We rented the 2-bedroom apartment and it was a good choice and practical with kids and grandma along.

Suite was very large with lots of space for a family of five. All clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was lovely and catered to lots of different tastes and the staff were very helpful. The kids loved the pool and the fish pond.

Location next to the beach was great, although the hotel is a reasonable distance from major attractions like Batu Ferrenghi or George Town. Everything was 20/25 mins in a Grab, although they were very cheap. A shame the pool bar was often not staffed so getting a drink was difficult, and alcoholic drinks were relatively expensive.

Alles! Das Personal ist super, das Apartment hatte viel Platz und war sauber. Das Frühstück und Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Am Pool waren wir fast immer allein und es gab extra Poolhandtücher und Poolbar.

Am Strand gab es Quallenwarnung und wir haben uns nicht ins Wasser getraut. Es ging niemand hinein.

The room was not clean. The floor had dust and crumbs all over it. We asked if it could be done again before we settle. It was cleaned again and still we found fluff, hair and dirt on the floor. The hotel also unfortunately has an ant infestation. We had tiny ants in our bathrooms, in our lounge, we saw them in the dining area around the food too.

The room was large and clean.with sea views and lovely deck.

The place seemed without soul, staff not friendly except for the lovely cocktail waitress Devita Pool.closes at 7pm!! We.might want a swim when we return from a hot day out.

Overall, we had a good stay. Check-in was smooth, and our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool was nice, and the housekeeping staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, and kept the room spotless.

There are a few areas for improvement. The beach had no sunbeds or activities, which was disappointing, especially for young teenagers. Breakfast was okay, but some restaurant staff could be more welcoming, as they made us feel uncomfortable by staring at guests and removing plates quick before we finished eating. We were three guests but only received two key cards, and a RM20 deposit was required for a third card, which seemed unnecessary. We were also very disappointed that the room fridge broke down, causing the insulin vials we had stored inside to be ruined. Unfortunately, no compensation or goodwill gesture was offered—not even complimentary transportation to the station. The location also has very limited restaurant options, so we had to rely on taxis to dine elsewhere.

El desayuno está bastante variado. El entorno del hotel es bonito y tiene la parada del autobús en la puerta que hace que el hotel esté perfectamente comunicado

El hotel necesita bastante mantenimiento y renovación. Las instalaciones está algo obsoletas como por ejemplo las cortinas de las habitaciones, las tumbonas de la piscina. El mobiliario en general. La piscina también necesita una renovación Tampoco me gustó que en las fotografías se vea la playa idílica y no nos pudimos ni bañar. El agua es muy turbia, la playa está termendamente sucia. Incluso con cristales y mucho plástico. Me sentí un poco engañado con las fotografías.

Worth for the money. Superb view, strategic location. Overall very satisfied.

Staff friendly, breakfast was fab. Hotel is literally right on the beach which was clean and nice. No complaints about cleanliness or responsiveness of staff.

We asked for a sea view which we technically got, but we had a large fenced off terrace immediately in front of us which we couldn't walk out onto, so we weren't able to enjoy it as we expected. There was no carpet in the room which had hard ceramic tiles on the floor, so we needed to use thongs.

LACK OF STAFF AT FRONT DESK, AFTER CHECK-IN, WE NEED TO WAIT FOR A BELL BOY SINCE THE BELL BOY AND THE RECEPTIONIST IS THE SAME PERSON. He needs to entertain the guest and bring up the guest luggage to the room. Pity him. BREAKFAST NOT IMPROVED FROM THE LAST VISIT 1 YEAR AGO. TO PROVIDE NASI MINYAK IN THE EARLY MORNING IS NOT A GOOD CHOICE AT ALL. MAKE ANOTHER OPTION OF FLAVOURED RICE THAT IS COMMON IN MALAYSIA, SUCH AS FRIED RICE, NASI LEMAK, OR NASI KERABU. NASI MINYAK IS NOT SUITABLE. ALSO IMPROVE THE PORRIDGE TASTE, VERY LACK OF CONDIMENTS.

Sarapan pagi tidak memuaskan, Nasi lemak tidak sedap, sebab ada letak bunga cengkeh dan buah pelaga. Pada hari ke 2, saya makan roti canai tapi karinya terlalu masam.

It was a very pleasant stay. The room size was very nice and the view was great. It had a quiet pool and felt nice and clean.

I did not love the variety at breakfast, and the balcony door also seemed outdated and difficult to open and close. Also the restaurants in walking distance were not a great variety. None of this is too important though if you want a relaxing stay, this is great.

La habitación estaba muy sucia, hasta habían chocolates tiraron debajo de la cama, la cama durisima y las almohadas pésimas. Cuando hacían aseo sólo cambiaban las sabanas y las toallas, no limpiaban las habitaciones. El desayuno horrible, al nivel de que el último día nisiquiera quisimos desayunar. No había jamón, queso ni yogurt y a las 10 am ya no quedaba casi nada. El hotel y la piscina estaban repletas de niños y todo cerraba a las 7-8 de la tarde. Los cócteles carisimos. La playa muy sucia, hasta con vidrios. Tuvimos que dejarles el feedback de que al menos limpiaran su estacio en la playa y la excusa fue de que era pública. No vale lo que cuesta
