The location was a central location, not far away from the beach.

We unfortunately had a very bad experience in the hotel. After arriving to the room, we noticed the humidity smell and asked for a room change. We were told that it is not possible to change the room now and there is no guarantee that other room will not have that smell. So, we asked to exit the hotel and refund. We were still charged for that day even though we decided to leave the hotel immediately. It was bad service, inappropriate communication, no real problem solving and we were still paid for it.

Všade bolo čisto a upratané a nemáme absolútne čo vytknúť. Pláž aj more boli naozaj krásne.

Celkovo sme boli s pobytom veľmi spokojní a nemáme žiadne zásadné výhrady.

Úžasné jedlo, veľmi čisto, pekný areál, dobrá poloha, milý personál.

Málo úložného priestoru, žiadna promenáda.

The staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The food was good too. Location great and easy to get to the beach and local shops.

Rooms are basic. They are clean and the beds are ok but there a no coffee or tea making facilities, water is only given upon arrival and no toiletries apart from hand and body wash and shampoo. The hotel can be quite noisy at times.

Large room Comfortable bed Great air conditioning Excellent housekeeping and cleanliness Friendly staff Swimming pool for swimming Food excellent Pool bar also serving excellent food

No kettle in room No early breakfast on departure day Not a criticism of the hotel but be aware: Strong sewer smell outside particularly in the morning. This is very much a family hotel with an unusual number of crying babies at meal times , which may not suit everyone.

Lage, Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, Sauberkeit, Pools, Auswahl Frühstück

Die Betten in unserer Suite waren schon sehr durchgelegen

Bliskość do morza i pięknej plaży, rozkład hotelu, basenów , pyszne śniadania , super obsługa , czystość

Brak

Super rozdzielenie basenu sportowego z basenem do rekreacji! Dodatkowy (trzeci) basen wśród trawy i drzew! Modernistyczny wygląd całości.

Nie mam uwag.

Śniadanie było urozmaicone, duży wybór, wszystko świeże i smaczne. Pokoje wygodne bo przestronne.

This hotel was absolutely amazing for a short stay with my two children and partner for my birthday. We loved how modern clean and tidy the hotel was. The breakfast had lots of choice every day, and also the coffee was good. You were able to get sun bed every single day without any problems. These were not just your bog standard but luxury beds. We had our room on the ground floor by the swimming pool so had a great view. We had a few lunches by the swimming pool as well and the food was lovely and reasonably priced. The swimming pool was perfect temperature especially for two young children they have a baby pool which my two-year-old could easily stand up in and also the main pool I could stand for most of it which was good, especially when trying to hold young children or they were in their floats having to swim after them lol. Our bedroom was incredibly spacious with great facilities and the shower worked amazingly. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a sofa bed for our toddler and a Cot provided for our baby. I would highly recommend this hotel.

What would make this a 10 out of 10 is if there was a little bit more of outdoor activities for children. There is a large grass area which could easily be turned into a little play area.

The rooms where spacious, clean beds comfortable the open spaces and the pools just wonderful

I could not think of one thing I did not like about this hotel

The location was great right next to Plaja de Muro. The staff was really great and helpful. The room was big and nicely decorated and really clean. The food was very tasty and plenty to choose from.

There was a smell of mold in the room but there wasn’t any mold to be seen and the rooms were really clean. Probably because of the high humidity.

Alles sehr gut

Bardzo czysto (codzienne sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników), smaczne śniadania z dużym wyborem (nawet z hiszpańskim szampanem 😉).

Nice, spacey rooms. Our room was overlooking the curved pool away from the Mai. Street, which was very nice.

Noisy breakfast room and the beach right next to the hotel is not the nicest (better to go a bit further south for a nicer part of the beach).

Troppo freddo in reception

Clean and well-kept property with two good pool areas. The buffet food was excellent with lots of choice for different tastes e.g vegetarians. The staff were excellent - welcoming and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help

Loss of electricity 3x evenings in a row on the hottest days of the year (36 deg C) leaving rooms without water or air con, so room was 28 deg C over night. We realise this was probably exceptional circumstances and the staff did their best to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.
