Great choice of TV channels including cable TV.

We had expected an inn and suites - what we had was a motel room, albeit a bight brighter than many. Breakfast was poor - the scrambled eggs were solid lumps!

The staff were all so nice and accommodating. The rooms were set up nice and were very clean. The morning breakfast was great. The grounds were also beautiful with nice trees and bushes. Amazing to be so close to the airport.

Very large room with kitchenette

Never seen a Bathroom so small about 2x3 metres. I'm not small but had to squeeze between wall & wash basin touching both sides. Once in, a child size toilet was a step away. If your tall your knees would be under your chin. Also a bit mouldy. Needs a good clean. Value for money definately not worth it. Paid $70 less for better stay elsewhere

La personne a l'accueil était aidante mais il était seul vu l'heure et nous étions plusieurs a arriver en même temps la chambre était spacieuse et avait un espace cuisine et un divant-lit déjeuner était bien

Les draps avaient des tâches et des cheveux. A l'accueil on nous en a donné des propres mais vu l'heure nous avons du refaire les lits nous mêmes. Configuration de l'espace rendait l'accès difficile pour la salle de bain Au déjeuner, les tables étaient sales, il y avait seulement une personne pour assurer l'entretien et le remplissage des plats, il ne fournissait pas.

Que le personnel parle français Qu’il y ait au moins une deuxième chaise. Mon mari a passé la soirée assis sur le lit et s’est levé avec mal au dos. Il y avait une odeur désagréable dans la chambre,on aurait dit que ça provenait de l’air climatisé

Notre chambre n'était pas prête à notre arrivée alors une autre chambre nous a été attitrée.

Our room was likely given away and we were upgraded to a room that was uncomfortable in terms of having kids and not having an adequate path to the washroom.

Je n'ai pas trouvé rien de satisfaisant, de plus le site sur booking ne reflète pas la réalité. Le motel n'a pas été rénové et la chambre n'était pas ce que la photo montrait.

Le service n'était pas adéquat, le déjeuner n'étais pas chaud et manque de quantités pour le nombre de clients présents. Le délai pour obtenir la chambre à l'heure d'arrivée demandée (15h) n'a pas été respecté, les clés nous a été remises à 15h maos la chambre n'était pas prête et totalement pas nettoyée. Manque de collaboration de la réception lors de notre arrivée et du gérant. Ce même gérant n'a jamais été sur place lors de notre séjour, même si nous avions critiqué la situation. Le gérant était supposément d'être présent le lendemain matin, mais il ne s'est jamais présenté. La chambre n'était pas prête, pas nettoyée, odeurs nauséabondes (limites odeurs de moisissures). Équipements désuets et pas confortables, climatiseurs incontrôlables, etc.

The food options were decent, featuring standard items like beans, eggs, sausage, cereals, breads, and bagels.

Dining Area: The breakfast space is exceptionally small and becomes difficult to navigate when busy. Room Size: The room itself was very tight on space and uncomfortable for a full stay. Overall Experience: Saving a little bit of money compared to nearby hotels was not worth the compromise on comfort. I would not recommend this hotel for a vacation stay.

Überteuertes Motel mit dem Charme einer Jugendherberge. Die Unterkunft ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und machte leider keinen besonders sauberen Eindruck. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Zimmer nur oberflächlich gereinigt: Der Wasserbehälter der Kaffeemaschine war stark verschmutzt, unter der Stehlampe lag deutlich sichtbar Dreck, und im Zimmer herrschte ein unangenehm muffiger Geruch. Auch der Frühstücksraum ist für die Größe des Motels viel zu klein. Hinzu kommt die Lage deutlich außerhalb des Zentrums von Charlottetown. Besonders enttäuschend ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Eine Nacht kostete hier mehr als in sehr guten Hotels in Downtown Montreal oder Toronto. Für diesen Preis hätten wir einen wesentlich höheren Standard erwartet. Leider können wir dieses Motel nicht empfehlen.

The room was a decent size and had parking in front of room.

The breakfast wasn’t very good - powdered eggs, vegan sausage, very little variety of items offered and dining room was very crowded.

- Cozy - Location: close to shopping - Balcony was a nice touch - Ample parking with wide spaces - Front desk quickly addressed our concerns

- Breakfast was very basic and the same every day. Scrambled eggs, sausages, beans, yogurt, packaged oatmeal, cereals and toast. Coffee and juices. No pancakes, no muffins, no waffles, no fresh fruit or boiled eggs - Housekeeping was basically non-existant. We had to ask for extra towels. There was a musky cigarette odor in the hallway and in the bathroom. - The room overall looks very dated and needs a good refresh. Can start by adding a deadbolt on the door and properly repainting everything. Also, add a proper ceiling light! - Power went out our last night for 2 hours. You'd think that they'd have a generator or at least inform guests of what's happening. - Guests were being obnoxious in the lobby at Midnight and staff did nothing to settle them. - The walls are paper thin and you can hear people in the hallway like they're in the room with you! Oh and it's right on a busy road with many cars passing. This disrupted our sleep several times. Overall, it's a good budget option if you're in a pinch, but we would not return.

A grear price for a great location with a grat breaksast. For a weekend visit I would book again

Le service, l’emplacement pour le déjeuné est dans un bar, petit, table collante et machine à sous… Notre chambre était infestée de punaises de lit. Service à la clientèle de Booking absent, refile le problème à l’hôtel. Ce problème nous a occasionné des dépenses supplémentaires: relocalisation à plus de 60 km, frais de buanderie, de produit de nettoyage. Booking ne répond même pas! A noter: l’hôtel a remboursé notre nuit.

Well kept property with lots of lovely flowers and fresh rooms. Complimentary breakfast was great, and the ice machine was very appreciated. The lobby coffee, water and treats were a great touch.

The cookie bin was always empty. We stayed multiple nights and never saw it be replenished.

they ruined our vacation in PEI. Our family (2 kids 4 and 6 years old + my husband and I) drove 3 1/2 hours from Halifax to Charlottetown PEI. I booked this hotel in June 19 for Aug8-9 stay paid in advance before coming to the property. Upon arrival at 430pm of Aug 8th, they told me they are overbooked for the day after taking my money already and they decided to book us to Comfort Inn 5 mins walk from this hotel. I specifically booked this because of the room and pool.. But they decided without communication to book my reservation to the hotel across the street because they cannot accommodate us. I was really disappointed because they did not inform me ahead and just decided to transfer us to a different hotel in a smaller room and no pool.. my kids were looking forward to their hotel and use their pool but I was even told that yes we are welcome to their pool but we would have to walk 5 mins away from the other hotel going to their hotel vicinity which will expose my kids to cold outdoor wind travelling from one hotel to another - take note that if we use their pool we will be walking all wet and could potentially exposing my kids to get sick because of the travel/ walk from their outdoor pool to the hotel across the street where they dumped us. the receptionist named Harnoor, if he did give me his right name! was even rude to talk to instead of calming the situation he is even proud and argued with me that this happens all the time. He even told me that they are blaming booking.com, expedia, agoda and other third party businesses that this is caused by their lack of communication.. I was told that the manager communicated the issue with booking.com to contact me and inform me that they will transfer me to a different hotel but when i called booking.com customer service there was no communication about that. I don't know now who is lying if canada best value inn in Charlottetown or Booking.com.

Nous avions la dernière chambre au fond complètement du stationnement. Quand nous sommes entrées, la chambre était vraiment humide….on s’est rendu compte le lendemain matin que le tapis était mouillé dans une partie de la chambre (et toute nos choses déposées par terre :(…..)

Ease of access and proximity to Charlottetown’s main amenities

The overall condition and cleanliness was very much sub par. Linens, appliances, switches and general state of the room were dirty and in ill repair, which resulted in a very uncomfortable stay. For example, the bedroom heat pump was full of dust (mold?) and the fan could not be turned any higher than low otherwise the entire unit would shake.

Le lit était confortable. La douche était bonne. C'est l'une des route principal. Bon choix de petit déjeuné.

Un dépôt de 1200$ c'est poussé un peu. La chambre pour deux lits est vraiment petit. Le lieu de la chambre laisse peu de marge de maneuver pour ton véhicule (souhaite qu'il n'est pas gros). L'endroit pour le petit déjeuné est très petit.

For the 25o I paid per-night linen were grimy and old. Bedding worn out and grimy I spend 80 nights a year in hotels word value for rate. Staff not trained and not courteous and all foreign poor quality of staff owner getting relief fr govt to hire immigrants . Never staying again

Breakfast was good and cookie upon arrival was a nice surprise. Loved the grassy area for walking our dog. A little further from downtown than we would have liked, but with the benefit of being quieter. Very busy when we were there, but so quiet that we were surprised when we saw it was fully booked. Great staff.
