Leider hatten wir am Abend kein Warmwasser und am nächsten Morgen gar kein Wasser. In der Nacht hat der Elektriker sein Bestes versucht (allerdings war der Sicherungskasten leider direkt vor unserem Zimmer und es war recht laut). Zudem ist neben den Hauptgebäude aktuell eine Baustelle.

When I had issues with the lights in my room not switching off properly (an after effect of recent storms), the staff moved super quick and gave me a brilliant room to stay in. No complaints at all, and a huge compliment to the staff, including the GM who made a point of finding me the next morning.

Our welcome was terrible, the service was awful, the staff were more interested in messing about with each other and having fun that actually providing any level of service. The room was filthy, our feet were black from walking around in the room bare feet, there were black scuff marks all around the bathroom, it was generally dirty and scruffy.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026Wir hatten die Luxus-Suite gebucht. Es war alles sehr sauber, das Badezimmer war sehr geräumig. Das Zimmer wurde immer abends für die Nacht vorbereitet und jeden Tag gesäubert. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut, die Auswahl war aus ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage war auch ideal, der wunderschöne Strand liegt direkt vorm Hotel und is in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

הזמנו חדר עם נוף לים, בצילום מופיע חדר עם חלונות רחבים ונוף מלא. שילמנו 400 $ ללילה( יותר יקר מכל החדרים האחרים). קיבלנו חדר קטן בקומת קרקע, בלי חלונות, עם נוף חלקי לים ודלת אחת שנפתחת כלפי הרחוב ומאפשרת הצצה לחדר. בלילה הראשון התקלקל המזגן ונחנקנו מחום ומחוסר אויר. למחרת ב 8:00 בבוקר הודעתי על כך בקבלה והבטיחו לי שיטופל. חזרנו ב 16:00 מיום מעייף בתקווה לנוח ולהתקלח והסתבר שענין המזגן לא טופל. נאלצנו לחכות עד 17:30 כשכל מיני טכנאים ניסו לטפל בענין ואז נאמר לנו שלא ניתן לתקן את המזגן. אחרי דין ודברים הועברנו לחדר סטנדרטי וכמובן שכבר לא הספקנו לנוח לפני המסעדה. לשבחם יאמר שלמחרת הבוקר הגיע המנהל , התנצל וזיכה את כרטיס האשראי שלי בסכום הקרוב לתשלום עבור לילה אחד. בכל מקרה, זה לא מלון של 5 כוכבים, מכסימום 3.5 כוכבים.

Despite the size and comfort the suite needed to be cleaned and maintained better curtains and walls had dirty marks and fittings in the sink area in the room warping. Would love more comfortable pool chairs.

Not clean, filthy floors with hairs of previous occupants, sand and dirt. Underpants from previous occupants beneath bed, clearly never been clean beneath the bed. Bedding had blood stains on it. Hotel is a old renovated small house, with sound from restaurant audible in bedroom. Payed extremely expensive for 5 star and was dissapoined to find out its actually a average 3 star. The manager had only empty apologies to offer, never offered any remidiation.

The cold breakfast wasn’t good - very disappointing and also none of it was covered so there were flies everywhere as they kept the doors open.

The room we booked (based on photos) was not the same as the room we received. Also the room that we received was in the lower level and seemed to be below the dining/kitchen area and therefore we had noise in relation to this-late at night and then in the morning.
