Convenient to downtown

The clerk at check-in was less than personable. No electrical outlets. I had to unplug the tv and move the table to plug in the coffee maker. No hair dryer. Fortunately, I had brought an extension cord with me so we were able to plug in and charge our devices.

I like welcome drink corner in the room. Single serve coffee maker was installed.

It was inconvenient because tissue box was not available.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we asked if they could call us a cab, they had one of their staff membes drive us to down town with a small fee. Rooms were clean, location was great. Hot breakfast was included. Great place to stay.

Location we thought was great ...but someone was pounding on our door at midnight...scared the hell out of us!! 3 times!! If once more, was going tocall the police!! This had never happened to us....

Bed against the wall - so pretty hard to get up at night for 1 person.

The staff were friendly, it was very clean inside rooms and breakfast was great.

The only complaint I had was the bed was very soft but we were okay for the night.

For an overnight convenient stay, the Inn met our expectations and would stay again if a 1 night stay. The Inn itself has been renovated and we truly liked no carpet in the rooms. We were given an option checking in of taking one of these rooms as opposed to one of the other motel units. Glad we did. Very pleasant reception. Breakfast was offered and surprised that it was varied and had a hot section.

I stayed in the main building (the INN)- first floor. The room was clean and quiet. The TV worked well, as did the little fridge. The staff were all so pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was delicious- scrabbled eggs, pieces of ham, home fries, toast and juice. As well as many different cereals to choose from. I would definitely consider staying in the main 'INN' building again.

I cannot say anything negative about my stay.

Senteur de renfermé. Draps tachés. Déjeuner très ordinaire. Personnels ne parle pas anglais, doit aller chercher quelqu’un d’autre.

The breakfast was satisfaction in that it was filling. The potatoes were only partially cooked and an odd grayish colour, not very appetizing. The location of the motel was perfect for us because my husband was having radiation treatments at the hospital and we were only about five minutes away.

There was no telephone in our room, and no hair dryer in the bathroom.

The room was a reasonable price and clean.

Our air conditioner didn't work and our room was very uncomfortable from the heat.

Tutto lo staff è molto gentile e accogliente. Prezzo in linea con gli standard canadesi.

Industrial area, run-down looking, sub-standard breakfast, side stairs to side exit were filthy...something had been spilled or someone was sick...not cleaned up during our 2 nights there. Three grocery carts parked outside for motel use, sunroof off of breakfast area was used as a storage area and in full view when eating. Cleaning staff were friendly. Breakfast lady was trying but didn't have a lot to work with! Rest of staff seemed like they didn't want to be there and did not interact at all. Stayed in hotel part on 2nd floor. Bathrub and toilet were in one room and sink/vanity were outside of that in main part of room. Motel part....after peeking inside....was worse as far as decor goes. Area was fairly central but located in an industrial area. Breakfast was in a separate room....table with coffee in small urns, tea bags were not individually packaged...you just reached into a big box, cereal was in big boxes, bread for toast was in bread bags...no tongs. Hot food was pieces of ham, scrambled eggs, potatoes...all in chafing dishes. For me it was unappetizing. Just all around not a good vibe. I don't require everything to be new as long as it's clean and the place is friendly and looks cared for. Thumbs down for this one.

Room floor is full of dirty carpets, bed was ok but to soft for us, it say 2 queen bed but its actualy 2 double bed. The A/C was not working, cool air was coming out for first 2 min then switch to warm air.... the air from outside was cooler of the A/C

Sometimes the internet would lag in the middle of a show. The fridge froze every thing up. The mini appliances were old. But we didn't use them for cooking.

The breakfast was very good...more than expected. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. Love that they did airport shuttle.

It is basic in decor and furnishings. The lobby and halls were hot but we were able to cool our room with the ac.

Breakfast, both days, same food: scrambled eggs, fried potatoes and ham. Day 1, took out bread to make toast, pc of bread was mouldy. Both days, food was cold. Day 2, saw a guy also find mouldy bread.

L’emplacement est exceptionnel. La vue sur le fleuve et les montagnes est vraiment belle. Il y a un bel espace avec des chaises dehors pour admirer le paysage. La chambre était grande et très fonctionnelle. De plus, c’est près de tout , restaurants, boutiques, atelier d’art.

The property is very neet and clean, well managed by the owners themselves.

The exhaust fan in the washroom was not working, hopefully they will fix it.

It's better than anything else we've stayed at for that price. The value is exceptional. It's not the fanciest, but it was clean, there was breakfast, and the location is very handy.

The location is good and the space is very good. Accessible to the city too.. good space for night walks and privacy is also there. They don't irritate you at the time of check in to leave property asap. They give you your time to check out.

The staff was extremely rude and didn't know what hospitality means. The lady who was at reception was extremely rude and the other staff was also rude who was at the reception. The kitchen sink (in the room) tap was just hanging. The flush and bath tub was leaking. TV was not working. The sofa in the bedroom was making quirky sound. There was a lot of repair needed in the room where I was staying.

Entire breakfast area was smelling like eggs. Kitchen was open which is good and food is fresh but they way food was served and cooking smells and nose was not pleasant they should attest put an exhaust in kitchen

A counter top stove and a real fridge and some drinking water and some soft drinks should have been provided.

A lot of Men dark small hair in the bed, on the inside Sheets, I checked before I went to bed so I had to used the other bed top sheet to cover that gross men hair I chose that place due to cleaning note. The rest was fine but washing the bed sheets from previous customer is my number 1 expectation and I don’t think it’s too much to ask when paying the price for an hotel

Overall, everything was good, but regarding cleaning, the room was not vacuumed at all during the 13 nights we were there, and they often forgot the breakfast coffee, so I had to get it from the reception.

One of the employees was very bored and grumpy, but the other two were very cheerful.

The breakfast was quite plain and bland. French fries for breakfast is not appealing. It appeared the food was provided as little fuss necessary to get by.

There could have been an assortment of fresh fruit set out, options for protein (most provide bacon, sausage), pancakes or waffles, actual homefries/potatoes for breakfast and not french fries. Fresh tomatoes, and other veggies.

The curtain in the bathroom needed a good washing... It took a while for the water to turn warm, then hot... The toilet and bathroom sink were very low... My partner is 6 foot 1, and found that very uncomfortable...

Room was clean, bathroom shower was very nice and strong. Bed was much more comfortable than I thought it would be and after initial hurdles the WIFI turned out to be nice. Decent location too for roads.

The toilet was a little small, I thought there would be breakfast included in the stay and could have sworn that was in the description but there was nothing. And the TV wasn't 100%

I can’t emphasize this enough! Change your location address to reflect Sherwood. We followed directions using address provided and ended up in the middle of nowhere. We had to call hotel for step by step directions as a result.
