Reviewed May 29, 2026The suite we had was very comfortable. The staff were very polite. And we would definitely go back.
The breakfast was a problem. The plates were cold, the bacon, the tomato and the egg - everything was cold that should have been hot. Not acceptable. When I mentioned it to the one "supervisor" he said it was because they kept the servers at 500 and not 2000 - whatever that means. I needed a solution not the response I was given. I do not like cold food that should be hot and I do not like putting hot food on a cold plate. Monday morning we were the only people there for breakfast. They brought warm food as requested but the scones, croissants etc were very, very cold and I was told they were left over from the day before. The dinner on Saturday night was nicely prepared and served.

Taelo helped us with our luggage and was friendly..breakfast was delicious, the restaurant staff was welcoming especially their manager ( also didn't get his name. They were always willing to help and were very warm. The room was cleaned perfectly every single day. The place is beautiful and child friendly. We didn't need to go out for entertainment since they have darts, chess, board games, swimming pool, out door play area, pool table and table tennis. A great place for bonding as a family.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026Really nice property, exactly what we wanted. Food was nice, reception staff was amazing always, some of the restaurant staff was great. Loved the pool and wild animals, room was spacious, bed was great. Parked right in front of my room.
Security staff is hopeless, nothing can save them from their jobs. Not friendly, not bothered by serving people, not welcoming first impression for clients. Clean under the bed there are dead insects, soap holder in the shower is broken. Some of the restaurant staff has clearly been there for far too long, no smiles and friendly faces. Housekeeping didn't replace our shower gel on our second day for some reason.
