The pool was horrific and looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in who knows how long. The bedrooms were even worse. We ended up leaving that same night because the beds were so disgusting, including visible stains on the sheets. There’s nothing more unsettling than paying for a hotel room and feeling like you can’t even sleep in the bed. The showers appeared clean, but the overall construction and upkeep were extremely poor and felt cheaply put together. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Cleanliness should be the bare minimum, and this place failed miserably.

Room was large. Close to freeway access.

Had to pay for parking because they use the same parking for some attraction park. This place is in no way a place you could get to with no vehicle. So it charge extra for parking seemed like they were just gouging us because where would we park our car?

Breakfast was good, location was great for the Adventure Park.

Bed was old and could feel the mattress springs. Uncomfortable in places on the mattress. Woke up during the night with a pain from a spring. Probably will not stay again there again, but choose the hotel next door.

The air conditionerings really loud weird sounds and doors do not match up. So you see, outside!!!

The rooms chould have been closer together. The pool area was very good for my grandson. We really enjoyed it.

We arrived by train and a ride from train station to hotel would have been very helpful. We stay at many hotels that offer rides from airports to the hotel that make traveling much easier.

We normally stay at Marriott properties. The main reason we booked this hotel was the indoor waterpark. Our kids and our friend’s family with kids under 10 loved it. We loved it because they had so much fun. The free breakfast in the morning was great. The location is right at the entrance to the Glenwood Adventures park so it couldn’t have been better.

It’s not the same standard as a Marriott but it’s also half the cost WITH AN INDOOR waterpark that’s great for water fun without UV sunburns (we were here during summer). The furnishings are a bit dated but again, the hotel price is very budget friendly.

Hot breakfast with several options, the pool with a water slide was fun for the kids, and the location is close to the hot springs and adventure park gondola. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Floors were either stained/old and didn't appear very clean, beds/pillows were not very comfortable.

The pool was super fun for the kids and location was nice right next to the gondola and walkable to downtown. The room was big and spacious.

The noise from the highway is incredibly loud- just keep in mind if you have light sleepers.

I booked 5 rooms with bunkbeds in each room for 3 days. There were major inconsistencies in the 5 rooms. If all 5 rooms were like the 2 best rooms I would have given it a better rating. The 2 rooms we liked were carpeted and had a bathtub/shower combination with an outside counter top with a refrigerator, microwave and sink. Two of the rooms had dark laminate flooring with a gross shower/sink combination. The third room was carpeted with a gross shower/sink combination. No bar with an outside counter. I paid the same for all 5 rooms! The breakfast was below average. We were surprised by the 10 dollar parking fee per day, per room. We were also shocked by the 75 dollar resort fee per room added on after our stay! At the time of booking these extra fees were very unclear. Our grandkids loved the pool and we loved the location.

Bug was in my daughters bed. She freaked out we lost side of the bug ended up on her clothes. They said take the blankets off and gave us new ones. We were so tired at that point it was already midnight. We stood there. Power went out the next day it was miserably hot. They would not refund any of my money and we didn’t even stay for the next night we left. It was so miserable. Manager’s name is Mia Higareda she’s pathetic

I honestly was expecting a little bit more for $200 a night. The hotel needs to be updated. The one and only elevator takes forever and it would stop at random floors….. so annoying. Also, I booked this hotel specifically for the gondola only to be told it was closed for the day. I was really expecting more from this hotel, but it didn’t live up to its expectations.

Quiet room in the basement away from the hordes of kids. Good location for what we wanted to do.

Bugs in the room. Flies and other bugs crawling around. The room was a long walk from the stairs and elevator. No king beds available. Crowded and unorganized breakfast area with limited hours.

You would think paying over $500 for two nights, you could at least get fresh towels and your trash taken out just once. No Maid service. Pool maintenance should not be done during pool hours. As a result, the water slide was not in use. Was one of the reasons we stayed here so the kids could use it. Floor in our room was filthy. We accidentally spilled some water on the floor. When we cleaned it up, our towel was black. The breakfast area had way to may tables in it. You couldn't get out once you got in. The whole layout was not organized to flow. Toaster on one wall. Bread on the complete opposite just as one example. There are a lot of options to stay at in Glenwood. I would not recommend this one.

We've stayed here for our annual Grandkid Trip for 12 years now. It's become a tradition among the children to stay here otherwise we would have chosen a better hotel years ago when it first started to decline. The swimming pool is a positive, although the hot tub was closed. The bunkbed rooms are a positive, but please know there are only 2 double queen bunkbed rooms that are not ADA rooms. Unfortunately, the ADA rooms are sub-par with a 24" vanity, shower with seat that is in the way, poor lighting and outlets that need replaced. The floor was extremely dirty. There was a 1 inch gap between the door and frame and the hall light shined in. The entire hotel is now available to multiple pets. There was a strong pet odor in our room. The breakfast was minimal and poor quality. The location is good if you're going to the Adventure Park.

Hotel staff could not find our reservation, they said they could not help us and that they were fully booked so we had to find another hotel. Someone did not do their job.

Mold in showers, dirty carpet, very worn! Shame on owners! Needs top to bottom overhaul big time.

AVOID... This hotel is old, smelly & dirty. The room is dingy, dark & smelt musty, stains all over the curtains & you could feel the springs in the mattress. Indoor pool smells so strongly of chlorine, it was too much to stay in there. Location is not close to anything except the gondola. Stay closer in town, many more hotels to choose from, we only chose this as we had a discount voucher through a third party. In our 5 weeks of travelling, this was the worst & thank god, it was only 1 night. Customer service no better, I emailed about a lost item, not response at all til 3 weeks later I sent it again saying how disappointed I was to not get a response.

We had rescan our room cards way too many times, 6-8 since they kept on stopped working. The good hardworking staff informed us to keep the cards away from credit cards with scan chips or our iPhones which we did but they still eventually stopped working

I was able to walk from the hotel to Iron Mountain Hot Springs, which I highly recommend! Super nice staff and great breakfast. Gondola up to the adventure park is on-site.

The water park was closed. That was the reason we picked that hotel. The bathrooms in the ground floor were dirty not maintained. The bathtub in the room was clogged. The ice machine was not in service. No soap to wash hands. Room peep hole was reversed. Could not look out from it but could look in.

The lobby is nice. The staff are friendly. There are ample vending and ice machines, and water fill stations. My kids had fun at the pool and in the game room. The room was comfortable and had what we needed for just a few days. The free breakfast was decent. I liked the yogurt machine for parfaits. The location is excellent, particularly if you are headed to the adventure park or the river.

I don't really have any complaints. There are great amenities and a basic, double room is cute and comfy enough for a shorter stay.

Location was beautiful!

Parking was a bit difficult. We were in a uhaul just passing through so it was tough finding parking for us later at night. Next morning someone parked so close we couldn’t get out easily.

We loved this hotel! The lobby is gorgeous and our room was spacious and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was good. We didn’t have breakfast as we left early morning but it looked well stocked and busy with guests so we assume it’s good. The reception staff were all lovely and very welcoming.

It was a little further out of town than we’d realised (maybe a 10-15 minute walk). Not the end of the world though. Parking isn’t included in the room costs but wasn’t very expensive so also not a big issue and there were plenty of spaces.

Friendly front desk. Very nice and welcoming lobby. We didn't use the gondala or go to the amusement park but it is easily accessible if you choose to do so. Close to dining and gas stations. Nice paved walking trail by the road. Good areas for dogs to potty outside.

We got 2 rooms and the connecting doors were very hard to open and close. Rooms could use some updates. I was also told by the front desk that they're under new management. If I was a kid, I'd definitely have fun there! Very family friendly.

Whisper at the front desk was phenomenal! Gave the best customer service I've seen in a long time! Was willing to go the extra mile as our fridge was taking longer than expected to get cold. Was willing to move a fridge from another floor for us. Really appreciate the extra effort and all with a smile on her face. Not once did she act put out or bothered. Just gave exceptional customer service. The only complaint I have is the hot tub was not in order. That was a bummer after running after two toddlers. Breakfast was really good and I loved that the meat choices were rotated. Kids were a huge fan of the mini waffles. I Would definitely stay again.

No housekeeping so had to keep asking for more toilet paper and shampoo. Also had to change out our own towels. The pool was fun for the kids but very shallow. We were stuck in a handicap room instead of a king suite we booked with separate area for kids. The shower leaked all over the floor so had to use lots of towels to soak up the water. Rooms were dated with door damage from previous guests.
