The corner room was nice! I loved the layout of the room. Hotel itself is really nice. The check out staff was really nice, Kayla in particular.

Check in times weren’t great at all. The Check-In hotel staff/employee had a bit of an attitude and couldn’t tell if we had a room when it was clearly in the system, because I called to see if we could get in our room a bit sooner, the room was booked 2.5 weeks in advance. Air conditioning was not the best at all. Room was not cooling off.

Comfortable beds ,good location central for all attractions if you don't want the noise of Broadway... friendly staff.

The breakfast didn't have much options and was not buffet during the week,no cerals choice which we found strange and no safe in the room....other than that it was better than we expected after reading some of the reviews...

It was easy to locate and had clean, comfortable rooms.

When we checked in, our suite had a water leak therefore given an alternative room. To make up for the price, free breakfast was awarded to us. With there being a leak, there was no water, which in itsrlf is not ideal. Luckily, we were heading out!

Steven was awesome! He greeted us with a smile as soon as we pulled up and made everything so easy from start to finish. He was friendly, personable, and took great care of our car. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does because he made everyone feel welcome instead of just treating it like another car to park. Small interactions like that make a big difference, and Steven definitely left a great impression. We really appreciated his kindness and hope he’s recognized for the excellent job he does!

Steven is an outstanding Valet! I appreciate his help with my handicapped wife!

Stopped here for one night and everything went perfectly. Check in was fast, the staff was friendly, and the valet service was great. Steven was extremely helpful and polite. Valet is definitely worth it.

Their speed and efficiency were especially impressive—we never had to wait long for our vehicle, even during a busy time. Their attention to detail and commitment to great customer service really stood out. I would absolutely recommend them and look forward to using their services.

I recently broken my foot and am wearing a cast. I parked in Self Parking last night. When I went to leave this morning the valet, Cameron H asked me for my keys and retrieved my car!! He put my luggage away and wished me a speedy recovery! God bless him. It’s touches like these that make me a lifetime Diamond Member!! Go Hilton!

Micah was amazing! Their hotel was fully booked and I made a mistake with the dates. He went out of his way to make sure we got a room!! Micah needs a raise!! He was wonderful!!!

Steven helped with the check-in process along with getting us a cart for our luggage and whenever we need our car from the valet, he wasable to assist us.

Good hotel excellently located close to both the chaos and fun of downtown (without being close enough to be noisy at night) and to the parks and monuments further out of town. The hotel itself is a very typical business hotel - you get what you expect, nothing more nothing less. The biggest complaint I have is that while the hotel feels quite modern and looks modern from the outside the rooms themselves are very tired. My room had a rattling ancient air conditioning unit and a poorly functioning shower. If you like clean modern rooms then avoid (at least until the hotel renovates).

We drove to the wrong Hilton Garden Inn (the Vanderbilt one) when we traveled in from Kansas City. Right at the garage valet entrance was Steven and he saved us. He immediately looked up the right hotel where we made our reservation and helped me put the directions in my phone. He was so helpful, friendly and I could tell just a very special person. You hit the jackpot when you hired him. I can’t thank Steven enough and good job Hilton Garden Inn.

We visited Hilton Garden Inn Nashville / Vanderbilt and we chose to Valet our car (for the first time ever). The attendant today, Steven, was awesome. He helped us with the website navigation and brought our car to us very promptly and professionally. Thank You for all your help Steven.

This hotel is in a great location if you want to be close to popular sites but a bit removed from the core of the entertainment on Broadway. One thing that stood out was the terrific service offered by the staff valets Matt and Steven. They were prompt, courteous, and friendly! - The best!

I stayed at the Hilton for work meetings, and we met in the hotel. The meeting support (lunch, snacks, etc.) was wonderful. Emad did a great job accommodating us!

Elevator to the garage did not work had to walk

Star was an amazing front desk clerk. Coming in late with small children can be very overwhelming, but Star took great care of us and met us with a warm smile. The rooms are amazing and they smell nice.

This location is convenient to Vanderbilt Medical Center, offers great amenities, and is very clean. Star is an added bonus to the staff and great’s everyone with a warm smile and professionalism.

Had to pay for parking and no free breakfast

Average property, there always seems to be an issue with their A/C, furniture, or something. As an example, I tore clothing because of an exposed bed frame during this last visit. They could have cared less. Stay here for the Valet service. They're great. Matt in particular.

During one of the snowstorms I stayed here, I am a medical provider. A perhaps tan skin toned man in plaid pajama pants and a nutrishop shirt with dark brown shorter curly hair followed me into the elevator in the evening hours. I pressed my floor # and I asked what floor # he needed pushed…he said a number and instantly corrected his choice to my floor pressed already..I immediately got off the elevator on the ground floor, I cannot make this up…he also promptly got off the elevator. I went to the lobby for 15 minutes and went back to the elevator, low and behold he was there. I pretended to look at the pool outside and he waited around until I asked if he needed the elevator-he got on and left. I went and informed the front desk and they laughed and said he worked here…I went to the elevator and got my phone camera out as I went to my room, shoved a chair under the handle to hear if someone tried to come in…didn’t sleep at all that night scared out of my mind. Always be aware of your surroundings, especially here, this could’ve gone a lot differently if I wasn’t. I will never stay here again, even as a diamond member.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Vanderbilt while in town for my 25th high school reunion, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience—specifically because of Deon and Micah. From the moment I arrived, both of them went completely above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of during such a special, busy weekend. Their hospitality, warmth, and professionalism truly set a new standard for customer service. On top of the fantastic service, my room was exceptionally clean—spotless, comfortable, and a welcoming retreat to come back to each night. It’s rare to find a team that pays such close attention to both the big details and the small ones, but Deon and Micah nailed it. They made an already memorable milestone weekend even better. Management, please give Deon and Micah the recognition they deserve! I will definitely be back.

When we arrived, Micah was at the desk waiting and greeted us with a smile. He offered some ideas for things to do and made sure our group was comfortable. His customer service was top tier!! Our rooms were clean quiet and the hotel location was in a great location.

The bathroom was horrible. The shower door was broke and the shower he’s was adjustable so it got water all over my hair. Took a whole day to get toilet paper the sink sprayed water everywhere

Great location to walk into downtown Nashville, clean room and bathroom

The staff were friendly, and the room was a good size with plenty of countertop space. The room was clean, and it was probably the quietest hotel we've stayed in during our visit to Nashville.

The toilet was LOW. As a tall man, that was not pleasant. The bed was also incredibly firm. I know there are those who prefer a firm bed, but had I known, I would have opted for a room with something akin to a pillowtop.

The valet Mekhi W. was very welcoming and kind! He was quick and kept everything in good order! He treated me with respect and made my experience 10x better!
