The staff was very friendly and everything was clean.

You can hear people walk on the corridor infront of your room.

The hotel has a very good and convenient location, with the metro station nearby, making it easy to travel around. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and cooperative. Special thanks to Ms. Tina from the Reservation Department and Mr. Murali for their excellent support and hospitality. One area that needs improvement is the bathroom flooring. I noticed that the floor was damp and had a slightly slippery surface, which could be a safety concern for guests. I would recommend renovating or replacing the bathroom floor to prevent any potential accidents. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and appreciate the warm hospitality of the hotel staff.

When we turned up it was heavy rain and thunder and we was asked for a deposit which we didn’t have coming straight from the airport so I said can we give it later and was told no and was nearly made to go out in the heavy rain to get money until the manager stepped in and said it was fine, not appreciated

The hygiene of the hotel, and bathrooms have mould hasnt been scrubbed for a while even next door was also talking about the hygiene of the bathroom and shower rooms with mould stains on them.

L'emplacement (prêt de station LRT MASJID JAMEK et autres commerces et surtout les vendeurs d'or. Petit déjeuner moyen. Déconseillé à prendre car pas d'aération à part le climatiseur.

Pas d'aération, j'ai pris une fenêtre avec vue sur l'extérieur, mais la fenêtre est fixe et ne s'ouvre pas. Odeur insupportable d'humidité et de confinement dans la chambre et les couloirs. Aucun accessoire salle de bain à part 2 serviettes et 2 petits savons : pas de mini frigo ni de séchoir , ni de brosse à dent ni de champoingt. Des sans abrits en toute saleté rondent et dorment devant l'hôtel et à côté india masjid.

Room: I booked the Superior Queen Room (No Window). The room was small, but it was very clean and well-maintained, with a neat and clean bathroom. Wi-Fi & Drinking Water: The Wi-Fi connection was good. They don't provide complimentary water bottles, but they have an RO water facility, where you can refill and get unlimited drinking water. Location: The hotel is close to the Metro, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. Hot Water: The hot water may take some time to start flowing, but it does eventually get hot and works fine. Deposit: There is a RM 50 refundable deposit, and it is cash only.

Noise: The rooms are not very soundproof. You can clearly hear noise from people walking past or moving around outside the room, which was sometimes disturbing.

Handbasin in room 606 - water drains out very slowly. Also breakfast must have a label of food mentioning whether it is veg or non-veg.

The location is very good, but I was disappointed by the final price. The amount charged to my card was significantly higher than the price I initially expected when booking. At that final price, I could have chosen a much better hotel in Kuala Lumpur. I feel the pricing should be more transparent. The room was extremely small and uncomfortable. With two beds, there was almost no space to move around. The breakfast was also disappointing. Good location, but overall, I would not stay here again.

Zimmer hat nach Schimmel gerochen. Da die Fenster nicht geöffnet werden können kann der Wasserdampf nicht entweichen. Dusche war bereits verschimmelt. Wir mussten mit offener Tür in den Gang lüften, der auch bereits modrig gerochen hat.

La cercanía al centro (que no la zona del hotel)

MUY MUY sucio. Con mucho moho por todos lados, el suelo no podías ni pisarlo sin zapatos de lo sucio y enganchoso. Mucho moho en la pica del baño y en la ducha (olvídate de duchar se descalzo). Imposible dormir por los ruidos. Y los recepcionistas bastante bordes. Tampoco vienen a hacer la habitación.

Insonorizzazione e totale passività del personale. Le camere sembrano non aver i muri per quanto rumore si senta provenire dalle altre stanze. Per fortuna sono stato lì solo una notte.

Hotel has a staircase at the entrance and the bags need to.be carried up and down and the staff has ZERO INTEREST IN HELPING with the bags.

Le seul point positif était l’emplacement, proche plusieurs points touristiques. Nombreux restaurants à proximité, une buanderie et le métro 5min à pied. Le personnel aussi s’est montré compréhensif face aux nombreux problèmes rencontré durant mon séjour.

L’hygiène c’est 0 !! Cuvette avec traces d’urines, serviettes dites « propres » qui ont pour odeur la transpiration acide. Draps qui sentent également mauvais. Cheveux et poils retrouver un peu partout dans la pièce. Boule poussière dans tous les recoins. Même si l’hôtel est peu cher, l’hygiène reste le minimum à entretenir. Au delà du manque d’hygiène, la fait qu’on n’y trouve ni confort ni repos dans cet hôtel, dut au matelas dur et au manque d’isolations des chambres (vous entendez littéralement tout ce qui ce passe dans les chambres voisines et couloirs).

Its location was very good. Its actually with the lrt station. So mobility is very good.

We had to extend one more day, because of availability we had to change the room. As it turned out the first room didnt have the mirror door to the closet.

Había dispenser de agua en todos los pisos, de todas formas por la limpieza del lugar decidimos no utilizarla.

Estaba muy sucio, no tenía tele (cuando en booking indica que si), durante toda nuestra estadía (3 noches) no pudimos dormir porque había gente en el piso a los gritos y niños corriendo hasta la 1 am. Le avisamos a recepción pero nunca hizo nada. La ducha incluso con la puerta cerrada inundaba todo el baño. Además el barrio es bastante sucio y con olor, hay una feria en frente que tapa todo el paso.

The room was big and spacious.

There is a fleet of stairs right up to the door, which makes it very difficult if you have luggages, as the space you have to put your luggage down before using your hand to open the door is literally one step wide. The room smelled like mold when I walked in. The bathroom had physical molding along the caulking around the sink. The shower cabin's tiles are discolored along the grouting with mold/dirt. The glass of the cabin was stained and filthy. The floor was dirty, sticky in some areas and dusty in other areas. I checked out 2 nights ahead of my planned schedule because I just couldn't handle the moldy/dirty bathroom anymore.

Personnel arrogant. Pas de télé pendant mon séjour et rien n'a été fait du fait je voulais annuler un prochain séjour que j'avais pris à l'avance que j'ai pas pu honorer malheureusement et aucune réponse de l'établissement pour annuler. Je comprends qu'un sous est un sous mais quand même...??? Je vous le fais cadeau..

Le manque de solution pendant mon séjour et là nos réponses de plus d'une semaine avant la date concernant l'annulation.. la nullité du petit-déjeuner.

I didn’t like that we were there at 1:40 something and they had rooms ready they still didn’t gave us .

Central location with markets very close by. Easy check in, good WiFi and filtered drinking water dispensers. Comfortable bed and good AC. Overall, it’s very nice and clean.

No toilet roll provided, had to buy our own. Gap in shower door so bathroom floods easily. Although the location is central, it feels a little bit unsafe. Also, just a heads up, they require you to pay a 50MYR deposit.

The location is superb.

The size of the rooms. No chair to sit, no luggage rack. At the time of booking we requested for interconnecting rooms as we were a family of six with two children. Contrary to this we were given rooms on two different floors with no interconnection.

Κεντρική Τοποθεσία. Ηλεκτρονική κάρτα δωματίου. Είχαν νερό πόσιμο στο διάδρομο να γεμίσουμε τα μπουκάλια μας. Πολύ σημαντικό αυτό.

Που ζητούσαν λεφτά ως ασφάλεια. Βέβαια τα επέστρεψαν πίσω, οπότε όλα καλά.

La ubicación del hotel estaba muy bien, podías llegar a varios sitios de interés andando. Para dormir y estar 1 o 2 noches está bien… Tiene recepción 24 horas

Se escucha todo, podíamos escuchar la tele de los que estaban en la habitación de al lado y todo lo que hablaban, además la limpieza era bastante escasa y no limpiaban las habitaciones. Está al lado de la mezquita y escucharás la llamada a la oración muy muy fuerte porque no hay insonorización…

At checkin, the hotel had already printed my real name and surname on their records to override the name that Agoda by default takes from my email address. The hotel had also remembered that I like two keycards: one to open the door, and another to keep the room cool (lights off) when I return from shopping. On my last visit, the hotel already had it prepared for me in the keycard folder at checkin. I hadn't asked them for this in advance. It's just the management providing a personalised service :).

I had already reviewed MyCiti Hotel last year on Agoda: "“Gem worth searching for” I like staying in this area, because it's calm and peaceful. The staff here are very friendly, and I think that adds to the sense of respect I noticed the quests have for their surroundings when they checked in. I bring my own hairdryer, so adding one would be a minor improvement to the room. I always appreciate the free tea/coffee with milk and sugar provided. I love their bathroom because it's very relaxing and the atmosphere reminds me of the hotel when I first went to Philippines 10 years ago." In addition, sometimes the WiFi on certain days goes off intermittently (but not on all days). I haven't been able to identify a pattern whether it is my particular device, or certain rooms, or just happens during busy days to all rooms. It isn't a problem for me personally, except for my email notification program, which I will have to rewrite sometime. I don't use the internet to stream videos, which could be a problem for some guests when the net cuts out. The important fact for me is the upload/download speed is super quick on all floors irrespective of whether this connection issue occurs. The solution requires a manual click on the WiFi symbol on my laptop, and reconnection occurs within less than 10 seconds. It's just a small inconvenience. Besides, there is always WiFi available in reception as a backup plan. It's a very comfortable atmosphere in reception, and I am 100% sure the hotel would accomodate any guest's specific needs including a room change, if available. I have a small suspicion that the internet connection might be a KL-wide problem. For example, the internet in another hotel on the following day was also poor, so it might not be something MyCiti has the agency to solve. Regarding room cleanliness, 4/5, I always appreciate the early checkin.

The description of accomodation was two twin beds. When you could have simply said two single beds. Also very unclean underneath the beds. Washroom was wet. And hot water not hot enough.

Man hat alles, was man braucht, ein Wasserspender im Flur, ein Bügelbrett, ein Kleiderschrank, ein Safe und einen sehr modernen und sauberen Wasserkocher im Zimmer sowie Zubehör für Kaffee und Tee. Die Matratzen sehr angenehm.

Der Boden war sehr oberflächlich gereinigt und schmutzig. In meinem Zimmer roch es nach Erbrochenem.

Het personneel doet de deuren voor je open. De locatie was zeer toegankelijk tot het ov, zowel bussen, treinen & mrt.

Het ontbijt was zeker niet aan te raden, enige dat daar enigzins te eten was was het geroosterde broodje met jam, maar was eigenlijk ook niks. Na de 1e keer hadden we dus, ondanks we voor elke ochtend ontbijt betaald hadden, toch ervoor gekozen om ergens anders te eten. De TV deed het ook niet. Niet alle channels deden het en bij de channels die het wel deden waren er zwart witte strepen doorheen. Verder was er geen sprake van housekeeping, om nieuwhanddoeken en wc-rollen te krijgen, moesten we er zelf achterawn gaan. Ook rook de kamer muf en liepen er kakkerlakken rond.

Only 2 staff people were cooperative. other than that none. location was fine.

2 staff at reception weren't courteous. there were no slippers provided for 4 days stay. provided torn bed sheets and blankets. despite informing them to change bedsheets on a daily basis. but it wasn't done. beds were 2 small. despite providing guests details 2 adults and one 9 years old child. it wasn't easy to manage with those 2 small beds. no extra bed provided. asked to the housekeeping guy to clan the bathroom. when came then it was only fixed but hairs weren't cleaned. basin was clogged despite opening.

Stains on bed and towels. Water was leaking through the floor. No hot water. Next to a mosque, so morning prayer call woke me up (not the hotel's fault, but something to be aware of).

For breakfast they should provide a bowl for gravy items. We needed to keep the gravy items on the plate and it was spreading all over.

Location of the hotel is very recommended, it is nearby the Train and grab.

Everything okay. Untuk short vacation ok je hotel ni xde problem pun. Lift ok, even sempit sikit. Bilik pun okay, toiletries pun ada. Towel ada. So.. semua ok je untuk bajet biasa.

Was dirty when we got in. Then noticed there’s a door going into another room. We could hear people very clearly so we placed a chair infront just in case. Thank goodness we did because in the middle of the night someone tried to get in. We left early because of this. Also very dodgy outside. People half naked and begging for money. Put me right off and make me feel the furthest from safe.
