Reviewed Aug 10, 2026We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The staff who assisted us with our luggage was especially kind and helpful. We arrived with our young child, who was a little fussy and tired, and the staff kindly allowed us to check in about 10 minutes earlier than the standard check-in time. We truly appreciated their understanding and kindness, as it made things much easier for us. The location was convenient, the room was comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant and memorable one. We would definitely consider staying here again. ❤️

L’hôtel avait fait l’intermédiaire avec une compagnie de transport pour réaliser un trajet Mantanani / Kubdasang. Au dernier moment, la compagnie de transport a annulé notre course. L’hôtel n’a pas hésité à nous envoyer un chauffeur de leur personnel afin de nous récupérer et de nous mener à kundasang.

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026- City center, proximity to nearest site seeing places - Staff is so polite and very well mannered right from guys at entrance to all across the places like big hotels - there is continuous drinking water supply in addition to the water bottles provided - Break fast is very good. We & Our kids enjoyed it - Room service is very quick, the next minute you get your things requested - neatness and house keeping is on spot. - there are many good points about this hotel.
None to say or regret on vacation, unless you expect too much like 5 star treatment and more at the price.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2025Het hotel ligt centraal, kunt veel te voet doen. Heel vriendelijk personeel die je overal mee wil helpen. Kamer zijn netjes en schoon. Ontbijt basic. Super zachte handdoeken en heerlijk warme douche na een regenachtige dag!
Douche aan de kleine kant voor grote mensen. Je hebt niet echt een lobby waar je relaxt kan zitten.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2025The bed is fluffy and comfortable and it is situated at a very strategic area, near Gaya Street Night Market, Padang Merdeka, surrounded with restaurants, convenient stores, not far from SICC, Teluk Likas and I like the buffet breakfast, though it's simple but quite fulfilling. It was Merdeka Day and I can even see the firecrackers from the window.
No special parking place so you have to park at your own risk outside at the public parking space.

室内清掃をお願いする場合は、ドア付近のボタンを押す必要があったのですが気がつくのが遅く、清掃してもらえませんでした。あと、金庫のスイッチが入らなかったです。

I had contacted to inquire about a late check in due to delay in our travels and the staff where very helpful and understanding. We checked in fine and were assigned to our room asap.
