It represented value for money and the pool area was nice and clean. We were there for 5 days and it was nice for a quick get away. Noise was not an issue initially but large groups arrived during the week and made it a little crowded.

The whole complex needs to be updated. The rooms are quite dated decor wise, the air con only worked in the bed room. The kitchen area lacked the basics. The pool bar was very scant and the options on offer food and drinks wise were very sparce and food was not fresh.

There’s no music outside would make it a better atmosphere! Bar/restaurant was bad as most things not available. Bar needs a massive revamp

El alojamiento estaba muy bien ubicado y personal increíble pero es cierto que en la limpieza le faltaban detalles y cosas sin limpiar.

Las sartenes que solo hay una y se quedaba toda la comida pegada.

This was so bad. We booked based on pics and discovered it was nothing like the pics. One bedroom room smelled like sewage, the air con was broken in the other bedroom and we had to pull the mattresses into the common area. The photos are very deceiving!

Nada más llegar al bajar a la piscina las escaleras muy muy sucias, telarañas y polvo por todos lados. El apartamento muy deteriorado y sucio. La habitación sin aire acondicionado, bueno si tiene pero uno muy viejo que no funciona. La habitación se nos quedó cerrada porque el pomo estaba roto, eso si lo solucionó el de mantenimiento( que por cierto muy amable).

The didn’t give you change in the bar area, they wanted €300 deposit, said you couldn’t use card to pay deposit so would be given euros back on the last day, lied about if you paid deposit using card it wouldn’t return to you for 3 months but it came back the same day as check out

Zeer Vriendelijk personeel het is dicht bij het strand 15 min tevoet, winkelcentrum tegenover veel mogelijkheden de plaats is echt TOP

De foto's zijn outdated het was een vrij oud hotel en is aan renovatie toe. De toilet bleef lopen ik heb dit aan de receptie gemeld en er werd niks aan gedaan gelukkig waren er 2 deuren tussen de toilet en de kamer dus ik heb er snachts geen last van gehad.

Le lit était très propre mais quand au reste de la chambre c'est une autre histoire, chambre pas aspirée à notre arrivée, des taches de ketchups sur l'armoire de la cuisine, problème de remonter d'odeur de l'évier de la cuisine.

L’état de l’appartement était médiocre, la douche était moisie, la plaque de cuisson ne fonctionnait pas nous avons perdu 2h à faire intervenir le staff, de plus le lit n’était pas stable, les nuits passés étaient juste horrible, l’ensemble de l’appartement était très vieillot. Franchement pour un hôtel 4 étoiles c’est juste décevant et nos vaux clairement pas le prix.

Las instalaciones son antiguas , no tiene mucho que ver con las fotos ( las fotos de las habitaciones están editadas ) . La limpieza fatal . También sufren de olor de cañerías muy fuerte sabiendo lo que se . No sería mi opción número uno

Location is very accessible, big shopping mall is just accross the road. Walking distance away from the beach and city center.

Very hard to say

Very outdated interiors, smell of the bathroom from sewers was dreadful. The furniture was old and used. The shower was hanging off the wall, no towels were changed had to go and ask for them after 3rd day. Stains on bathroom sink and bath were horrid. Children both complained that the pull out beds were very hard. The kettle and toaster were very yellow and dated. The ants on the kitchen units on the last day. We didn’t have any food out or doors opened so we don’t know where they came from. The front door you could visibly see had been broken in that many times which worried both me and my husband with a young family. On our last night, a couple from Another room had a domestic, no staff member came to sort the situation. This went on for a number of hours. We checked out early at 6am straight away and won’t be back.

The shower holder was broke ,the toilet was leaking, and the fridge was leaking and the door would not close

Location of room was excellent as I was disabled and was situated near lift also near exit overall loved the room

One of rooms didnt have a working air conditioning unit unfortunately but we eventually got fan for room, that's the only problem we encountered

La propreté est à revoir, nous sommes tomber sur un gros cafard, les serviettes, les rideaux, les coussins de canapé étaient sales. La douche était dans un état catastrophique. Le canapé, le tissu était noir de saleté au lieu de être bleu. Il y avait de la moisissure. Des cheveux accrocher sur les murs de salle bain. Des taches d’urine sécher sur le réservoir des toilettes.

Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küchenausstattung ist schlecht - Schneidebrett, kleines scharfes Messer, Sparschwein, Müslischüsseln und normale Gläser haben uns gefehlt. Das Schlafsofa ist unbequem. Die Poolzeiten sind schlecht (9-19 Uhr).

L’emplacement proche d’un centre commercial, une belle piscine mais pas propre sur les abords et à l’intérieur, le jardin, le lobby, la chambre spacieuse. Les dames de l’accueil qui tentent de répondre aux demandes faites.

Le manque d’hygiène et de propreté, la vétusté des équipements, la fuite d’eau dans la chambre, la climatisation ancienne qui envoie des glaçons, le mobilier cassé et non remplacé, la saleté de la piscine autant dans l’eau que sur les abords et notamment près du bassin des enfants, le bruit des jeunes anglais autour de la piscine ou qui reviennent de soirée, ce n’est pas un hôtel pour familles et surtout pas pour se reposer !!

The guys at the bar were nice and accommodating. Also the receptionists were helpful.

The bed was two single beds, made up as single beds and just pushed together. One of the beds was about two inches higher of the other bed, which was old and rickety. Myself and my girlfriend had to wrestle the tucked in sheets in between our two beds so we could feel like we were actually in the same bed. It was the worse bed I have ever experienced. The patio was not fit for purpose. It was extremely narrow, barely enough room for the plastic table. Which meant we had to squeeze between the patio doors and the table just to sit in the opposite chair. It was a shambles. The WiFi in the hotel was poor. The housekeepers are around about 4 times a day trying to get into your room. It's too much. This is all because there was no signage available to put on your door to ask not to be disturbed etc. The area surrounding the hotel is pretty much all run down buildings and scorched earth. There is nothing fresh in the bar. It is all syrups, cordials and packaged juice. The only thing that was good was the beer. Probably because everything else tasted artificial. And the bar and the pool area shuts at 7pm every evening. The pool area is very dirty during the day. There is ONE ashtray poolside and it's at the entrance to the toilets. No ashtrays to be scene anywhere else so just as you would imagine, there are cigarette butts everywhere, even in the plant pots. The bathroom in our room was pretty run down. It reminded me of the scene in the Inbetweeners movie. The grout on the tiling was dark brown in a few large patches. The shower fixer was on its last legs and pretty much hanging on to the wall by a thread. The pump for the shower gel was all rusted inside and it didn't work, so no surprise there. My advice is to not book this hotel under any circumstances.
