We booked a room with a mountain view and the view from our room was absolutely amazing, definitely worth it! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was great with a good variety of options. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026We loved the spa and updated rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very accommodating. The location also provided a great view and relaxing atmosphere.
We found it to get hot so leaving the windows opened helped but maybe having a fan. Also I suggest having lotion as a toiletry available in the bathroom!

中心部からは少し距離があります。駅前の通りを経由して日本人橋の方から遠回りすればそんなに感じませんが、最短距離で行こうとすると急な坂があります。 加えて、部屋の明かりが人感センサーになっているのですが、部屋の中心にいないと、すぐ明かりが消えてしまって落ち付かなかったです。

Das Frühstück. Leider etwas lieblos. Keine Gurken oder Tomaten, was mir wichtig gewesen wäre und auch immer für Frische sorgt. Das Buffet sieht am nächsten Tag aus, als hätte man die Platte vom Vortag einfach wieder hingestellt. Bei der Kaffeemaschine gibt es keinen Stopknopf - wenn man z.B. nur etwas heisse Milch haben möchte, geht das nicht.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Sehr sauber ! Man fühlt sich schnell wie zu Hause. Darf einen großen Kühlschrank, Mikrowellengerät und die Kaffeemaschine rund um die Uhr nutzen. Alle dort sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Erstklassiges, sehr vielseitiges Frühstück. Bäckerei, Supermarkt in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Zentrum auch nicht weit.
Es fehlen ein paar Kleiderhaken im Zimmer und Badezimmer. Im Whirlpool direkt neben der Sauna ist Badeanzug Pflicht.

Quite far from the station and the taxis both ways were expensive - but this also meant that we had an uninterrupted view (apart from clouds!) of the Matterhorn from the balcony and because it was the weekend and there was no building work next door, it was super peaceful which we loved.

Reviewed May 29, 2026The staff were super helpful. The balconies overlooking Matterhorn, though affected by ongoing constructions , was beautiful. The rooms were big enough and comfortable. There are other services like whirlpool, sauna etc. that guests can avail. One can just spend time in the balcony admiring tye mountains.
The hotel is located at a distance from the station which is not easily walkable, especially if you are travelling with elders. The view from the hotel is also getting impacted with another property being constructed right opposite to it. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but breakfast is served. Owing to its location, it might seem tad bit overpriced.

As of May 26, there was a construction site in front of me, but it didn't take much time to see the Matterhorn! The room was large, the facilities were clean, and it was nice. The hotel staff were kind, and the location of the hotel was close to Cermatt Station, so it was good to see the city center. haha It's an unforgettable accommodation to see the Golden Horn because the weather is nice!

Reviewed May 22, 2026Excellent view of the Matterhorn from our balcony! It was beautiful weather and Matterhorn changes every minute with the lighting. No television needed! The room was quirky - there was a loft level. There was really no seating on the "main" level but we enjoyed going upstairs for an evening glass of wine. The shower was great. A makeup mirror was provided so the bathroom could remain available while getting ready. Breakfast was delicious. A large assortment of meats and cheeses. Excellent bread and jams. We also enjoyed the pancakes. The hotel is walkable and centrally located to everything - restaurants, hiking trails, cable cars, train station, etc.

In tutto l’hotel pare non abbiano letti matrimoniali, quindi mettono insieme due letti singoli. Questi letti hanno un bordo in legno alto e grosso, quindi nell’unirli creano un avvallamento molto duro e largo in mezzo al letto. Ed è molto scomodo! Se si pretendono 409 CHF a notte, si deve offrire molto di più.
