気になるところがないのが良い

위치가 좋았고 침대 매트도 편했고 화장실과 욕실도 깔끔했고 아늑하고 좋았습니다. 이 정도 가격에 이런 좋은 위치를 가진 숙소에서 머물 수 있는 건 행운입니다. 이 숙소를 발견해서 운이 좋았습니다. 다음에도 도쿄에 다시 방문할 예정이 있다면 이 곳을 다시 이용할 생각입니다. 저렴한 가격에 위치 좋은 곳에서 침대 매트만 딱 있는 공간을 원하시는 분들에게는 좋은 선택지가 될 거에요.

특별히 아쉬웠던 점은 없지만 숙소에 도착해서 체크인을 하려고 했을 때 직원이 부재 중이었고 20분 뒤에 도착했는데 사실 이런 부분도 숙소 자체가 너무 좋아서 다 이해가 될 정도였습니다. 별로 큰 문제는 아니었어요.

アメニティもしっかりあって掃除も綺麗にされていて、大久保駅や新大久保駅からも近いしこのお値段で立地もとても良かったです 宿泊前の質問にもすぐに対応して下さったり、友達とも同じベッドの並びにして頂けて有り難かったです

チェックイン前の荷物を預かっていただいた時に、フロントの外からでも誰でも（宿泊外の人でも）入れる談話室に荷物を置くだけで、フロントの中やホテルの裏に預かって貰えなかった事が、無くなる可能性がゼロではないのが不安でした 常にフロントにスタッフが居る状態であれば少しは安心かもしれませんが、誰でも出入り出来る場所であったのが大丈夫なのか？と思っていました

周辺の外出先との相性が良い 食事スペースが気軽に使えるのでよかった。 ベッドの弾力が良いのでよく眠れた。

ルームに個別の空調がないので少し暑かった 夏は小型の扇風機などでも良いから設置してあるともっと過ごしやすいと思う。

新大久保駅から近く、新宿駅からも徒歩圏内 荷物を預かって頂けたのが、本当に助かりました‼︎ フロントの一角にネットをかけて番号札で管理いただきました。カギ付きロッカーではないですが、スタッフさんの目の届く所にあるので安心でした。

新大久保から近く、新宿からも歩いていけるロケーションが便利。

シャワー室や洗面台の清掃がイマイチ。 ただし、宿泊者の使い方が悪い（髪の毛がいつも残ってる）ためでもある。 カプセルの高さが低く、動くと頭が当たりやすい。 マットレスがフニャフニャで柔らかすぎる。 シャワーの水圧が低い。

フロントの眼鏡を掛けた女性が とても丁寧に説明をして下さり、 最後に 「ご不明な点はございませんか？」と 尋ねて頂きましたが、 全てを理解出来ました。

特にありませんでした。 とても快適でした。 また近くでイベントがある時は 是非利用させて頂きます。

Good location for the nightlife.

ロケーションは色々な意味で抜群。新大久保駅から直ぐだし、周辺での飲食には困らない。

カプセルに多くは望めないが、これでコインランドリーがあったら最高だろうなぁ～と……

Well, my main reason that I chose this place is just to stay for a night. As a capsule hotel, it was quite comfortable. The restroom and bathroom were clean. I felt I had a private space. And then, they have a lounge on the first floor where you can eat, or work or have a phone call. Well the location is quite good since it is close to shinjuku station. I can't complain for the price and accommodation.

Not really. I hoped for the worst thing possible but it was a nice place to stay if you are on budget and solo traveler.

安いのと駅から近いのと、飲食店がいろいろあってよかった。 スタッフの方の対応が良かったです。 マットも気持ちよく、よく寝れました。

トイレや洗面所の備え付けのゴミ箱が小さくて、溢れていたので縦に長いゴミ箱とかにした方が良いかなと思いました。ドライヤーが2台故障してました。 連泊の方が多いのか？廊下に荷物が出しっぱなしになったりしてたのが気になりました。 トイレ、シャワー室の換気扇まわってたのかな？

施設のせいではないですが、大きな荷物を広げてる方々が多いところ

駅からかなり近いし、賑わっているところから少し離れているから夜も静か。ベットもしっかり厚みがあってぐっすり寝れる。周りの音もそんな響きにくいし、ほんとに寝やすい！少し歩くと韓国料理や雑貨もたくさんあって楽しめるし、そんなカオス状態でもないし、街も過ごしやすい。 今回利用してまた良かったので、続けてまた予約とりました！こんなに安価で立地最高なカプセルホテルないかも！次回もまた絶対利用する！

シャワールームが激せまです。 立地もいいし、安いし、ほかがいいので、ここはしょうがないなって感じます。

La localización, que la gente que viene no es ruidosa, limpian los baños mucho y procuran hacer el menor ruido posible, el metro esta cerca.

Entra algo de luz en la capsula pero a mi no me molesta, el barrio esta lleno de prostitutas asi que si sales de noche te van ofrecer sus servicios

Si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione. È pulito e si dorme benissimo. In zona ci sono negozi e molti locali per mangiare. Lo consiglio.

Location is good

Air conditioning is horrible.. It's very smelly inside of the pods because of lack of ventilation

- L'emplacement est très bien dans les petites rues de Shinjuku. L'endroit est calme - L'hôtel est neuf et il y a une petite terrasse dehors assez agréable - Les capsules sont assez grandes et confortables - Personnel sympathique

- Le temps de douche est très court et il faut appuyer toutes les 10/15 secondes pour avoir de l'eau. - Comme tous les capsules hôtel l'expérience dépend des autres voyageurs. Etant restée un mardi soir nous n'etions que 6 donc plutôt calme. - La ventilation exterieure tourne en permanence donc peut gêner un bruit de fond inconfortable. - La lumière du couloir est constamment allumée donc pensez à prendre un masque de nuit si vous ne voulez pas être gêné par la lumière.

The beds are super comfortable and private, excellent experience. You get a towel and a little bag, toilettes and slippers are provided. This was such a nice change after staying in other hostels.

The dorm is quite big tho and with many girls in the room it gets super messy, the bins were overflowing with rubbish and the luggage were all over the place all the time. The common area is super small and close to the entrance so its not too good to work or sit as it gets quite cold at the times. no kitchen amenities, only very simple. I recall there was a kettle, but didn't see a water supply.

The stuff is disgraceful they are not giving you any service and most of the time there’s no one in the reception. Also they get into the room and make a lot of noise and there is a girls stuff that keeps getting in. The worst part is that the room is small and they insert a lot of guest, what caused that I didn’t had a place for my luggage and when I woke up all of my bag was covered with other people bags and clothes. And I when I checked in I asked if the AC is working but it doesn’t really work, it’s very hot in the night. Not recommended.

シャワーがボタンを押して時間経つと自動で止まるタイプなのですが、説明には15秒と書いてあるのに実際は5〜6秒で止まってしまう。

Amazing staff! Really looked after me and my friend

Good (if cramped) showers, comfortable sleep capsules. An okay amount of locker space, which isn't always a guarantee in capsule hotels. The price was reasonable. Separate washers and dryers. Quick access to Shin-Okubo station. Walking distance to Shinjuku, if you care about that.

The way the individual floors are setup means a decent amount of noise, even through the night as people come and go and rummage through their lockers and are in the restrooms. I much prefer capsule hotels where the sleep capsules are in their own discreet area. Seating in the common area was very limited, about 8 or so seats, though I'll note that outside of prime time hours in the evening I never had trouble getting a spot to sit.

Good location next to Korea town area. Easy to find and generally comfortable beds.

I normally do not write reviews but my experience warranted a truthful exposure of how they treat their guests. Staff were not friendly or courteous. On the check out day, the manager of the hotel charged me a late check out penalty of 5000JPY for not returning the locker key for the shoes, even though I was within the T&Cs of their contractual policy. The T&Cs clearly states to return the key by 2pm on the day of check out which I adhered to by returning at 1:55pm however they said I was late and they had to make a new key cut because I failed to do so. This was a lie as they pulled out an extra spare set of keys they already had in the back room which they had for every locker. I have evidence to support this claim however they were not accepting my no fault. They were argumentative and escalated this further by threatening to call the local police if I did not pay the fine, and deliberately held onto my luggage and moved it without my consent to their back room. In the end I had no choice to pay the fine as I was running late for my flight after they had been arguing and kept me there for 20 minutes. To top it all off, when I came to pay, the manager then instantly reduced this to 3000JPY which made me question their whole policy, his rash intentions of 'wanting to make a quick buck', and overall runnings of this hotel. This was a really bad end to my travels in Japan and left a sour note on my trip in Tokyo. Would not recommend.

歌舞伎町からタクシーでワンメーター。新大久保大久保新宿徒歩圏内で立地よし。新しくてとても綺麗でした。女性フロアもカードキーなしでは入れないのでセキリュティもよし。シャワーして寝るだけなら問題なし。スタッフの方も感じよかったですし充分でした。

シャワーが節水仕様ですぐ止まるのが仕方ないですがすぐ押さないといけないのが手数でした。あとベッド枕はよかったですが壁に寄りかかれない感じがちょっと残念でした。

新大久保駅から徒歩5分程で着くところと比較的シャワー室などが綺麗に清掃されているところがいいです。

今回の宿泊時に近くで寝ているバックパッカーの方の体臭？衣服の匂いがきつくて少ししんどかったです。。

O colchão é confortável, a cabine é bem privativa, todos respeitam o silêncio.

The pods themselves were clean and comfortable, spaces well maintained with efficient instructions and amenities.

Very limited, cramped common spaces seemed to make guests irritated, unfriendly, and not considerate of others.

I like that the location was really close to Shin-Odubo station. I also liked that there are laundry facilities available on the top floor. Also, daily towels available and a dedicated locker made this location very desirable to me.

Each pod/capsule is supposed to have an air conditioning control, but the air barely flows in the pod, and it does get very stuffy and warm inside the pod. Also, only one outlet in the capsule.
