Room was clean, large comfortable beds. Good location, right next to Blue Sky where we did a rafting trip. Not far from restaurants. Do try the tacos at the Slope and Hatch. Nice breakfast. Short drive to Hanging Lake hike.

The room was filthy. I stayed in room 104 on the night of August 29th 2026.  When I pulled back the covers on the bed I noticed several yellow stains on the sheet.  I went to the front desk and asked if there was someone who could change the sheets on the bed.  The lady was really nice but the best she could do was give me some clean sheets.  She also requested I take some pictures of the stains.  I am attaching the pictures of the stains as well as other problems I found in the room.  I understand that this is a budget room but it still should be clean and presentable.  There were even spider webs behind the door and appeared to be black widow webs.  When I removed the top sheets I found a long dark hair on the stained sheet.  When I removed the stained sheet, I found several more long dark hairs and the mattress protector looked like it hasn't been changed in some time.  It also had a red colord stain.  Here is a list of issues I had with this room.   1. Front door trim dirty and a round stain in the left side. 2. Stainless trim around door handle has finger prints.  3. Floor dirty with spider webs by the front door. 4. Toilet seat missing cover for mounting screws and it is dirty inside under the missing cover.   5. Toilet seat cracked. 6. Red stains on the wall right of the sink. 7. Every light switch is dirty and dingy 8. The only protein at breakfast was hard boiled eggs Just to note again,  the lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful within what she was able to do.   I am sure there are more issues but if I searched more I'd probably end up sleeping in my car.  I submitted a complaint with pictures to the facility and did not receive any response.

Sweet little chalet-style hotel built in the shadow of red mountain. Walking distance to downtown, iron mountain hot springs, and amtrak. Clean and cozy room. Excellent free breakfast.

The motel was awesome! We enjoyed our stay there. Everything was within walking distance that we wanted to do.Breakfast was nice and thee room was clean. I would recommend this motel to and one going to Glenwood Springs.

Room was basically nice

Shower head was broken, air conditioner needed to be cleaned and the carpet was dirty. Rooms need to be updated.

The location in town was fantastic. Easy walking access to Glenwood Caverns Amusement Park and a large bike path. Not too long of a drive to the Main Street/Downtown/Glenwood pool areas. Filling, simple breakfast included. Plenty of parking on site, no additional fees for parking. No pets.

Our room had minor repair issues that could be addressed- tub plug missing. And the sofa was not terribly comfortable. Due to the room layout, the TV was best viewed from the uncomfortable sofa.

A cozy, well-maintained roadside hotel. You can park right outside the door. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is traditional. There’s a decent Mexican restaurant nearby where you can have dinner.

The staff was so accommodating! I had an emergency at home and needed to move my stay by one day and they were so understanding about the whole thing. Also, the grounds/landscaping was really lovely. It very close to everything especially there iron mountain hot springs. The bed was so comfortable, the AC worked great. Such a great place to stay.

The breakfast was a little sub par. There was no coffee left and there were mostly carbs for breakfast, but I guess that’s to be expected these days. The person serving breakfast was a very hard worker though.

The place is so well kept, the garden is amazing, squeaky clean, friendly staff, quite at night, good breakfast.

The front desk woman was wonderful! Very friendly, helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was a great size for 2 adults and 2 kids to easily work around in. the grounds were well kept and we enjoyed playing cards in the gazebo.

The carpet was quite dirty. All our socks were quite dirty after only a few minutes walking on the carpet with our shoes off. The buffet was a little limited for those with some dietary issues.

We thought it was a great value. I just wish the property and owners would strive for less waste at breakfast and eliminate single-use plastic plates, utensils, and cups which people grab multiple of and throw in the trash and instead use reusable plates and silverware which can be cleaned-or at least switch to glass mugs and silverware.

Very attractive well cared for hotel. Loved the flowers and the arrangement of the room with privacy in each section. Staff at the desk were very helpful.

I think the breakfast could have a had a few more choices, such as scrambled eggs and sausage.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. It was a quarter mile walk to the downtown area and hot springs. There is an adventure center next door where you can rent bicycles, book a river rafting trip, etc.

The breakfast choices weren't the best. There were no cooked eggs, bacon, etc. There was a good selection of bagels, toast, hardboiled eggs, waffles, yogurts. I was just hoping for a hot breakfast buffet.

Big fan of the location and the ease of access to everything nearby.

Overall the property is a bit rundown and outdated. Biggest issues was how disgusting the carpet in our room was. It’s as if it had never been cleaned ever! You could not be barefoot at all in the room without the bottom of your feet turning completely black. SO DISGUSTING! Constantly wore socks or shoes while in the room.

The location is in the middle of the forest, 5 min driving from downtown.

Our room had no privacy it was facing the parking lot and a big underground so when we were opening the shutters we would see the feet of the people walking their dog in the parking lot. I originally booked a double queen room but I was offered this room as an upgrade because the other one did not have AC. Restaurant could have been cleaner.

The hotel was beautiful, and the beds were very comfortable. Location is excellent for going to hot springs.

Breakfast room was overcrowded Thin ceilings upstairs guests tromping around at 6 AM must’ve had kids and no consideration for who was underneath them.

Stuff is not good, not friendly and helpful. Not clean and bedbugs. No one takes care , not cleaning the room. Very bad experience.

The Inn is in a great location, walking distance to the hot springs resorts, parks and the downtown tourist area. Our room was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy. Everything worked. Breakfast had hot and cold good options and was a nice touch.

For the price we paid I expected it to be a little fancier. Other than that there were no issues.

It’s pretty with a Bavarian style and it’s very walkable to downtown. Room was clean

Parking spots are pretty narrow and require perfect parking skills for people. Breakfast was very limited, waffles, hard boiled eggs and some pastries. Also had a mouse in my room one morning, which was from gaps in the door seals on the bottom.

The location if very convenient for our trips to Glenwood Springs. Staff is always polite and accommodating. Rooms are clean.

It would have been nice if all ice machines were working.

We always stay here when we r in Glenwood Springs. Great location a short walk to town with plenty of great restaurants to choose from great friendly staff Rooms r clean and coffee and tea available 24/7 and a nice free breakfast.

Room and breakfast where very nice. The property was in a good location and far enough to no have any road noise.

The cooler in the room was a bit difficult to operate I wasn't sure how to keep it from over cooling the room. I am used to a different style and it was a little noisy coming on and off alot.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean, comfy beds.

The only thing was there was a housekeeper hanging outside our door before we had even checked out. I felt a bit rushed - we were trying to clean up and gather our things so I felt some pressure and it was before 11. So maybe just have staff give it a beat and wait until 11 so guests don't feel rushed to leave.

The atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming. I sat in a chair outside the room and read the free newspaper and local tourist magazines. Location was also excellent. There's a European-style bakery on the way to the footbridge that makes a magnificent fruit n cheese danish--not the gooey store-bought concoction. And, for celiacs, a truly delicious brownie (it has some almond flour in it).

The only "drawback" for some might be that the property is a little dated, but that's just paint color and bathroom tiling. it is clean; it *smells clean* as soon as you enter.
