Room size was good. Having microwave and some cutlery in the room helped. Though not required, but having electric blanket in the room was another nice to have amenity.

Upstairs room with only stairs as the option, Not much luggage no senior in our group so it was manageable. It would be better to know this in advance for someone frequently travelling with kids / aged parents. Wi-Fi was not stable, even the whatsapp call had issue with connection before dropping. Cutlery was provided, but we are asked to clean wash used cutlery, not exactly what you expect at a hotel. Avoided motels and lodge while searching and ended up with these rules was not an experience we expected.

Great location, easy access and staff were very accommodating. Requested a late checkout and they were happy to oblige. Very close to amenities and had no issues at all. Thank you for my stay!

The bed was a little hard, but other than that, it was fine.

Have stayed multiple times with my daughter for girls nights. This is her favourite place to stay. It helps the tv is visible from the spa bath lol. Close to all amenities without any of the noise. Staff were lovely and helpful.

I didn't like the fact that people live there on housing, had a random guy who lives in the room couple rooms next to mine knock on my room door asking for a ride at 8:30pm, and then the drinking heavily outside the motel till the early morning. Then waking up to police looking for another person living there. Feel sorry for the hotel owners as that could make their business look bad.

Close to city centre and very quiet. Plenty of room and a great shower.

Unit was spotless and bed was very comfortable.

After having tried the room we were first given, the step up into the shower was quite high for me, so I asked to be moved to a room where the shower was a walk in. We were moved into another room which was better due to me having had a hip replacement surgery 10 months before coming.

Street noise. I got hassled by other stayer for parking in front of his trailer. No mention of not being allowed to park here by motel staff, they told me I could park anywhere. I had to come back from work and move car. Trailer owner was a little grumpy and abusive!

Smell when walking into the room, ?drain pipe or toilet over powering smell Found it a little outdated, carpets bit old and run down. It would be a nice hotel if done up get rid of carpet

Should be renamed a motel. We expected a restaurant, definitely some breakfast availability, nothing. There was 1 large ugly massage chair, no seating for 2 people. When I said I expected way more for the price we paid I was told the price was double because the Field Days were on, this feels dishonest.

The manager was rude. She kept harassing our group. She wouldn’t leave us alone. It’s also an emergency housing motel.

Staff were warm and welcoming, and they offered to service the room each morning. The location was convenient and quite central to everything we needed.

Beds were quite low and not very comfortable, and the pillows felt poor in quality. Because we’re elderly, having the shower positioned over a spa bath made it very hard to get in and out safely, and it felt like a slip risk. The overall condition of the motel also felt dated and in need of refurbishment.

The kitchen sink doubled as the bathroom sink which was a bit strange.

Room is in need of a real renovation! Dirty curtains, some holes in places, bathroom was disgusting, floor sticky in bathroom I think the toilet was possibly leaking and I was to scared to use the spa bath as jets looked as if they needed a good clean 🤢

We really liked the location.

We were pretty disappointed with the place for the amount we paid. It wasn't clean, the glasses and cups were covered in grime, our bath jets didn't work, the light above the sink didn't work, along with the bathroom fan. Our blankets had some stains and the table was sticky. The walls were very thin and we heard a lot noise and arguments from all around. And there was a weird bag taped around the shower head. The location was the only saving grace.

Inside the room was fine, good value for money.

It's a bit of a claim calling it a hotel. It's a motel. The staff were great

The bathroom is not user-friendly to a person with a disability, you have no choice but to use the bath tub. Local house guests fight and scream at each other without consideration of their guests. Rooms looked out dated.

Good experience for a 1 night stay. For a cheap price, i didn’t expect much, but the room was perfect. The staff were very welcoming & friendly.

A separate sink in the bathroom would be preferable. A sliding door as a front door made me feel less secure. I could hear the neighbours outside talking.

The other guests, i feel like they were emergency and had the audacity to tell me I was loud driving my car in with the stereo at a decent hour of the afternoon. I dont pay top dollar to be told what to do by people who lodge in the government. I would advise to tell people who arent paying from their own pocket to be grateful they have a room and not to bother the ones that are paying. Other than that, love the place. Il come back here as I use it often.

non smart tv with standard tv channels, would have been better if it was a smart tv then I could have streamed Youtube or whatever from my phone to it

Receptionist very good

Don't like paying for motel and find homeless in there. Restaurant also closed but still advertised ad still operating. Disappointed.

Unsafe place with a few emergency housing residents and swearing coming from one of them and an elderly man walking around and smoking from the balcony. No bathroom sink and had to brush teeth in kitchen sink, needs upgrade and a paint outside and so dark in reception area. Noise from the main road and arguments outside from neighbours was disturbing. Photos on website did not match this hotel
