We loved the location, the the accommodations, and the friendly staff. We also appreciated the readiness of the room upon check-in, great communication prior to arrival, and the ability to safely and securely store our luggage after check out.

Lokalizacja hotelu jest genialna wszędzie na spokojnie można iść na piechotę a jak jest już za gorąco to wrócić i odpocząć. Kuchnia z lodówką jest też ogromnym plusem. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna.

We had a beautiful room balcony suite #205 with a balcony and a separate living area. The building is very pretty insides and out. Great central location, we were able to explore all of all San Juan on foot.

It was not the staff’s or hotel’s fault but there was a water shortage in Old San Juan.

Room wasn't ready at check-in time. I received a complimentary bottle of water for their one hour tardiness. I asked for a one hour late check-out and was denied multiple times. Hotel was in a water conservation location, no prior warning was given so I could prepare (other hotels in the area notified their guests prior to their stay and offered free changes and cancellations). Hotels should have cisterns, this is not a b&b. Main feature of hotel was the rooftop which I found out was closed upon arrival. I find this property is lacking in communication skills and empathy with guests. We had messaged on that same day before check-in and there was no mention of any issues with water or partial facility closures. Also, no smoking allowed on the room's huge terrace. Which was the reason I booked the terrace room.. but maybe that was my mistake.

The rooms were clean, elegant, and comfortable. Front desk and housekeeping were exceptional. Location was amazing.

There was little noise insulation inside the room. Could hear everything that was happening outside. That was our only complaint, other than that it was perfect.

The location is amazing. You can walk everywhere in Old San Juan. We had the corner terrace room on the third floor which was amazing. I loved how easy to navigate the stairs were right by our room. There is a basic but nice courtyard and lobby bathroom. The person at the front desk is always very helpful and there is someone there 24 hours so coming and going felt very safe.

The parking situation is challenging. I had planned to park in a close lot that the hotel recommends but it was full. There is no designated paid parking spot for hotel guests so you have to find an open parking garage. We used one close but it was charged hourly and over two nights the cost was close to $70. Not bad for an inner city hotel parking I was just bummed my original plan didn’t work.

The location is in the heart of OSJ, the rooms are very large and comfortable, air conditioning was perfect and you can adjust it in your room.

It’s pricey, however for a special occasion it’s worth it.

Great location…loved the rooftop terrace. Room was spacious and clean.

Location was central. I loved having the terrace with a table and chairs to sit on in the evenings.

I don’t understand the whole idea of adding a resort fee. I would not consider this hotel a resort, but maybe this is an American/ Puerto Rican thing I don’t understand because I haven’t experienced this anywhere else.

We were told we would have two separate bedrooms in our suite and we did not. The hotel staff were rude, more often than not.

The location is excellent. Located in Old San Juan. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely and clean. Good air conditioning.

When I went to adjust the shower head before taking a shower, it came completely off. However, the hotel owner took care of it immediately. He replaced it with another one which worked well. In the middle of the night, a fire alarm went off which was very startling. The alarm may have been faulty. It only stayed on for a moment, but disturbed our sleep.

It was a shame that the rooftop bar was not open during our stay.

the location was excellent, as was the responsiveness of the staff. i had a few questions before arriving and they answered promptly and were very helpful. super helpful on restaurant and salsa dancing recommendations. helpful and attended to me when i couldn't figure out the tv. the AC worked great, good water pressure in the shower, comfy beds and pillows.

We did not have breakfast. The room was comfy and the balcony area was very spacious. The staff was great.

The bathroom lighting is not good. Needs to be much brighter. I’ve never met anyone who said “this bathroom has too much light.”

Mooie kamer met prachtig terras, mét zonnescherm, waardoor je zelfs tijdens tropische regenbuien buiten kan zitten. Keukentje, zitkamer, slaapkamer en badkamer. Leuke (dure) bar op dakterras. Fantastische locatie midden in San Juan, direct naaste kathedraal.

Geen ontbijtmogelijkheid (maar ruim aanbod in directe omgeving). Kamer werd een dag niet geserviced, ook niet nadat ik er om 4 uur een opmerking over had gemaakt. Geen kritiek, maar wel iets om rekening mee te houden: het straatleven in Old San Juan is zéér levendig, dus neem oordoppen mee voor ‘s nachts.

We loved how clean and beautiful it was. Great staff and great location. While the roof top restaurant wasnt open, we were allowed to sit up there and take in the view.

That there were no lights on when we sat at the roof top restaurant. We did know it was closed and no food or drinks were being offered which we didn't mind. I just would have liked to have a bit more light when sitting up there in the night time

Location was excellent in the center of Old San Juan, just behind the cathedral - Staff was helpful allowed us to leave our baggage while we took a tour

A very noisy place is impossible to sleep. Check in is at 3pm but since I arrived early the person at the front desk told me that if I like an early check in it would be one hundred dollars extra . instead of giving some extra service by let me check in early .I felt that was some kind of extortion
