The breakfast was delicious! There was a variety of food which made it nice. The fun activities for kids, pickleball, pool, volleyball, corn hole, playground, frisbee golf was such a blast for my children. So convenient. Very nice facility and overall great stay!

When I walked in I could smell deoderizer as the time went on that faded and the smell it was disguising got worse a strong smell of urine...There was only one extra blanket for 2 beds that blanket smelled like it had not been cleaned in ages...I could see pee on the wall and table legs and around the bed...The toilet seat fell off with me on it...I told staff it was fixed only to have the same thing happen the next day....There was a loop lock that was shoulder level that kept getting hit so it would lock it self then the door would jam happened 3 times took great strength to get it to shut to open it ...This needs to be raised higher...Could be dangerous...I had to climb out the window....I finally taped it back so it wouldn't happen....I choose this place because I had stayed there years before and I liked there UV light cleaning policy....I was told when we paid an extra 60 dollars for pets was for cleaning....My room was not cleaned...When we packed up I brought my own UV light in to see how bad it really was....The carpet was absolutely disgusting pee every where...Walls, chair and table legs....Carpet needs to be removed it is so bad....I had to sleep with the window wide open no screen because it smelled so bad.....I emailed you no response I called left a message no response I called and talked to someone that said manager would get back with me,nothing....I feel I need the pet charge refunded...I also could not believe the extra fee to park...I paid 500 for 2 week nights with 80$ in unexpected fees that were not explained when I booked this room....Its sad because the place used to be great and clean....Im sure I will only get an AI response back like all the other reviews....I plan on disputeing this with my bank..I management woul have made some attempt to resolve this i would not dispute this....Highly disappointed

It didn't say anything about payed parking. 10$ a say!!.. and than they charged us 50 extra dollars not even sure what that was for.. I wound be staying here ever again....

קיבלנו חדר בקומת קרקע- קומה אחת מתחת ללובי. לא נכתב בסוג החדר שהוא בקומה זו. תחושה מאד לא נעימה. החדר נראה מאד שונה מהתמונות שמפורסמות ורמת האחזקה הייתה נמוכה.

The property is a basic hotel with very nice staff. Great location for seeing sights. A little dark though.

Pool is too small. They had cleaned the rugs in the hall and had a floor fan trying to dry them. It smelled of mildew.

Nothing really. The pool was a little crowded with kids and parents constantly yelling at their own kids. But nothing anyone can do about that! It was actually more crowded on the weekday than the weekend.

The location was awesome, the amenities with the outdoor pool, pickleball & laundry was great. Having the included breakfast was a plus even though it was the same menu everyday.

They didn’t do a good job with housekeeping and keeping the property clean. We had to ask for clean towels. The sidewalk up to the rooms was horribly sticky with people spilling drinks and then everything stuck to it.

Size of rooms I reserved; the pool is nice for kids with the floaties; the pickleball courts are amazing; the breakfast is great. The grounds are pretty. The front desk filled a bag of ice for me and waived the $10 per night parking fee which I mentioned I did not like.

The hide-a-beds in the King Suite were awful and really need to be upgraded. The bathroom was nice but there are few details which make it not as functional as it could be: only one towel hanger at the sink area and no towel hanger near the shower. The ice machine produced very little ice (granted it was a very hot weekend so probably lots of guests were using ice).

Picklebal court, cornhole and the close proximity to Glenwood Caverns. The breakfast was also good and offered a lot of variety.

The bathrooms were a little outdated and poorly designed. The tile surrounding the shower pooled water during showers.

Breakfast amazing- biscuits, gravy, fresh fruit, they have it all. Location is perfect. Walking distance to town, park, river, several restaurants. Yet, the fire pits and grounds make you feel like you’re in the mountains.

I absolutely loved the room and the location. Super clean, super quiet, and walkable to town, this place is a gem! I’ve stayed before and always appreciate all the amenities. This time I loved the outdoor fire pits that were lit at night. So relaxing!

Don’t recommend, it’s like a motel, not worth the money, I thought Best Western is always good, but apparently NO! Never ever again I’m staying at BW, - stairway is dirty, seems needs restoration - room dark, even with all lights on dark! Smells wet and not fresh - sheets dirty -breakfast no berries,no bagels, no muffins, no doughnuts. Supper crowded in the morning, breakfast room is tiny, many people were eating outside, or in the lobby in front of registration desk - pool dirty We left one day earlier just couldn’t stand everything , the WORST experience ever! Do not stay there!

Unfortunately when we checked in the person attending the desk was having a mental breakdown- made check in extremely uncomfortable. Had to change our room because the loudest family you can imagine took the spot next to us. Then when we left we had forgot jackets in the bathroom. Realized it on the ride back to Denver, then they said after checking with the staff that they found the jackets and I needed to send repaid USPS label to their email. I did so, and then from there they "Lost" the coats. Pretty sad as they were $400 and so I ended up filing a police report for the theft of the coats. - WOULD NEVER STAY HERE OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO SO

The Theft, the horrible service at check in, the upcharge to park in their parking lot which was always full and I had to park a block away. NEVER AGAIN

Unico parcheggio di un motel in 3 settimane di viaggio a pagamento al costo di 10 dollari per una moto. Ci era stato riferito, a seguito di una nostra richiesta, che l'aria condizionata nella camera sarebbe stata spenta. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo scoperto che la nostra richiesta non era stata accolta e ci è stato risposto di spegnercela da soli. Bagno talmente umido da sentirne l'odore, ventola rumorosa da non poterla accendere. Zanzariere non presente. Distributori delle bevande di succhi, acqua e caffè non funzionanti a causa di una perdita durante l'orario di colazione.

Beautiful property. Lots of things to do fire pits. We made smores. Bikes and the cornhole and Paddle courts so much to do with my grandkids. Closed to both Hot Springs and the Adventure Park. Staff so friendly breakfast was great. We so enjoyed this hotel and will be back again and again.

Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, good breakfast, nice hotel grounds with fun outdoor gaming activities. Convenient location - walking distance to downtown shopping, dining, Glenwood Caverns, Glenwood Hot Springs, and bike rentals.

Rooms were not very soundproof - connecting door to other guest room didn't have a threshold but had a gap you could see to the other room (probably why the noise carried). Toilet had a weak flush and had to be flushed multiple times. Room could have been a little cleaner (dusty carpet edges & cobwebs). The pool was drained on our last day there wasn't any notification for guests that I could find (not a big deal but a notification would have been nice).

We were very disappointed on our recent stay. The beds were very uncomfortable. The rooms were dark and dingy. The bathrooms faucets were broken. Everything seemed old, tired, and worn out. The grounds were messy with debris and the garbages were maxed out and never emptied. The free breakfast was good, yet the beverage dispenser was broken. We also got charged for overnight parking for three rooms — yet didn’t have even one car parked onsite. The stay was a huge waste of money.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, shower (needs a mat, we used a towel, worked fine), good hot tub, great breakfast (except for coffee, see below) generally everything is "a cut above". We brought our own tandem bike, but glad to see that they have bike rentals. We even found a card in our room congratulating us on our 48th Anniversary!

The breakfast is top notch, except the coffee from one of those push button machines borders on horrible. In a blindfold test you wouldn't even identify it as coffee. They need a real coffee maker with a basket of grounds that the water drips through. And a canister of half-and-half (not the little tear-open packaged stuff). And, other turn-off was the $10 parking. I parked on the street instead. Check your receipt at check-out: the parking fee was automatically added. I informed the agent that I didn't park on the property, I parked on the street, and she removed the charge. Everything that was good far outweighed these two minor irritations,

אהבתי את מראה המלון, יפה ומזמין, את גודל החדר, מרווח מאד. היה קפה בחדר, ואפילו מקלחון טלפון שמאד חסר לי ברוב המלונות האחרים בארה"ב. מאד עזר לי שהיו מכונת כביסה ומייבש שעובדים טוב ומהר - זה נחוץ מאד בטיולים ארוכים.

יש כמה דברים שצריך לשפר: דלת חדר הרחצה זקוקה לצביעה מחדש, המזגן עובד היטב אבל מרעיש מדי. וכמובן ארוחת הבקר - היא מותאמת לחך האמריקאי ויש השקעה גדולה בוופל בלגי... אבל אין בה ירקות טריים וצריך קצת גיוון בגבינות.⁸

Tub would not drain. Tv did not work properly. Could not adjust the volume or get it to shut off. Had to sleep with the tv on all night. Not restful at all.

We stayed here one night as we passed through the area. I thought this was a decent pick as one of the less expensive hotel options in Glenwood. The location was good - walking distance to the main restaurant areas and Glenwood Caverns. The rooms were clean and relatively modern. My main complaint about the rooms is that the lighting was super dim. Otherwise, this was a perfectly average room. The breakfast the next morning was somewhat of a comedic disaster. For whatever reason, they had almost no plate and utensil supplies. When we arrived, there were no large plates. There were small plates that were the size of a muffin. This meant people had to stack eggs and bacon in such a ridiculous way. There was no way anyone could eat the waffles because they were 4x bigger than the available plates. On top of that, the bowls ran out shortly after I opted for cereal. To compensate for this, they literally put out red solo cups in place of the bowls. I'm not sure what manager thinks this is fine - or couldn't make an emergency run to the local grocery store to cover up this embarrassment. It's not the worst thing in the world, but it just shows a lack of basic competency. If you choose to stay here, you will be fine, but it is far from the optimal hotel choice.

We went for breakfast at 9 AM and they were not refilling anything, like potato/hash browns were missing where they serve breakfast 10 AM .

Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, good breakfast, great for families since there is a playground and pool/hot tub. The location is excellent and you can walk to the main area and hot springs. Staff was friendly and helpful. They also have smart TVs which is really nice!

The breakfast was disappointing because if you have diabetic issues you can't eat here. There were no meat options. I asked where the meat was and was told it was in the gravy.... As in biscuits and gravy. They did have scrambled eggs but horribly undercooked and gross tasting. We needed a wheelchair accessible room and it was very good except the entry to the bathroom had a weird raised lip and for someone with difficulty using their legs and a walker it was almost dangerous. The shower area was nice and large, but the shower made the floor very slick and we needed to place towels on the floor for traction.

The place is tired. The sofa in the room was so broken we couldn't sit on it. Rooms need paint. Tub is hard to get in and out of. The buffet was incomplete lots of missing items. Toaster broken. Buy dinner plates not 4" side plates. The staff was very nice. The pool, fire pits, and playground was nice.

The breakfast was always good, variety, hot items, waffles, yoghurt, muffins, juices, etc. Amenities were great- pool, hot tub, corn hole, frisby golf, pickleball, etc. Great staff, very helpful, especially Andrew. Location very good, close to alot of things, some even walking distance! Will come back again!

Breakfast had no meat. Toaster didnt work. Internet was spotty at best. Temperature was not regulated by wall mounted dial. My favorite was being charged $10 unexpectedly to park at the hotel. Always a joy to be gouged any chance you get.

Love all the extras they provide. Our family enjoyed playing cornhole together and then making s’mores at the fire pits in the evening. It’s a great location to downtown Glenwood, but also peaceful and quite like you’re further away from everything.

All arrivo ci viene comunicato che il parcheggio è a pagamento (si è scusata dicendo che è una direttiva comunale ma su booking risultava gratis, ad ogni modo sono 10 dollari a notte. Le stanze sono illuminate con luci bianche, la sera l atmosfera è un po tetra. Il bagno è datato. Attenzione agli asciugamani, alcuni sporchi di macchie di dubbia natura, non li userei per il viso. L accoglienza durante la colazione molto minimal per essere un best western

La responsable de l'établissement qui a arrangé les choses et qui est très sympathique. L'environnement est tres chouette et plein d'activités sont proposés. Les chambres spacieuses et le petit déjeuner convenable.

Lors de notre arrivée l'accueil n'était pas forcément agréable, la personne n'a pas fait preuve de compréhension. Nous sommes arrivés avant l'heure et nous voulions faire un tour de vélo gratuitement comme l'hôtel nous avait confirmé par mail avant notre départ, malgré cela elle a refusé. Heureusement la responsable a pris les choses en main et a tout arrangé. Les chambres sont un peu sombres dans l'ensemble.
