Cet emplacement est parfaitement localisé. Nous avons vite trouvé nos bonnes habitudes. Le lit est très confortable et malgré le fait que nous ayons été près de l’ascenseur nous n’avons jamais été dérangé par le bruit.

La seule chose que je reproche à cet hôtel c’est la propreté. Le sol était vraiment sale. Il y avait des cheveux dans toutes les pièces et autour du lavabo de la salle de bain beaucoup de poils de barbe. J’ai passé des lingettes par terre car c’était impossible de marcher pieds nus sans avoir les pieds noirs. Les lingettes elles mêmes étaient noires et témoignaient de ce manque de propreté.

The staff are so helpful and so nice and friendly! The location is great and the facilities are wonderful - loved the hot tubs on the roof!

The elevator is sooooo slooooow and can only fit 3 people at a time. Also, the parking is a bit of a pain as not on site, but it is nearby and easy to access.

La tranquilidad del lugar; no había ruidos ni bullicio. También el servicio del café a toda hora, además de los espacios románticos que brindaron comfort.

El servicio de toallas en el baño. Éramos 3 personas y tuvimos que pedir toallas ya que solo hubo durante los dos días de estancia solo dos toallas de baño y ninguna de mano.

Troppa umidità nella struttura, le camere al piano terra sopratutto sono impraticabili. Avevamo le lenzuola sempre bagnate e ti cambiavano solo le asciugamano, ma solo su richiesta.

Booked last minute after a cruise. Family of 4 with two older sons. They have a suite that was very affordable that had a king bed in one room and two twins in the other. It was perfect and the most eclectic hotel we have ever stayed at! Loved the balcony and people watching! Highly recommend!

All the details that went into the hotel. The artwork is like a museum. The roof decks with baths to soak are surreal with the beautiful views of San Juan.

Parking, and the cleaning people, did good with the exception of not sweeping and mopping, vacuuming the rug, after the beaches, that would of been nice.

Charming hotel in a charming town! Staff was wonderful. I didn't get to check out all the amenities as we were only there to sleep.

The room was extremely cold when we arrived. Has to turn the thermostat way up and it took most of our short time there for it to be comfortable temperature wise. The room was much smaller than I expected but it was still super cute. Bed a tad less comfy than I would prefer.

The spa and tub facilities are too visible, making it awkward if you wanna lay out. There was some sort of bug that I had to kill off the dresser in our room. It was definitely good for one night.

We didn’t appreciate the way we were treated with such Rudeness when we were checking in early morning of June 23. We informed the hotel that we’re going to check in late due to flight delays. Even so, we still pushed through our few days getaway and coming to the island with a positive vibe despite of the flight delays. But to be welcome with extreme Rudeness is very disappointing. As a paying guest we felt Disgusted.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of San Juan - walking distance to everything! The hotel itself was beautiful and felt special. The rooftop amenities were a bonus and the staff and cleaning crew were kind and receptive.

It’s the perfect location to enjoy Old San Juan.

Paint was peeling in the bathroom. The whole bedroom needed some TLC.

I like the vintage decor and spacious room.

The front desk clerk was not welcoming at all and we could barely understand him or the instructions he gave us to our room. It took for us to take two elevators up and down to get to our room. We also speak Spanish fluently so it wasn’t a language barrier issue.

So convenient to everything. Hotel was so unique.

Convenient location in central old San Juan. About a 40 minute walk to the public beach. We also enjoyed the roof top sitting area. Rooms were comfortable and AC worked well.

My first experience with Casablanca hotel was very disappointing to say the least. It was our first trip to Puerto Rico and me and my husband were celebrating our 6th Anniversary these, however it was a short 3 days trip for us. We landed early and wanted to leave our bags in the lobby and explore old san juan but the Receptionist told us that the whole city was going through a water crisis for the last 2 weeks and they were out of running water, which I know is not their fault but failing to communicate with the guests about that is completely their fault.They showed me a text they send that same morning which wasn’t delivered because obviously I was on a flight.I spent so much time finding another hotel last minute and also paid extra booking last minute. They are unprofessional and I would never recommend it to anyone. However we ended up staying at hilton house nearby and they had no water problem and also have a free shuttle everyday taking us around old san juan and the beach and districto tmobile. Hilton house really saved our trip by even letting us check in early. Be careful if you are booking with casablanca because I heard the water problem is not new around here.

We only stayed one night prior to a cruise so we didn’t really explore the property.

La ubicación es muy buena Y los trabajadores de la recepción Son maravillosos.

El hotel está muy abandonado. Las habitaciones tienen falta de iluminacion, las lámparas están rotas y no las cambian . Los Aires acondicionados y los techos de los pasillos se filtran por lo tanto las habitaciones se encharcan de agua. Hubo una situación Bien fea con el agua en todo Puerto Rico pero la administración de hotel no hizo absolutamente nada. Gracias a los trabajadores del hotel que teníamos Dos cubos de aguas al día para bañarnos Luego del enorme calor que hay en todo El País Pues lógicamente Es un clima tropical A la n potencia. En ocasiones había un poquito de agua en las llaves Durante la mañana Y nunca nos avisaron Por lo tanto fue un hallazgo fortuito. Hacen una reparación en el hotel Y nadie te informa que habrán ruidos que te despiertan a las 7:00 am Sólo 1 elevador por torre Por lo tanto si hay algún problema El edificio Se queda sin este elemento tan importante para poder bajar y subir cosas desde y hasta las habitaciones, Pero además los elevadores necesitan urgentemente una reparación capital. Las grietas en las paredes y en las columnas por todo el hotel abundan como si fuera algo muy normal. La concepción O sea la idea es excelente Pero sin un buen manejo económico No le queda mucho tiempo a ese hotel Para operar de manera efectiva. La higiene es bastante buena Pero no existen los restaurantes Porque los cerraron y no sé por qué motivo. Las instalaciones de alrededor del hotel Todas resolvían la situación del agua Pero en el hotel nunca sucedió. Las llaves que te dan para abrir las puertas muchas veces no funcionan Y en el caso nuestro hubo una que jamás funcionó A pesar de que se tuvo que configurar dos veces más. Solicitas cambio de sábanas y nada, Informas de un problema en una habitación En la noche Y al otro día nada.Repito los trabajadores de la recepción son maravillosos y hay un señor de mantenimiento Que tiene barba y que siempre anda con espejuelos que es un ser de luz Constantemente intentando ayudar y bregar Con sus huéspedes.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casablanca and would happily stay here again. The location is hard to beat. It was within easy walking distance of Old San Juan's forts, restaurants, and shops. What we loved most was the hotel's unique character. It felt much more memorable than a standard chain hotel, with charming spaces and beautiful views of the city. We stayed as a family of four and found it to be an excellent base for exploring Old San Juan. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere perfectly matched the historic charm of the city. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a distinctive Old San Juan experience.

No estaban preparados ya que no había agua. Debieron tener cubos y agua embotellada en las habitaciones. Brindaron un cubo de agua y porque lo pedí en la mañana.

The staff is quite accommodating and full of local details we used.

The fact that there was no running water for the last 2 days we were there was horrible and no backup plan for these types of situations from the hotel..

Escogimos una habitación con balcón que era sumamente pequeño

Had a room with 2 opening doors overlooking the street. Not a cheap room. No problem with noise from the street. On our 3rd night around 10pm the horrible loud noise (music?) started. Looked out on the street and it was quite. The sound was coming from the hotel "ballroom" in the basement. We had to put on our airplane noise cancelling headphones and still we could feel the bass while laying in bed. Hours of no sleep! The next day we complained to the front desk and they were aware that the sound carries up throughout the entire 6 floors. Assured us nothing in the ballroom that night. Wrong, again no sleep. Horrible, just horrible. Can't sleep with headphones on but at least they helped not go crazy with the volume of the noise. Would never stay here again. On a different note, the room looked clean, but the tile floor must never get mopped with a floor cleaner. On the first night we were shocked by our black feet and socks.
