I stayed at this hotel for around 12–13 days, and my experience was wonderful from start to finish. The staff and housekeeping team were always courteous, caring, and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The true highlight of my stay, however, was the food. Chef Arjit Srivastava and his team went above and beyond to ensure that every meal was prepared according to my dietary requirements. Being away from home for such a long time can often feel difficult, but the quality, consistency, and care that went into the food made me feel completely at home. Every meal was thoughtfully prepared, and it was clear that Chef Arjit genuinely cared about providing a great experience rather than simply serving food. That level of attention and hospitality made a lasting impression on me. I genuinely look forward to returning, and a big reason for that is the incredible food I had during my stay. Thank you once again to Chef Arajit Srivastava and his entire team for making my stay so memorable.

Location is good, it’s the main road but not noisy. Rooms are very neat and clean. And my girls Sakshi and Amisha made breakfast a little more beautiful with their hospitality and presence of mind. Had a lovely stay

However, I’d like to mention Chef Arjit who has been particularly kind and diligent when it comes to customising orders. In my case, the team has really helped when it came to preparing food for my father who is battling a chronic illness. I had the most wonderful experience with *Ms. Vaishnavi Singh* from In Room Dining at Courtyard Marriott Gurugram. I had just returned from a 12-hour flight and was exhausted. Vaishnavi took such good care of me. She quickly figured out what I would like and suggested a delicious spread. She made sure everything was served hot and checked back to ensure I enjoyed the food. Chef Arjit is always warm, welcoming, and attentive, making every meal a wonderful experience. He consistently goes out of his way to accommodate our dietary restrictions and special requests with great care, ensuring everything is prepared perfectly without compromising on taste. His food is consistently delicious, and his genuine hospitality truly set him apart! Yogendra from housekeeping is very helpful and pleasant. Room is always kept clean and comfortable. Laundry is also always taken on time.

Really enjoyed the Farm-to-Table Sunday Brunch at Marriott Gurugram Downtown. The ambience was great, the hospitality was warm, and the food was fresh and delicious. Definitely a place I'd recommend for a relaxed weekend brunch.

I had a wonderful stay at the COURTYARD MARRIOTT, GURUGRAM DOWNTOWN, made even more memorable by VAISHNAVI SINGH from the in-room dining team. Every time I ordered, she impressed me with her incredibly polite tone and patient listening to my specific needs. Her thoughtful food suggestions were spot on every single time. The service was remarkably prompt with all food arriving exactly on time. I was also impressed how she proactively cross-checked every time to ensure everything was perfect. Good service proper cleaning

My wife and I stayed at Courtyard Marriott for 5 nights for a staycation cum business trip. Our overall experience was good and we would recommend the hotel. We really liked the food a lot (b'fast, dinner, in-room dining), everything was delicious and had authentic taste. Specially the Indian delicacies. Food ingredients quality was also excellent. Not a huge b'fast or dinner spread but everything was fresh and super delicious. Our room on 8th floor was spacious and clean. Ac was working fine without any noise or dust flakes. Bed was comfortable and we had sound sleep. Staff was courteous and well behaved. In-room dining team (Aditya, Vanshika, Harshit, Mandeep), Housekeeping (prince), Restaurant (Sarah, Anjali etc) and also the hotel managers. I may be missing some names. Overall, we had a very nice experience. We had some feedback related to restaurant ambience which I shared with the team and hopefully they will take care of it. Would definitely stay here again

Yesterday, I visited the Courtyard restaurant with my family for dinner, and we had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the ambiance was warm and inviting, and the hospitality was exceptional. A special thanks to Ujjwal for providing outstanding service throughout our meal. Great location, great staff, and excellent value for money. I rarely sleep through the night in a new place but surprisingly here I slept well both nights during my stay. Water pressure in the shower was great and room size is nice/spacious. The staff is definitely a highlight for me. Everyone is eager to assist and make the guest comfortable. I especially want to thank Venus, Nikhil, and Sachin from the front office. There was some confusion about my room's inclusions but they resolved it proactively and promptly. Not only did the Duty Manager help out, the Room Divisions Manager, Venus, separately reached out. I also wanted to recognise Ipsita and Emily in the restaurant for their service during breakfast. They were proactive in checking our needs and taking care of us. Also, their lounge staff is great, including Amit and the female server (and everyone really), I missed getting everyone's names. Any hotel for me stands out mainly due to staff over anything else. This hotel truly stands out in this regard for their prompt service, exceptional care, and attention to detail, ensuring a guest's needs are met well.

The rooms seemed a little dated but no complaints in terms of comfort. Rather the bed was quite comfortable.
