Die Lage war super, aber auch die Sauberkeit und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Außerdem war die Dame an der Rezeption sehr nett. Als ich da war, wurden Bauarbeiten am Hotel durchgeführt. Ich hatte Glück und konnte auf das Matterhorn schauen. Mein Balkon war nicht mit roten Netzen verhangen. Die Matratzen sind mega bequem. Man kann sich morgens schon einen Kaffee machen. Der Spa Bereich ist auch echt in Ordnung. Man kann sich jetzt nicht stundenlang darin aufhalten, aber um die müden Muskeln nach einer langen Wanderung zu entspannen, wirklich absolut angemessen.

Ich habe nichts auszusetzen. Ich würde mir an Stelle des Eigentümers überlegen, ob ich die Gardinen so behalte, wie sie sind. Man klemmt sie immer in die Fenster ein, weil sie viel zu nah am Fenster angebracht sind. Und ich würde diese hellen Ledersofas entfernen.

Za oknem dźwig i plac budowy na sąsiedniej działce, a w samym obiekcie też był prowadzony remont o czym nas nie poinformowano. Od 7 rano był potworny hałas. Rowerownia nieczynna, sauna sucha nie zawsze była włączana, ekspres w pokoju nie działał

Nice, accommodating and very friendly staff. Matterhorn view from the room and near the hotel. Clean environment, satisfying breakfast and good housekeeping. Close to the main street/restaurants/train station. Excellent shuttle service. Thank you to the excellent staff in reception - Sally, Sophie & Eunice.

Construction work was going on creating noise and little expensive provided experiencing such noise.

Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral, Bring-Holservice zum Bahnhof war auch kurzfristig möglich.

Frühstück umfangreich, allerdings war es schwierig Kaffee zu bekommen. Es war nur eine unaufmerksame Bedienung verfügbar. Um defekte Wasserhähne im Zimmer wurden sich nur nebensächlich gekümmert. Dieses führte dazu, dass während des Aufenthalts kein kaltes Wasser verfügbar war.

La chambre, à notre arrivée la carte ne fonctionne pas impossible de rentrer dans la chambre, en plus de travaux pas idéal pour se reposer, la ventilation une catastrophe, de la condensation dans la chambre, pas de bouchon dans la baignoire et pour couronner le tout pas d'eau chaude lors de notre départ.

Ausserordentlich gutes und reichliches Frühstück, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, ausgezeichnete und ruhige Lage; unser Zimmer hatte einen tollen Blick aufs Matterhorn, im Thai-Restaurant des Hotels haben wir ausgezeichnet gegessen.

Une TV avec une télécommande tellement compliquée pas possible de regarder les programmes

Aucune sécurité dans l’hôtel, des gens ont voulu rentrer à plusieurs reprises dans ma chambre. J’ai dû quitter l’hôtel en pleine nuit. Pas près d’y remettre les pieds !

The hotel staff were super helpful and nice. They could not have been more accommodating and left the most beautiful pink hats on our bed to welcome us to their hotel. The beds were super comfortable and we loved the spa area. I’d highly recommend.

Petit déjeuner moyen pour le niveau de prestation d’un hôtel 4 étoiles ; peu de produit régionaux, qualité moyenne des produits, service des boissons chaudes laborieux, accueil en salle inexistant

Πολύ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο . Το δωμάτιο πολύ περιποιημένο άνετο και καθαρό με πολλές παροχές σε είδη προσωπικής υγιεινής και προσωπικής χρήσης. Ο χώρος του πρωινού κ το πρωινό πάρα πολύ καλό. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό και πρόθυμο για πληροφορίες και εξυπηρέτηση. Σχετικά κοντά στον σταθμό του τρένου. Μπορείς να πας κ με τα πόδια. Έχει πολύ ωραίο μπαρ/σαλονι με τζάκι που ανάβει το βράδυ κ καναπέδες για ποτακι χαλαρο. Έχει χωρο καπνιζόντων κ μη και επιτρέπονται τα ζωάκια.

Beim Frühstück waren die frisch gebackenen Eier, Würstchen, Teewasser an jedem Tag kalt. Ansonsten war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Everything was as it should be. Location couldn’t get better.

La chambre très confortable, le personnel accueillant et ravi de nous conseiller sur les activités à faire à Zermatt. Et nous avons également appréciés le Spa et la partie bien-être. Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel avec vue sur le mont Cervin !

Das Zimmer war tiptop. Der SPA Bereich war super.

Das Frühstück entsprach einem 3 Sterne Hotel und nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Am Buffet funktionierten einige Geräte nicht. Zudem hatte eine Kässcheibe Schimmel. Am Frühstück war nur eine Bedienung, welche nicht selber an den Tisch kam um zu fragen was man möchte.

Très bel hôtel, bien situé. Et très bon accueil!

The bartender, Bart, was absolutely fabulous friendly, easy to talk to, and made the bar experience memorable. I’d highly recommend checking out the bar during your stay

The shuttle service, which is essential since cars aren’t allowed in Zermatt, was barely advertised and very difficult to arrange. We ended up stranded at the train station for over an hour in the freezing cold trying to organize transport. The property could definitely improve the shuttle service. Check‑in also wasn’t smooth — we were left standing with our luggage, unsure if or when it would be delivered to the room.

The front desk staff were very welcoming. The housekeeping team made the sofa bed neatly, making the room very suitable for three people.

There was one uncomfortable interaction in the breakfast restaurant. After we had already apologized for some snow melting from our shoes due to the weather, a staff member approached our table again, questioned where we were from, and reacted in a way that made us feel uncomfortable and not respected. I believe more sensitivity and professionalism in guest interactions would greatly improve the dining experience.

테라스에서 보는 마테호른은 정말 멋졌다. 기차역에서 픽업해서 짐까지 올려다주신 직원 분께서 너무나도 친절하게 한국어로 인사도 해주셨고, 작지만 스파 시설도 갖추고 있어서 좋았다. 방에도 욕조가 있어서 반신욕도 가능! 조식도 엄청 다양하게 먹을게 많고 맛있었고, 셰프님이 오므라이스도 직접 만들어주시고, 직원 분들이 커피도 타다 주심. 방 크기가 크진 않지만 스위스에서 묵었던 호텔 중 유일하게 방에 물도 있었던 듯. 돈만 많다면 매일 머물고 싶다!

Fácil acceso, nos quedamos en la Suite y muy bonita

Perfect location and very neat & tidy clean. The welcome of all the staff who are always willing to help/assist and suggest.

Vybavení pokoje, dvě výborné restaurace v hotelu - tyto vřele doporučuji, chování personálu. Zavolejte po příjezdu na nádraží, přijedou si pro vás. A také odvezou. Nemusíte chodit po Zermattu jako velbloud. :)

POZOR: Pokud si zaplatíte hotel z výhledem, nemusí to znamenat, že je výhled na Matternhorn. Po příjezdu na hotel jsem v recepci zaplatil další peníze za pokoj s výhledem na Matternhorn. Jaké zklamání mne ale čekalo na pokoji. Přímo před Matternhornem stojí košatý strom, díky kterému si neuděláte ani fotku na terase před M. Možná nejvyšší patra jsou ještě OK, ale strom neustále roste...

We stayed only two nights and the first night there was no heating in the bedroom. It was very cold and the guy at the reception refused to do anything because it was 11pm. Hopefully, the second night Bader put a Dyson in our room to make it warmer. They also forgot to clean the room the first day. In addition the first morning the breakfast was so so because lots of food was missing….A total disaster! But the second day it was much better !

Lokalita, pokoj a částečně i výhled. Také japonská i korejská restaurace. Služba- odvoz na nádraží.

Na pokoji byl kávovar, ale nefungoval. Pozor. Kupujete pokoje s terasou a výhledem, ale ne výhled na Matternhorn. Za výhled na Matternhorn si připlatíte ještě znova na místě. Pak přijdete na pokoj a zjistíte, že se sice koukáte na mystický kopec, ale uprostřed stojí vzrostlý strom, který stíní. To vám jaksi zapomenou říci. Chtějte 4. snad i 3. patro. Na balkoně musíte jít na bok, abyste viděli Matternhorn. Viz foto. Z pokoje si nevyfotíte ani neuvidíte.

Le bruit de la hotte de ventilation de l’appartement en face qui faisait passablement de bruit et les touristes à 6h30 du matin qui parlent très fort dans les couloirs. (Mais ça l’hôtel n’y peut rien)

This hotel is so cozy! The amenities were fabulous! We especially loved the smoking lounge as it was perfect for us to hang out, have a few drinks and cigars before bed! The staff is super friendly! It’s within walking distance of the main strip through Zermatt where you can shop, eat and catch gorgeous views of the Matterhorn!

We have no negative comments about this place! We loved it!
