Excellent stay, highly recommend a stay for Munnar. The food was excellent.

They can improve on side seeing options.

We liked the staff service primarily as they were quick and warm... Breakfast spread was awesome and evening hi tea along with infinity pool was a good experience...

With respect to room, the size of wardrobe can be improved and hair dryer needs a change as it is vibrating a lot.... Power cut was there which is understandable as it's hill station but every time to restart the movie we watched TV after power cut was a slight annoy... This is not having any impact on eating. My main concern was Drivers accommodation as there was no blanket, water for my driver... This could have been made better... Already they are staying at the bottom, on top of it no signal which is understandable but basics like blanket needs to be provided for complete stay and not make driver to request and wait for it.. first day he couldnt sleep as there was no blanket... Water is mandatory... That is basic....

Schöne Lage. Balkon mit Blick auf den Wasserfall. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Schöner Pool. Tolles Buffet mit riesen Auswahl.

Das Bett war zu weich. Es kommt gelegentlich zu Stromausfällen und auch das Internet funktioniert nicht immer zuverlässig. Kein Alkoholausschank. Aber das ist kein wirkliches Problem. Man kann einfach selbstmitgebrachtes auf dem Zimmer bzw. Balkon genießen.

Reception was excellent escpecially the staffs ajuth and shweta was so professional and very courteous.We are very happy with the stay

The staff were really friendly, particularly in the restaurant. Great food, lovely clean rooms and bathrooms and great views. There are entertainments provided aimed at smaller children and the afternoon tea in the rooftop was a real highlight.

For us it was a little remote and we found it difficult to plan activities which tend to be half-day trips at least a 20 minute drive away. Though, that is not necessarily the hotels problem, we should have spent more time planning!

Highly recommended for a romantic getaway. We had gone for our wedding anniversary and stayed in one of the Honeymoon Rooms (Room 404). These rooms are designed for a spectacular view of Auttukad Waterfall as well as the surrounding tea gardens. The rooms as well as the balcony have a 270 degree view as they are all corner rooms. Other than the view, what stands out at this hotel is the quality of service. From the initial welcome, to the reception, restaurant staff, rooms service etc, the managers and staff are extremely friendly, helpful and professional. My only negative as far as this hotel is concerned is that they do not serve alcohol / have a bar and they do not serve pork, which I miss especially at breakfast.

Blanket Hotel & Spa is blessed with one of the most breathtaking views I’ve ever experienced. Being surrounded by clouds and waking up to mist-covered mountains felt magical. The location alone is worth visiting, and the scenery is truly unforgettable. However, while the views deserve 5 stars, the service unfortunately does not match the standard expected from a luxury property. The overall hospitality and responsiveness could be improved significantly. The food was another disappointment for us. After eating at the hotel, we felt bloated and uncomfortable for almost two days, which affected our overall experience. The pool area is beautiful, but it was constantly crowded during our stay, making it difficult to relax or enjoy a proper swim. Overall, if you’re looking for spectacular views and a unique experience in the middle of the clouds, Blanket Hotel & Spa delivers. But in terms of service, dining experience, and amenities management, there is definitely room for improvement.

Had an amazing stay at Blanket Hotel & Spa, Munnar! The views were breathtaking, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Munnar. Highly recommended a special thank you to f&b service team who are increasibly good special mention to bibin, mathew, alan, shilpa And many more but i don’t remember thier names.

It was a pleasant stay here. We had lot of sessions and activities for yoga, nature walk, cooking session, fire show, chocolate molding. Swimming pool is temperature controlled so it was relaxing. Food was amazing. Breakfast buffet was really good. Staff was very polite. Special mention to Ajith and Mr Sonu. There wasn't any water in the falls on June 15th. But still it was pleasant stay. We went with family. Night Sky view was beautiful with pretty stars.

The hotel is located on a very special spot right next to the Attukad waterfall which makes it have a very cool view. The food in the hotel had an amazing taste.

1. One of the pillows in the room smelled like used oil. made me feel very bad 2. The room we stayed at had the pool area right above it, where there are small pebbles on the ceiling of the room . each step over this pebble made a sound of scratching. 3. Right after the stay I had a very bad food poisoning which lasted for 4 days. it was the only place i ate for 2 days before the pain started.

Fantastic location and view ! Exceptional breakfast, with a very large choice of Indian and international options. The swimming pool is breathtaking. Lots of activities, and good location to walk around.

The balcony room is very comfortable and has a fantastic view of the valley and tea plantation. The breakfast buffet has everything you could want and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. It was one of the best hotels we stayed at on our Indian adventure.

The service at Blanket hotel was fantastic. There was complimentary morning and afternoon yoga and a range of evening activities at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The staff organised a driver to take us to and from the property from Kochi. The food was very tasty with a wide range of options for both breakfast and dinner (we ate lunch outside the hotel). It is very picturesque with lots of cute photo spots around the property. I would definitely stay here again!
