Reviewed Sep 18, 2026The location was very central to all activities restaurants, and a short walk from the train station. The staff, facilities and breakfast included were fantastic. We particularly enjoyed the spa area with a sauna and soak after a long day of hiking!

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026The location was perfect. Even though it is next to the church, the bells did not bother us at all. The small spa, 2 saunas and a whirlpool, was a nice treat on a rainy day. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area.
There was nothing that we didn’t like about the hotel.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Super Lage direkt neben der Kirche in Zermatt. Circa 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof zu Fuß. Sehr gepflegtes kleines Spa ( Achtung es dürfen keine Kinder bis 12 dort hinein). Sehr gutes Frühstück und freundliches Personal. Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis für Zermatt.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Zum Zimmer: Schöne Grösse, grosszügig eingerichtet, viele Matterhorn-Details, schöner Balkon. Sehr grosses Bad/grosse Dusche. Genug Kleiderbügel und Stauraum. Das Frühstück war lecker, abwechslungsreich. Es hat eine Kaffeemaschine, die man immer benutzen kann für Kaffee- oder Teegelüste.

Very nice surprise to find that the reality was even better than the photos. The quality of the gym was also a nice surprise. - Big room, tastefully done, everything spotlessly clean - good breakfast selection - Location was great and only a few minutes walk from the station - lovely staff We would happily stay here again.

Canile pentru cafea si ceai ieri dimineata erau asezate dar erau murdare si ei nu au vazut ca le-au asezat murdare. S-au scuzat ca li s-a stricat masina de spalar vase dar asa ceva nu este posibil pentru un hotel in centrul orasului Zermatt. Cani MURDARE fara ca ei sa observe cand le-au asezat acolo langa masina de spalat vase, deci igiena precara!

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Het personeel de mevrouw bij het inchecken was erg aardig en gezellig de gehele tijd als ze werkte (aanwezig was). Het ontbijt was prima, verschillende dingen, fruit was niet altijd goed en werd steeds met iets anders afgewisseld (ik begreep de doormiddel gesneden bananen niet (hierdoor waren ze niet fris meer). Spa heerlijk, leuk ingericht, leuke elementen zoals de belevenis douche. Mooie locatie.
De kamer was kleiner dan verwacht zonder keukenblok. De toilet trok meteen niet goed door (helaas denk je dan dat dit vanzelf oplost). De spa was al om 20:00 uur dicht, jammer te vroeg. Ik miste echt hotel slippers zeker ook vanwege de spa. De bedden zijn niet verschoond tussendoor. Jammer dat we geen ontbijt mochten meenemen voor onderweg vanwege het eerder moeten vertrekken dan de ontbijttijd (dit was al betaald en een lunchpakket kopen kon wel).

Nicht wirklich relevant, wenn man es vorher weiß, dass es ( nicht wie in anderen Hotels ) keinen sonstigen Getränkekühlschrank o.ä. gibt.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das z Morgebüffet hatte genügend Auswahl. Gepäck durften wir auch noch stehen lassen. Vielen Dank

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026The hotel was lovely and literally a walking distance from the train station. We had a wonderful stay overall, and the hotel was charming, with very friendly and attentive staff. The spa facilities are excellent (either after a hike or skiing) or simply after a long day of travelling.
One small disappointment was a misunderstanding regarding our room. We had requested a room "with a view", assuming this meant a view of the Matterhorn. Instead, our room overlooked the local cemetery. As it was my partner's birthday weekend, we found this rather unfortunate and, admittedly, a little ironic. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked, so it wasn't possible to change rooms. The staff explained that bookings made through Booking.com don't always allow them to capture specific room requests as clearly, and suggested contacting the hotel directly in the future. My advice to future guests would therefore be to specifically request a Matterhorn-view room when booking, rather than simply a "room with a view." On a positive note, the owners surprised my partner with a complimentary glass of bubbly on his birthday morning, which was a lovely gesture and much appreciated.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026アパートメント棟の方に滞在しました。キッチン付き、現代的な水回り、ホテル側の設備も利用可能と、充実した滞在を送ることができました。ホテルの受付の方々もとてもフレンドリーで、滞在の手助けをしてくれました。 有名観光スポットからも近く、キルヒ橋辺りからはバスも出ているので、アクティビティの面でも最高です。 洗濯機もフロントに確認する事で、地下一階の洗濯機と乾燥機が使うことができました。洗剤は備え付けのものが利用可能です。洗濯、乾燥の1回セットあたり5CHFだったので、気軽に利用することができました。
強いて挙げれば、コンロが電熱線式で加熱に時間がかかったことです。とはいえこれは大した問題ではありません。

I had a great view of Zermatt from my window, which was lovely. The bed was comfy and the breakfast selection was great. I didn't use the spa facilities, but heard from other guests that it was really nice. Great location to walk right onto the main street.
One of the skylight blinds was a bit broken so made it hard to use.

Le spa était agréable et la possibilité d'y aller de manière journalière est avantageuse, surtout après une randonnée ! Il y a également à disposition une salle de gym avec de nombreux équipements pratiques et modernes qui ne sont pas de refus. Le calme de l'hôtel et les choix du petit déjeuner sont parfaits.
