Es hat uns von A-Z sehr gut gefallen - Hotel Eden Wellness ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ein sehr freundlicher Empfang. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet erfüllte unsere Bedürfnisse voll und ganz. Besonders schön war, das wir immer gute Tipps für unsere Ausflüge bekamen. So stellten wir unser Programm fast jeden Tag um und wurden nie enttäuscht. Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe beim alten Teil von Zermatt - keine 10 Minuten Fussweg. Die Umgebung war ruhig und wir konnten auch bei offenen Fenster ungestört schlafen. Das Personal war stets sehr höflich und immer für uns da. Auch auf unsere Wünsche wurden umgehend eingegangen, z.B. Wir hatten vergessen unser Türschild von "Do not disturb" auf "Please clean" zu wechseln. Um 16.00 haben wir gefragt, ob die Zimmer noch gereinigt werden. Die Antwort war: "Eigentlich sind die Zimmerreinigungen schon fertig. Aber kein Problem. In 20 Minuten ist ihr Zimmer gereinigt". Das nenne ich einen erstklassigen Service. Flexibel und auf die Hotelgäste eingehend.

Alles war bestens. Da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Zentrale Lage , Wellness, gutes Frühstück, tolles Zimmer und so unfassbar nettes Personal . Wir kommen gerne , gerne wieder . Transport vom Bahnhof zum Hotel durch das Hotel einfach super . Alles Gepäck wurde uns auf die Zimmer gebracht . Wir haben uns wirklich „ königlich“ gefühlt . 🙈

The rooms are superbly designed, very clean and comfortable, spacious. The staff is great, especially the breakfast women. The location is great, relatively quiet, short walk into main streets. The hotel is luxurious

Pression of the water was poor and the pillows was hard. Breakfast can be more rich.

行前服務人員回覆專業迅速，提供飯店-車站接駁服務。整個住宿期間感受到所有服務人員的溫暖親切問候，隨時主動詢問需要什麼，令人感覺像回到家一般。最重要的是，房間真的太漂亮了！我住宿馬特宏景觀套房，與照片上一模一樣！空間規劃非常用心，放行李箱的空間有2個，浴室有個漂亮的浴缸，還有可以聊天、吃點心的客廳，最重要的是，房間陽台正對著馬特宏峰！只要天氣夠好，隨時隨地都可以欣賞到馬特宏峰壯麗的景色。 如果下次再來，還要選擇入住伊甸園酒店

Breakfast is always great. We love to start the day there. We look forward to being greeted in the morning with a delicious cup of coffee. The rest of the breakfast offerings just keep getting better. The hotel is in a perfect location near the center of town and the view of the Matterhorn from our balcony is always spectacular. This was our second stay and we can’t wait to be back. Thank you for allowing us to stay with you.

Once again we have to respond with: “Are you kidding…what’s not to like?!!!

Le personnel était vraiment très accueillant et au petit soin. Très bel hôtel parfaitement situé. Le petit plus que nous avons apprécié, c'est qu'au petit déjeuner, la table était toujours prête pour notre fils avec sa chaise, un verre adapté à son âge, l'assiette et les services. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation.

De tuin, het zwembad, het fantastische ontbijt en niet te vergeten al het vriendelijke en vrolijke personeel. En ja de heerlijke kamer met fijne douche en heerlijk bad.

Great location - close to ski bus, ski rentals as well as the shopping area. We particularly liked the spacious room with 5 distinct areas: entry, bath, sleeping, living, and nice balcony. The views of the Matterhorn were unbeatable! The pool and spa area was excellent as well.

The room was big, cleaned every day, very good breakfast and very nice spa zone. I totally recommend this hotel in Zermatt. Beds were confortable, the view was nice and there is a nice area at the reception where you can stay.

For the smallest room, the bathroom had no privacy at all. It had a very see through glass that separated it from the rest of the room. It does appear in the photos posted, but I didnt check when booking. Other rooms do not have this configuration.

Very nice hotel. Delicious breakfast, nice views from the room to Matterhorn, good location. Very friendly and helpful staff, provided good recommendations and were highly accommodating.

Fantastyczny hotel, z super lokalizacją, przyzwoitym SPA, czysty, zadbany i cichy ! Rewelacyjny SKI room !!!! Super restauracje dookoła w dosłownie kilka kroków. Wyciągi na Matterhorn czy Sunnegga czy kolejkę Gornergrat to spacer 10 minut nawet w butach narciarskich - poza tym co chwilę kursują skibusy. A dla bardziej rozrzutnych pełno jest eletrychnych busów -> taksówek :). Najfajniejsza była jednak obsługa - Pani Właścicielka oraz Pani Krystyna !! Super profesojonalne i miłe osoby !! Personel sprzątający również 1 liga !! :) P.S. Polecamy pokój z widokiem Deluxe - wystarczająca wielkość na 2 osoby z widokiem zapierającym dech w piersiach :)))

Wszystko nam się podobało :) - szkoda tylko, że od razu nie wiedziałem, że na śniadanie można sobie zamówić jajecznicę lub jajka sadzone indywidualnie :)) Nawet zostawienie samochodu w Tasch i dojechanie kolejką nie było problemem - wszystko ma swój wyjątkowy urok ! Infrastruktura jak w całkiem cywilizowanym kraju !! ha ha ha :))))))))) Nie ma się czego bać i o co martwić !!! :) :))))) Było cudownie :))) Szkoda, że ten tydzień tak szybko minął :(((((((( Pewnie jeszcze wrócimy :)))))

Top Lage. Das Hotel ist sehr hübsch und stillvoll eingerichtet; eine gemütliche Lounge. Das Frühstück war frisch und lecker. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend; Service auf einem hohen Niveau. Die Sauna und den Pool bieten eine schöne Möglichkeit zur Erholung.

Die Sauna erst ab 15 Uhr.

Amazing hotel, good location, 10 min walk to Sunegga, shuttle buses down the road. Great spa with a naturist zone. Super friendly staff. Will be going there next year while in Zermatt.

Very friendly staff, clean facilities and excellent location. The room was an excellent size and comfortable.

The pillows were slightly uncomfortable and the rooms tended to be too hot at night.

Chambre moderne, très confortable et parfaitement équipée. Hôtel calme, avec un personnel bienveillant et toujours disponible. Emplacement top : proche du centre et des bus pour accéder aux remontées. Petit déjeuner complet et varié. Mention spéciale pour le service de transport de la gare à l’hôtel, très pratique. Piscine chauffée agréable après le ski, et eau de source gratuite dans la chambre.

Casier à ski un peu petit quand on a beaucoup de matériel. Tarifs élevés, non spécifiques à l’hôtel, mais identiques à toute l'hôtellerie de Zermatt.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and check‑in was quick and easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a really nice stay. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, and the common areas felt modern and welcoming. Overall, the whole place had a really good vibe. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable hotel.
