Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Heaps of parking, situated between The Base mall and the CBD, clean and neat room. Had all the necessities you would need. The property was very responsive and kind to accommodate a late check in for us.
The bed was on the harder side but depends what you are used to. A glass coffee table was taken when they came during the day to change our towels which we found a bit odd.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026The beds are amazing!!! The staff are just lovely and this time we noticed a few things that changed? But overall it’s still our number 1 “go to” whilst in Kirikiriroa!
Very minor but the cleaners didn’t do an amazing job? Toilet hadn’t been done, bathroom basin still left as is and they left the pillowcases they took of the pillows and I returned them to the office? This is all minute “don’t sweat it stuff” the room was left in a beautiful state minus above!

Overall, the property was great. My only suggestion would be to improve the shower drainage, as it tends to flood easily.
