部屋の窓からマッターホルンが見える部屋でした。場所は駅まで歩いて10分、タクシー乗り場へはホテルのシャトルバスがありました。朝食は美味しかったです。

最上階の屋根裏部屋だったので暑かった。夜、部屋に魚を焼いたような煙が入ってきて火災報知器が2度3度となりました。問い合わせをしましたが、煙探知機が働いたとの説明で大丈夫だと言われましたが、かなり、不安な夜を過ごしました。

Zentral gelegen, alles sehr sauber und tolles Frühstück - nettes Personal und prima Blick zum Matterhorn! Selbst wenn man ein Zimmer mit Bergblick hat- ist man schnell bei der Brücke und genießt den Anblick! Toller Wellness Bereich

Die Öffnungszeiten des Wellnessbereich. Allerdings kann ich verstehen dass dies bei gutem warmen Wetter so sind😉

Great location, amazing wellness facilities

I understand it’s Zermatt but still think the price is too high.

Everything at this hotel was wonderful. Room very comfortable with everything we might need. Really liked the location on the other side of the town from the busy train station and shopping and still very walkable. They have a shuttle to pick you up and take you back to the train station, you just have to reserve it a day ahead of time. Staff very nice. Also right by a great view of the Matterhorn looking over the river. Great restaurants nearby and elsewhere in the town.

I stayed there on the 14th and 15th of September and luckily both days are sunny. I could see a very beautiful Matterhorn from the balcony which has a table and chairs. I will be back again.

日本人橋からすぐで、駅までも歩ける距離。立地最高でした！！ 部屋はマッターホルンビューではなかったものの、周りの山々も壮大で、景色は最高でした ホテルのスタッフの方も笑顔で対応してくださり、大満足！ お部屋をアップグレードで広いお部屋を準備してくださり、とても嬉しかったです。清潔感あり、最高でした！ スリッパあります 朝食も美味しかったです！ 大満足のお部屋でした！

The room was very nicely appointed and clean. The bed was very good. Great sized balcony, No view in our view. The bathroom was decent sized. Water flow in the shower was great. The breakfast was excellent, the best attribute. The location was very good and easy to access, Excellent points for the shuttle between the rail depot and the hotel, which would have been an upward climb if not for the service.

I think a fan in the room would have made it the perfect stay. The room did not have air conditio0n nor windows so we slept with the balcony door wide open.

Skvělá lokalita, krásný výhled, pěkná wellness zóna, perfektní čistota, vstřícný personál. Byli jsme moc spokojeni.

Zermatter und Bergkulisse! Pantoffeln im Zimmer. Balkon mit tollem Blick. Tolles Bad. Super Bild an der Wand! Irgendwie alles sehr sehr gut.

朝食が美味しかった。日本橋の真横で観光には最高。マッターホルンが部屋から見えた。スタッフは皆んな感じが良かった。

9月中旬の宿泊だったが、寒かった。部屋の暖房が効いていなかった。暖房のスイッチがなく、探してしまった。暖かいパジャマが必要だった。エレベーターが業務用と宿泊客と兼用でスイッチが分かりにくく、2往復してしまった。

丁度宿泊した2泊とも最高のお天気で、バルコニーからのマッターホルンのビューが素晴らしかったです！地下のスパ利用は水着なしでバスタオルを巻いてと言う規則があり始めは不安でしたが、夕方は貸し切り状態でラッキーでした。清潔でスチームサウナがリラックス出来てとても良かったです。

Дуже гарний готель із затишною атмосферою. Розташування прекрасне з видом на гори. В готелі є СПА і дуже смачний сніданок. Однозначно хочеться повернутися знову!

The staff, the accommodations and especially the Wellness Center!!

I arranged for a luggage pick-up service only about 30 minutes before arriving at Zermatt’s main train station, yet the hotel staff still managed to arrange transport for my mum and me at such short notice. A lady wearing spectacles drove the hotel vehicle to pick us up. What impressed me immediately was that she personally lifted and loaded our two very heavy suitcases, each weighing around 28 kg, onto the vehicle. She also helped load the luggage of four other guests, doing everything cheerfully and with a smile, before driving all of us back to the hotel. Upon arrival, she unloaded all of our luggage as well as the luggage belonging to the other four passengers. She then kindly directed us to the lift and told us to press “E” to reach the reception. When we arrived at reception, to our surprise, it was the very same lady handling our check-in! Despite having just driven us back and handled all that heavy luggage, she remained incredibly warm, patient and enthusiastic. She carefully explained the hotel facilities, how to get to the main train station by bus, the details and timings of the daily breakfast buffet, the check-out time, as well as the hotel’s service for transporting us and our luggage back to the train station on our final day — all with a smile. I was also interested in purchasing a watch from the Swatch store near the train station, and she very kindly helped me call the shop to check whether the model I was looking for was available. Throughout our stay, I also noticed how patiently and professionally she answered questions from other guests. Her level of service really stood out to me. She seemed to handle everything — driving guests, carrying heavy luggage, checking guests in, explaining the hotel facilities and helping with individual requests — while remaining friendly and cheerful throughout. As it was still quite warm when I arrived in Zermatt, I requested a fan from the hotel reception. Initially, the young lady wearing glasses who assisted me mentioned that the weather was becoming cooler and that I might not need one. However, I explained that I still preferred to have a fan for better air circulation, and she kindly went to find one for me. I appreciated that she managed to provide a fan, although she only carried it as far as the elevator and I had to carry it back to my room myself. It would have been a nicer touch if the fan could have been delivered directly to my room, especially since it was a relatively bulky item. I also asked for three rolls of toilet paper but was given only two. Given that Zermatt can still be quite warm during the hotter months, I think it would be helpful if the hotel could consider providing a fan in every room like some hotels in Grindelwald, or at least making fans more readily available. This would save guests from having to request and transport one themselves and would make the stay more comfortable during warmer weather. Another area that could be improved is the bathroom shower area, which was quite small and cramped. Because of the limited space, my arm frequently came into contact with the metal part of the shower while I was taking a warm shower. The metal became extremely hot, and I was burned several times during the three nights I stayed. This was uncomfortable and potentially dangerous, so I believe the shower design and the positioning or insulation of the metal fixtures should be reviewed to help prevent guests from accidentally touching hot surfaces. Another area that could be improved is the pillows. Both my mum and I found them far too soft and lacking in proper neck support. As a result, we both woke up with aching necks. It would be helpful if the hotel could provide firmer pillow options, or allow guests to request pillows with better neck support, as this would make a significant difference t

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was awesome! Not the run of the mill type you get in Switzerland.

Nice spacious room with views of the Matterhorn. The breakfast is included and should not be missed! Appreciated the fact that they have a small kitchen with microwave and dishes downstairs in case you want to bring in some food to be reheated.

We had an end room under the sloped roof. It made the bathroom a bit awkward especially stepping into the tub/shower.

The breakfast was phenomenal as was the location.

I booked for a room but I didn’t expect to get a place I could swing ten cats at a time. However I didn’t have the view to the Matterhorn I enjoyed my stay every minute.

Frühstück sehr gut und Reichhaltig. Zimmer sehr schön und sauber, nur der Balkon war nicht so schön ( blick auf ein Dach ) Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bergbahnen zu fuss in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

障害物もなくマッターホルンを眺められるお部屋でした！スイスで泊まったホテルで1番清潔で、朝食も豪華でした。金額は安くはないですが、暖かい部屋でくつろぎながらマッターホルンが見えるため、この価格ならお得に感じます！

Matterhorn viewの部屋を利用しましたが、何より眺めが最高で、朝焼けも含め部屋からMatterhornの眺めることができました。 朝食は基本的には通常のバイキング形式ですが、オムレツなどの卵料理や、ワッフルなどを自分で調理することができます。

同じ建物にランドリーがあったのは便利でしたが、洗濯がSF14、乾燥がSF12という値段に驚きました。

朝食の種類が多く、しかも全て美味しい。1日だと堪能できない。部屋も広く快適。シャトルバスもあり助かった。同じ建物内に、コインランドリー(Alpine Laundry)あり。

早餐很棒~可以自己做煎蛋或炒蛋。房間乾淨，大小適中，從房間可以看見馬特洪峰山，要看日出不用清晨趕著出門，很放鬆。雖然離車站有點距離，但是可以請飯店幫忙免費接送。這飯店是這趟旅行住過所有飯店中最棒的選擇!

Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, man kann sich selbst Omelette und Pancakes machen und auch sonst hat es alles da.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, noch dazu die Betten sehr hart und unbequem. Das Hotel ist ausserdem sehr laut, in den frühen Morgenstunden wird schon irgend etwas präpariert was man laut im Zimmer hört. Ausserdem ist die Luft im Zimmer extrem trocken, sehr unangenehm über Nacht.

マッターホルンが見える部屋にグレートアップをしてくれた(無料) 日本人橋の直ぐそばだったが賑やかさは全く感じなく、静かなロケーションだった。

ホテルまで駅からやや登りの石畳の道を約12 〜13分歩く。スーツケースをひいて行くのはちょっとキツかった。

ロケーションが素晴らしい。朝食も美味しかった。

バスタブが無かったのが残念でした。

L’emplacement est parfait, la chambre agréable et confortable avec son balcon et le style de l’hôtel chaleureux. Un buffet de petit déjeuner très copieux et varié, tout le monde s’y retrouve.

Je n’ai pas vu d’horaire concernant le Spa, or il n’est ouvert que de 16h à 20h, dommage c’est cela qui m’avait plus avec son accès illimité, j’aurai souhaité y aller aussi le matin avant de partir et en profiter le soir (arrivée à 19h, c’est court)

Room was good. Note that these rooms have NO AC. It was quite warm when we arrived. Requested a fan which was delivered to the room. Did not use it though. Opened the window a bit to allow fresh air to enter. They really need to look at the heat as the whole of Europe is going through heat waves in the summer. It is not comfortable to sleep in a room which is too warm.

We loved everything about Hotel Bristol. From the free shuttle service to and from the train station to our very comfortable room with fabulous views of the Matterhorn - we could not have asked for more BUT we got more! The breakfast was exceptional. There was even a separate gluten free section!

We had the most amazing view of the Matterhorn for the morning sunrise I could take photos right off the balcony. The room and facilities were exceptional.

場所、お部屋、朝食、スタッフ対応全てよかったです。 地下に電子レンジなど簡単に調理できる場所がありました。ホテル横にはコインランドリー(もはやコインではない)があり複数日滞在する人には大変重宝すると思います。洗濯14CHF乾燥12CHFだったと思います。

バスタブ付きの部屋をリクエストしたと思ったのですが、シャワーブースのみでした。気がつく前にお部屋を使ったのでフロントには言いませんでしたが…
