フリースペースの説明がなかったので、ちょっと教えてもらえてたら良かったかなって思います。

4F廁所地板很髒，門沒辦法全開 不然會毀損弓門器 置物櫃區間略窄 需要一點整理行李的地方 不然建議帶前開式行李箱或單純背包

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026新大久保駅から近く、周囲には食事をすることも多くていいです。カフェでは、コーヒーや紅茶、お茶などあって、ゆっくり過ごすことができました。一人ひとりにロッカーがあって、ロッカーと寝るスペースが別に区切られていたので、音も気にならず、眠ることができました。
シャワー室が使えないところもあって、少し待つことがあった。シャワー室の隅のカビが気になりました。

Las almohadas son PÉSIMAS. No entiendo porque usan esas almohadas.Si no ha es pació cómodo para poder abrir y cerrar maletas. Todo en el medio del pasillo donde pasa la gente.

Reviewed Mar 5, 2026ラウンジがフリードリンクだった。 チェックアウト後もラウンジが14:00まで利用出来た。 館内はきれいだった。 ロッカーも縦長の中で仕切られていて荷物を置きやすかった。
シャワーブースの故障が多すぎた。 これは利用者の問題なのか、数が少ないせいなのか、ドライヤーがずっと占領されていて使えなかった。 カプセル内にスーツケースを持ち込みされている方がいてパッキング音が響いていた。

Reviewed Mar 3, 2026L'emplacement, prêt de la gare JR Shin-Okubo et à 10 minutes à pieds de Shinjuku. L'espace commun est vraiment agréable, il est grand, avec du café gratuit, des prises et une belle vue sur la ville. Globalement les équipements sont très bons et tout est propre. Cet établissement a un très bon rapport qualité/prix.
Malheureusement les capsules résonnent et amplifient le son venant des éventuels ronfleurs, cela peut vraiment gâcher la nuit. Les casiers de rangement sont petits. Les oreillers ne sont pas confortables, un mélange étrange de mousse et de billes, un petit oreiller supplémentaire en mousse aiderait à mieux caler sa tête.

Reviewed Mar 3, 2026This was my third stay 2017(different owner?), 2024 and 2026. I liked the amount I paid and it is close to JR Yamanote Line.
Heater was too hot for sleeping. Toilet was okay but one of them was not working properly. I found that someone pooped on the bidet so the hole was clogged ..... my third stay was very disappointing because of that.

Reviewed Mar 1, 2026住宿地點就在車站旁邊，非常方便，晚上10點後也還能找到營業中的餐廳和超商，衛浴空間很乾淨，且衛浴用品選擇很多，交誼廳空間很棒，有許多沖泡式飲品可選擇，早上櫃檯也會販售一些麵包早點，很適合在早上一邊喝咖啡一邊準備一天行程
浴室間數有點少，假日晚上洗澡通常要排一下隊，背包客房人數很多，整理行李的走道空間有點不足

Reviewed Feb 28, 2026ロケーションが便利。駅からすぐ近くでわかりやすい。カプセルでしたが男女しっかり分かれていて、エレベーターも別で，安心して過ごせました。ベッド設備も静かで綺麗でした。シャワー室や洗面台スペースも広くてきれいでした。
ロッカー室も綺麗だったのですが、荷物を整理するスペースがあれば良かった。有料でないカフェスペースがあれば良かった。

I had a great stay until my last day, the women working the desk was very rude. They provide a drier service, however the drier is terrible and you have to pay each turn. I had been drying 3 t shirts and a few socks for 2 hours nearly and they were not dry. This was on my last morning and not only was I paying for the drier, they were charging me for every hour I stayed past 10am. I had starting drying at around 8:30am. The women at the desk was extremely rude about it, brushed me off. Ended up having to pay for 2 extra hours. I returned to collect my bag that evening and was leaving for my train in 5 minutes. I went to plug my phone into a socket while I fixed my bag and was told I had to pay to use the socket for the 5 minutes. I had a brilliant stay up to this point, the staff aside from these 2 individuals were brilliant

Reviewed Feb 10, 2026I really liked the common area as it was comfortable and had complimentary drinks.
The door to the room was so loud so every time anyone came in and out (which is a lot when a dorm houses 50 people) it would disturb everyone. The pods itself were so hot and had no ventilation or fan. Most importantly, the pillows were absolutely comical. I have stayed in many places around the world and never have I had to sleep on an uneven, hard, sack of rice.

Reviewed Jan 31, 2026Super clean and the instalations were great. The staff was nice and very accesible. The bathrooms were clean with different types of shampoo. It was comfortable enough, felt private and what i liked the most was that the instalations were actuallly feeling great for the cheap price i was paying. Perfect for a solo trip, backpacking or if you just stay a few days in Tokyo. Really near the station Shin Okubo. Actually is my second time staying here.
There is just one single washing machine for everyone. The shower rooms are in another floor so make sure you bring all your stuff with you. The area is in the korean part which was personally not that interesting to me (I live in Korea) BUT is super close to shin-okubo. That made it super convenient. Is 1 station away from Shinjuku so you can even walk if you feel like it. You need to travel light because its a capsule hotel so the space is reduced for luggage .

Reviewed Jan 28, 2026Location was very convenient. Capsules and shower area was very clean. Lounge was nice with unlimited coffee, tea, and water. Shampoo "bar" was neat, good products. They provide you towels and pajamas free of charge!
My floor was +++ hot, up to 27 deg C as per the room thermometer. I asked the staff several times to turn down the temperature, and ultimately they moved me to a different floor which was better. Warning - it can feel claustrophobic in the capsules when it's that hot and without any air circulation.

Lato positivo: il lounge sempre accessibile, all'ottavo piano, con una vista strepitosa sui grattacieli di Shinjuku; caffè e tè disponibili a qualsiasi ora; la possibilità di depositare i bagagli per tutta la giornata del check-out. Gli spazi sono puliti, i bagni dotati del necessario. Il quartiere circostante è molto dinamico, ma tranquillo di giorno e di notte, sicuro per le persone LGBT.
Le capsule sono poco confortevoli: all'interno è difficile posizionare un mini bagaglio (cellulare, portafoglio, borraccia) a causa delle due minuscole rientranze sulle pareti. Abbiamo inoltre osservato una scarsissima attenzione agli arredi (un altro ostello della medesima compagnia, in un'altra zona di Tokyo, dispone di arredi più comfortevoli a prezzi più contenuti). Sarebbe inoltre gradito uno spazio di spogliatoio dove potersi cambiare: l'unico spazio disponibile è lo stretto corridoio di fronte agli armadietti, in condivisione con gli altri utenti.
