Ce qui peut être amélioré c’est le prix des bouteilles d’eau au repas (non comprises) La réservation des sunbeds dès le matin avant même le petit déjeuner…

Our second visit to the resort was truly incredible. The room was outstanding, offering panoramic ocean views from the hot tub. The staff were wonderfully attentive, ensuring our stay was perfect. The food was fabulous, and the spa facilities were amazing.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Esperides Hotel. Everything was very clean and well maintained, the food was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, and we really enjoyed our time there. A lovely hotel in Koutouloufari, we would definitely stay again!

If we had to mention one small point, we would have preferred the beds to be a little larger. However, this was only a minor preference and did not affect our overall experience or enjoyment of the stay

У нас був дуже ранній приліт, але наше очікування на заселення зробили максимально комфортним. Нас провели на сніданок, забрали чемодан і дали місце щоб переодягнутися і до заселення ми вже відпочивали біля басейну.

Не сподобалось те що замість двоспального ліжка, як було зазначено в описі було два окремих. І також так вийшло що в нас був номер суміжний з іншим, там були двері… і було чутно абсолютно все що робилось в іншому номері. Але нам попадались тихі сусіди) тому нам це не зіпсувало відпочинок.

Locatia este indepartata de plaja dar se compenseaza cu multitudinea de taverne si shopuri intens accesate pe timpul serii. De asemenea, daca folositi masina pentru deplasari, locurile de parcare publice sunt dificil de gasit dar hotelul ofera un pret decent de parcare privata.

Rewelacyjny hotel w stylu wioski kreteńskiej w urokliwej miejscowości z mnóstwem tawern, barow,, sklepikow. Polozony na wzgórzu, z którego jest piękny widok na morze i Hersonissos. Standard hotelu bardzo wysoki. Personel jest bardzo miły i pomocny. Jedzenie przepyszne,codziennie inny wieczór tematyczny. Plaża jest dość daleko, ale hotel współpracuje z Meltemi Beach gdzie jeździ zamówiony wcześniej transport z hotelu. Bardzo miłą niespodziankę było podwyższenie standardu pokoju przez hotel w efekcie czego otrzymaliśmy wielki taras z prywatnym jacuzzi.

Nie ma takiej rzeczy, hotel przewyższyl moje oczekiwania.

The resort is beautiful, very clean, well maintained and nicely designed. The rooms and facilities are comfortable and everything feels organized and taken care of. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

The resort is spread across several separate buildings rather than being located in one complex, which can be a little inconvenient. The location is also somewhat away from the main center, so transportation may be needed if you want to explore the busier areas.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! By far the cleanest hotel I've stayed at—the room, towels, and sheets were spotless and smelled amazing. Excellent valet service from Anas and his colleague, who were incredibly helpful. The whole staff was warm and welcoming, and the location is ideal, right near the center. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The only minor downside was that the center was a bit too far to walk to. It would be amazing if the hotel offered a tuk-tuk service for guests at a nominal fee.

הארוחת בוקר הייתה מזעזעת לא טעימה ולא היה מבחר בחדר שלנו הייתה בעית מזגן עד שהם נזכרו להחליף לנו חדר היה מאוחר מידי

Frokosten var ok, litt begrenset utvalg. Stedet markedsfører seg som firestjerners hotell, men servicen står ikke i forhold til dette. Personalet var supre, men alt for lav bemanning. Drikken kom ofte veldig sent, når man nesten var ferdig å spise. Forhold man ønsket skulle følges opp tok veldig lang tid, annet ønske ble aldri besvart. De kunne ha kostet på seg en juice dispenser og kaffemaskin, så slipper man å spise opp maten før noen har tid til å spørre om du vil ha noe å drikke. Kakerlakk på rommet ble meldt inn, med ønske om oppfølging og informasjon. Det skjedde ikke. Etter mange purringer sprayet de rommet, samtidig som vi skulle gjøre oss klar til utflukt. De ansatte gjør en super jobb, ikke ledelsen, men har ikke sjans for å gi god service når de er alt for få på jobb. Hjelper ikke at de smiler og prøver å være hyggelige, når detaljer som å huske service, glass på bord osv, ikke er på plass. Kjøkkenet er det som imponerte mest. Det var alltid fullt i bufféen, de gikk runder og sjekket og ryddet hele tiden og fylte på mat der det var tomt. Imponerende proft drevet. Vi bodde der tre uker midt i høysesongen så antar ting er bedre når det ikke er så mange gjester, men samtidig forventer jeg at hotellet følger opp henvendelser de mottar fra gjester og faktisk får deg til å føle deg velkommen. At de fikser ting som går i stykker, som låsen på do ved basseng osv. Vakkert sted, pent bygget i den lille landsbyen, super takterrasse.

Mer personale. De som jobbet med servering og rydding i restauranten hadde en umulig oppgave. Alt for få og for dårlig trening i hva som ligger i god service. Ledelsen fulgte ikke opp ønsker og henvendelser på en god måte.

Очень уютный,чистый,прекрасный отель.Номер с бассейном был превосходный.Сначала поселили с плохим видом,но за небольшую доплату переселили в прекрасный номер категорией выше.Питание вкусное,красивая территория вокруг,бары,рестораны.

Отсутствие напитков на завтрак и ужин.Есть только бесплатная вода в стаканах.Иногда приходилось брать бутылку воды за деньги.Кое-где диваны уже в пятнах и в первом номере джакузи была треснута.

Excellent service from all the staff. The hotel rooms were very comfortable and clean. We had a room with a jacuzzi with beautiful scenic views.

More evening entertainment would have been nice. However we still had some great evenings relaxing in the bar,

There's no escaping the fact that Esperides is a first class resort in a beautiful and belovee village that we have been coming to for years. The aesthetic is stunning and facilities are exceptional. The staff are eager to help and you pay for quality and get it.

The only problem really in my mind is that they only cater for two type of customer; families or couples. I travelled with my son and booked a room with sofabed - which was a child bed- They had upgraded us to a beautiful room in the couples complex- meaning we had to share a bed- Not ideal. The breakfast was outstanding and the eveningfood is nice but really seems to be the same thing every night. The staff are extremely professional but I rarely heard laughter or music and fun- especially in the signature area. I understand the need to present as a " high- end" resort but you dont need to be so serious at all times. A little more lightheartedness would have been welcome.

We had an amazing stay at Esperides Hotel from start to finish. Our room was beautiful, and having our own pool at the hotel made relaxing so effortless. What truly elevated our stay was the wonderful team. The concierge staff were fantastic—always smiling, chatty, engaging, and genuinely welcoming. A huge thank you as well to the client services lady at reception, who provided brilliant tips and recommendations on local places to visit. The hotel's beach service is a fantastic touch. Having access to the beach and beach pool—complete with towels and complimentary water—made days by the sea seamless. You definitely don't need to worry about packing your own beach towels! The dining options were varied with great evening themes, and we really appreciated the flexibility of being able to swap our half-board dinner for lunch when needed. Location-wise, the hotel sits in a prime spot surrounded by a wide selection of restaurants and bars, with quick, easy access to the high streets for shopping and strolling. As an added bonus, we absolutely loved the bakery right next door! We couldn't have asked for a better holiday and would highly recommend Esperides Hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. C’est un véritable havre de paix, avec un cadre magnifique et une décoration réalisée avec beaucoup de goût et de soin. Chaque détail semble avoir été pensé pour offrir une expérience à la fois élégante et chaleureuse. L’équipe est tout simplement formidable : accueillante, souriante, attentive et toujours disponible pour rendre le séjour encore plus agréable. On s’y sent immédiatement les bienvenus. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et nous recommandons cet établissement sans la moindre hésitation. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse !

Le camere non erano pulite adeguatamente, scala della piscina rotta e con la ruggine, poco divertimento per i bambini, una cameriera poco gentile e a mio avviso maleducata. Lingue parlate greco e inglese nemmeno un po' di italiano. Dovrebbero migliorare sulla pulizia delle camere, sul cibo poca scelta di pesce e poca scelta sulla pasta sempre le stesse cose. Il cibo nel complesso era veramente buono ottime le insalate. I fattorini davvero unici e gentilissimi.

חדר עם בריכה היה מדוייק חדר גדול נקי כל יום ניקיון מצויין מחדש מול המלון ובסביבתו לא מעט מסעדות וברים חלקם טובים חלקם פחות. הגענו מאוחר חיכו לנו והציעו גם משהו לאכול. האוכל סביר מגוון חלקו טעים מאוד חלקו פחות. הקינוחים לא טובים בכלל

בחדר אוכל בארוחת ערב אין אפילו קנקן מים מבקשים כסף אפילו על מים. מלון חמישה כוכבים מצופה למינימום וזה מרגיש מסחטת כסף. המלצרים מפנים את הצלחת כשאתה עוד אוכל לפעמים הרגשנו שהם רוצים לפנות גם אותנו. אין מה לעשות במלון משעמם עד כאב. המיטה ספה הנוספת בחדר לא ראויה לאנשים

1 étoile Nous avons séjourné dans cet établissement 6 nuits, du 15 au 21 juillet 2026. Les extérieurs sont très beaux, bien entretenus et offrent un cadre agréable. Le personnel est également très souriant, serviable et toujours à l'écoute. Ce sont malheureusement les seuls véritables points positifs de notre séjour. Pour le reste, cet hôtel est très loin du niveau attendu d'un établissement 5 étoiles. La restauration est de très mauvaise qualité. Que ce soit au petit-déjeuner, au déjeuner ou au dîner, les repas sont très décevants et ne sont absolument pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel de cette catégorie. Les chambres sont vieillissantes, le mobilier est daté, le matelas est inconfortable et la salle de bain mériterait une rénovation complète. L'ensemble manque de confort et de standing. La qualité du Wi-Fi est également très décevante. Le réseau réservé aux clients se déconnecte régulièrement et, même lorsqu'il fonctionne, le débit est très faible. Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, ce niveau de service est difficilement acceptable. Le service autour de la piscine est également très décevant. Les serveurs sont souvent absents et il faut parfois attendre 20 à 30 minutes pour obtenir une simple boisson. De plus, certains services annoncés comme ouverts dès 10 h ne sont toujours pas opérationnels en fin de matinée, notamment pour la mise à disposition des serviettes de piscine. Autre point regrettable : malgré des panneaux indiquant clairement qu'il est interdit de réserver les transats en y laissant simplement une serviette, cette règle n'est jamais appliquée. De nombreux vacanciers monopolisent ainsi les transats pendant des heures sans les utiliser, rendant très difficile, voire impossible, de trouver une place. La piscine familiale est également trop petite au regard de la capacité de l'hôtel, ce qui accentue encore cette impression de saturation. Le point le plus préoccupant reste la piscine.

Overall, we had a good stay, but I personally felt it was more of a 4-star experience than a 5-star one. The standout feature was definitely the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which really made a positive difference to our holiday. We also loved the adults-only pool area, which was a great place to relax. The nearby village of Koutouloufari is lovely, with some fantastic restaurants, and it's about a 15-minute walk downhill to Hersonissos.

The food at the hotel was a bit hit and miss. That's very subjective, of course, and everyone has different tastes, but we ended up swapping our dinner for lunch so we could enjoy the excellent local restaurants in the evenings. The biggest disappointment was the room. The first room we were given felt very dark, small, and cave-like, so we asked to move. Thankfully, the hotel accommodated our request, and the second room had a much better layout with patio doors, which made it far more pleasant. Even so, the rooms are quite compact. One thing to be aware of is that the hotel is built on a hillside with lots of steps. This wasn't a problem for us, and there is a lift available, but it may be worth considering if you have mobility issues.
