The location.
The bathroom floor had dirty marks on it. Mouldy mastic around the bath. Scuff marks on the wall under the TV.
Excellent. Very good choice.

Room was great more than what I expected
Parking wasn’t explained well so I didn’t get the cheaper rate.
The location and infrastructure was amazing - All service, food spaces was so good too. Hope I have reason to stay at the hotel again soon.
Nothing
Immaculate hotel that is in an excellent location with easy parking although expensive for two days
Nothing. Apart from the air conditioning in the room that was difficult to control
Clean, efficient and decent facilities and quality. Lots of restaurant choices within a short walk.
Great location, nice rooms
It would be nice to go to an independent restaurant rather than the chains nearby
Loved the location Very comfortable bed Powerful shower Lovely staff from receptionist to bar staff
Nothing much I don’t like ! but our kettle wasn’t working in our room so we couldn’t have a morning cup of tea ! But I mentioned it upon checking out and I’m sure they would have replaced it asap !!
Easy access, bed comfortable, very clean and tidy Good value
Great value. Clean and comfortable
Nice sized room
Comfy bed
Best location. Perfect Room. Always a comfortable stay here
Nothing
Facilities in room were good, having stayed here a few times i though all of the corridors overlooked the pitches (I know some rooms do, but never been in one of those), however the other 3rd floor (I think) corridor the walk to the room just isn't quite as nice without the view, very minor.
Was told unable to charge restaurant to room, must speak to restaurant, spoke to restaurant staff who called reception as absolutely able to charge to room, reception no idea what is what
I liked thè info you text to me
room is excellent. I stayed in a Corner king room with pitch view on the 4th floor. Brilliant view of the pitch and the room is outstanding. Food and staff are also excellent throughout the hotel. Just be wary of walking a long way!!
Signage!! Hotel lifts still advertise a Marco Pierre White restaurant that closed down 2 years ago!! However, the Pitchside restaurant is excellent with great food and atmosphere.
Very good stsy comfy great welcoming staff
Nothing
Staff very nice and friendly. Helpful.
It’s around the stadium. Some rooms were v tired looking and need an upgrade. Paint scratched off wardrobe etc.
Room great as got offered upgrade on arrival, AC in room, very clean and comfortable , texts from staff was useful as needed extra towels and tea bags, milk etc
There were no coookie's left when we arrived and then when we came back the next day to ask as advised by staff there were none available again
Location
Parking fees The bed was noisy (springs) and uncomfortable.
The room was nice, good location and it had a gym.
Breakfast was good it’s just you think it can be better for the price paid.
Easy access to Bletchley Park, great value. Great view over MK Dons pitch. Lots if choice for breakfast.
Should have asked for either a further or firmer pillows.
Good location. Comfortable bed.
Room was 5 mins walk from lift. Despite it being a quite Tuesday... No toothbrush in bathroom. Told to get from reception. A 10-min round trip. No smart tv in 2026...No netflix, youtube, etc No walk in shower. Shower was in the bathtub. Classy.
Great Food. Rooms & staff were great too , all round very good
It was a bit of a trek to the rooms , but that's because I didn't do enough research. Not a major issue
Fantastic hotel great staff perfect location

Everything. The lactation was good and walking out the room and seeing the football pitch view was amazing
Great location very clean and spacious room

Great Location, ample parking, easy check-in, room clean, bed comfy.
My room was a good trek from the lift. My wife said I needed the exercise! 😁
Great stay for an away game. Built into the Mk Dons Stadium
Floods out front and have to wade in if it rains a lot!
Breakfast was very good
Ordered a spaghetti for my husband wasn't asked if he had any allergies. There was no mention of cheese on the meal . However when it turned up it had a big lump og cheddar cheese melted on top . Unfortunately my husband couldn't eat it .how ever there did change it . But obviously we eat separate. Not the end of the world. But if asked any allergies first I would of said cheese . Not complaining but maybe staff could ask in future.plus when did spag bowl have a big lump of cheddar cheese on top 🤔
I like the location. Especially the stadium view from the restaurant .
Long distance from lift to room but was sorted out by the great “Justina”…
Nice room and spacious
I come for reggae land and prices triple for that weekend which is ridiculous. Don’t think hotels or air b&bs should be allowed to do this.
Room
I don’t think l have one
Beautiful room very clean Very helpful and attentive staff
Nothing
Really nice facilities and location
Price due to reggae land even hosted at the bowl
A clean modern hotel with plenty to do nearby. The check in was easy and staff were friendly. When we arrived our TV wouldn’t turn on and within minutes they fixed it. Located in the football stadium with shops and restaurants right next to the hotel. This was our second stay here and not had a bad one yet. The rooms have everything you need from kettle, fridge, ironing board the lot. The beds are comfy and rooms are spacious. Can’t find a much better hotel in Milton Keynes for comfort and location.
The breakfast and position of the restaurant was good
Location was good for Bletchley Park Neal in the restaurant was very good but there are other options close by
Breakfast was chaotic due to the large group of people attending a local competition Staff were struggling to keep up but when we had the food is was good
I was lucky enough to be upgraded and the room was especially spacious and welcoming. I loved the large windows with lost of natural light and the large, comfortable bed. The room reminded me of an upmarket city hotel, with quality finishes and nice additional touches. The bathroom had a heated towel rail, which was great, plus the air conditioning was efficient. The location was perfect for m on my travels as there was always somewhere to get a bite to eat and shop for things I had forgotten to bring. Parking was straight outside.
You might not enjoy this hotel if you aren't fit as the walk to my room, for instance, was really long. No good if you forget something and need to return to your room ! However, I think its something to note, that because of its unusual design, set around the perimeter of the stadium, you might need to request a room close to the lifts. I was so happy with my room, it wasn't an issue for me.
Excellent location 👍
Nice rooms and restuarant 👍
Staff and facilities were great
The fridge was dirty but everything else was great so wasn't worth making a fuss about

This was our second time staying at the DoubleTree, and overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We’ve never had any major issues here, and whenever there has been something that needed sorting, it has always been manageable. Before our stay, I had requested a room away from the doors in the hallway and mentioned some “restrictions” I have. I knew the doors would possibly be opening and closing frequently throughout our stay. I completely understand that the hotel couldn’t guarantee this, as that was made clear to us, and they did say they would do their best to accommodate my needs. Unfortunately, we were allocated a room right next to the doors. Our room was also quite a long walk from the entrance, especially after walking around 40 minutes from the MK Bowl, but it is what it is That said, there were lots of positives. The air conditioning was brilliant, the pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the bed was too. Being able to bring food back from outside the hotel was also really convenient, especially as we got back quite late! Booking was straight forward and fast. Staff were friendly and security also, that were on the doors when we returned from the prodigy. We also didn’t realise that there was a football match and a obviously definitely weren’t aware a wedding taking place on the same day as our stay, so the hotel was noticeably busier and a little noisy when we returned around 11–11:30pm. However, it wasn’t a major issue, and I appreciate that these were special events taking place at the hotel. Overall, we had another enjoyable stay and I would definitely recommend the DoubleTree to others. We’d happily stay here again!

Rooms are nice but dynamic pricing must have been at play as had to pay £392 for a room which was £61 the next night. Just because The Prodigy were on at the Bowl.
The price
The location was excellent.
There was moths in our room.
The shower was amazing and the breakfast hit the spot
Hotel was in walkable distance to the MK Bowl. Reasonable priced with plenty of shops and eateries surrounding it. Staff were exceptionally polite, friendly and professional. Warm cookies upon check in which I loved. Room was easy enough to find, decent parking, fantastic breakfast with a view overlooking the pitch.
Convenient and clean
Request for a room change due to early start ignored
Spacious room, clean, modern. Good facilities.
Bed was a bit small. AC very cold
Staff were fantastic at check in, really friendly and set the tone for a great stay.
Nothing.
Hotel is not walking distance from town, although a bus service is available and takes 20 minutes or an Uber ride takes 5 minutes and costs approx 10 EUR each way. However nearby they had plenty of shops and places to eat. Upon arrival was warmly greeted and put in an upgraded room, however the room had no operational aircon, when asking at reception they said they were not aware of the issue, even though the room had a fan in it (wonder why?)- the person dealing with me was a bit defensive although calmed down after few minutes. Then they shifted me to a new room downgraded in size, in total I unpacked, repacked, unpacked and walked 10,000 steps between the rooms! So not a good start! The hotel is wrapped around a football stadium. The room itself was good, had tea and coffee facilities, a view out to a car park! Was clean and functional - everything worked! Still am baffled why Hilton does not have international plugs in their rooms! Two bottles of water were provided on arrival which were not replenished despite being a diamond Honors member. The bar was welcoming and nice place to chill out, breakfast was indeed very good with plenty of choice and a lovely view out to the stadium. Check out was easy. Price was good. So apart from the location and initial room merry go round ! The rest was Hilton standard set up.
Staff were fantastic on front desk, breakfast staff and the housekeeper were very lovely and welcoming.
The long walk to my room from the lift lol
Location
Rooms are old and need refreshing
Firmer pillows
Convenience and central location
Prices were yo yo'd, so not if we were offered the best deal.
The location of the hotel was great. Breakfast with a view of the pitch. Staff couldnt of been more helpful.
Only issue was the A/C was not working. The hotel staff promptly brought fans, so helpful.
The two bedroom family room was lovely. A family can stay safely, entering through one door but having two bedrooms with their own doors linked by an inner corridor. The receptionists were welcoming and friendly.
It’s unfortunate that the layout (round MK Dons stadium) means that your room can be a bit of a route march from the lift. Restaurant service was very slow. It costs extra to park your car. We have stayed there before and will more than likely stay there again, so none of these “problems “ are insurmountable.
V uncomfortable bed.

Great hotel always clean polite staff can’t ask for much more really
The staff, location and the hotel were brilliant. Food again was very good both dinner and breakfast were very good
The staff, location and the hotel were brilliant. What made my stay bad on this occasion was people running along the corridor banging on doors people slamming doors early hours of the morning and people shouting and swearing at all times of the night. Made my stay on this occasion very restless which ruined the events I was there taking part in due to being kept up half the night
The distance between my room and the lift
The breakfast was great which was why we chose a Doubletree Hilton. It was a great location for us to visit Bletchley Park.
The location was ideal for what I needed
The breakfast wasn't cooked, the staff were extremely rude
Modern hotel, pleasant and helpful staff
Room was a long walk away as they are built around the periphery of the stadium. Parking was a bit of a hassle as well.
Location was great, easy to get to, only downside it can be quite a walk to some of the rooms if you have a bag and aren't super mobile, but otherwise everything else was great and we would use this hotel again
See above point about distance to some rooms
Had to wait and wait to check in. I have a disability and had just come of the train and needed to get settled. More than 3 times I had to ask about check in
Waiting The bed had been well used and wasn't comfortable. £300 for one night's stay and it differently not worth it.
Nice staff
Room was filthy. Bed sheets were dirty. Floor was dirty. Bathroom was clean.
Fantastic family room with unexpected twin bedroom for the children. Bar and reception staff fantastic.
Arrived for breakfast at 9.30am and there was no table made up for 4 people or more. The restaurant had about 15 people eating so there was plenty of room. We sat at a table for 4 and asked one of the young waitresses if the could have the table made up. She said yes no problem, so we went to get our breakfast while she made up the table. When we arrived back at the table notjing had been done and she was stood around chatting. We sat down and tried to catch her eye and after 5 minutes I found another more experienced member of staff who apologised and made up our table instantly...... great job!
Welcoming and friendly staff, great room, fantastic value for money

The location was excellent for our trip to Reggae Land. Staff were very friendly and helpful Georgia booked us in and was lovely.
Views and location was ideal and convenient
Nothing. Everything was splendid
Near National bowl for Reggaeland. Parking great value and convenient.
Bit dark and soulless
Location `was great, bathroom was nice.
receptionist was rude on arrival. Toe/ finger nails on carpet. high price for room quality.
Central location, very easy to get around
£10 per day to park, there should be a concession if you are staying at the hotel
Great location for the event that I went to.
Nothing
The Double Tree by Hilton was fantastic, the stadium view was breathtaking and cleverly built. It was exceptionally clean, rooms were very practical and tidy. Parking was easy and cheap. All amenities within the room were available and the staff were generous, helpful. Well done to housekeeping and security on advice and ensuring we were okay.
Nothing, we had no complaints.
Good location for the festival we attended, friendly staff and clean rooms.
Breakfast was absolutely terrible and the air con in our room wasn’t working.
Location was ideal for Reggaeland as it meant we can walk back at night. There are loads of shops and restaurants nearby too.
Our room was on top of some sort of generator and it was so loud the second night so that was very annoying.
Stayed in the pitchside room, was a nice big room. Comfortable beds and different with the pitch view.

One of my biggest concerns was the layout of the hotel. The guest rooms wrap around the stadium, but there appear to be very few exit routes. Once you’re on the corridor, the only obvious way back is to walk all the way around to the lift you originally came up in. It took around 20 minutes to walk from the lift to our room, and there were no clearly accessible exits along the way. From a guest perspective, this raised genuine health and safety concerns. In the event of an emergency such as a fire, I would not have felt safe relying on a single route back to the lifts. I mentioned this to staff, but my concerns were dismissed rather than explained, which left me feeling even less comfortable. Overall, this didn’t feel like the standard I expect from a Hilton hotel. While it carries the Hilton name, the atmosphere felt dark and dated, more like an underground car park than a welcoming hotel. Parking is available for £10 per night, which is reasonable, but I don’t feel the hotel itself offers good value for money given the overall experience.
This Hotel is amazing, it is entirely surrounding the MKDons Stadium, we are not Football fans but we go when there is not a match so it’s fabulous to see the Pitch being looked after. The rooms either face the Stadium or face outside areas, either way you get a fantastic room. You can walk all the way around and see the Pitch from all angles. The breakfast room is delightful it also faces the Pitch. This doubles up as a bar and dining area if you want an informal dinner. We have been many times now , you can easily get a bus from around the back, taking you to Milton Keynes shopping Malls. Close by there is an Asda, ikea, Marks and Spencer and Next, also many eateries. We love it here!
Very clean, great location, room was well sized and comfortable. Staff very friendly
Location good overlooking the stadium near to shops and restaurants
Having to pay for parking
I was upgraded to a large room, which was amazing and could not ask for more. The downside was that it was the opposite side of the football pitch at the MK Stadium from the entrance to the hotel. The walk was in a corridor all the way around the outside of the main stadium. Breakfast was great – restaurant is nice with great views of the pitch.

It wasn’t clean enough especially the toilet and the air conditioning didn’t work. We switched rooms at midnight because of the heat. Were 33 degrees
