beyond the local port at least a few times during our stay and taxi journeys really weren’t looking that far. Unfortunately, taxi drivers charged a fortune. Journeys cost us at least double if not treble what we had paid in Rome: €110 for a return trip to Monopoli (just 20 minutes away), and €150 for a one way 40-minute airport transfer (more than London prices by far). Over six days we spent nearly €500 on taxis – each trip far more than we spent on dinner with wine! And we only went on two excursions and two trips to the airport. This definitely limited our options. On talking to other hotel guests we heard that any taxis in the area were expensive even those ordered privately. It left a bitter taste and, honestly, would stop us from returning to this otherwise lovely hotel and village. Be prepared either to hire a car meaning someone always has to drive or face very expensive taxi rides.

It was a great pleasure to stay at Bianco Riccio Suite Hotel. The hotel rooms and accommodations are nice, very clean and comfortable. The staff and management is very attentive and prepared to help with all your additional requests such as taxi, rental car, restaurants,… there are plenty of nice restaurants walking distance and the view from the hotel rooftop (for breakfasts and evening cocktails) is magnificent. Within 30 minutes drive you can visit all nice towns and places of Puglia region.

Such a perfect place to relax. The Spa was lovely that I enjoyed. Everything was so clean and the staff always helpful. I would highly recommend the place. I am definitely coming back. Thank you to all the team members for making my stay so nice.
