The staff at reception when arriving were excellent, helpful and courteous. The room was immaculately clean, well appointed with everything you could need and a very comfortable bed. Parking right outside the room was a bonus.

Clean & tidy. Great location

Kitchen pans need updated.

La chambre est spacieuse. Le salon .... La cuisine est propre. Et équipée. La TV est grande Le personnel accueillant et sympathique

Newly renovated, nice and clean

The frosted glass bathroom windows needed to be black out at least to your shoulders. Felt exposed to the neighbours.

very clean,

Bed was a little soft for us

I loved the upgrade to the suite with bath tub just what I needed after a long day traveling. The room and bed was really clean and well maintained which exceeded my expectations. I would definitely be coming back to Camelot whenever I visit Hamilton

The hotel can include additional soaps for a magical bathtub experience for customers wishing ro enjoy it. Nonetheless this did not have a negative impact on my stay

Clean and tidy. Nicely furnished. Easy to get too. Quiet room and warm with AC. Bed was comfortable but would’ve liked it to be firmer.

We stayed 2 nights and we were still in room when housekeeping came and serviced room. Was a little uncomfortable waiting for room to be serviced. Thought maybe could’ve gone to other room while we sorted ourselves then came back when we left for day. But that was as a miscommunication more so than anything else.

Very friendly staff, super clean, great location

Always stay here when I'm in the area, extremely comfortable and clean and the staff are amazing

Appartement spacieux …bonne literie et très propre ! Possibilité de laver et sécher les vêtements dans une salle destinée a cet effet pour 4 dollars. Proche des de toutes commodités et centres commerciaux .

The room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy. Peaceful atmosphere and very clean.

Modern, clean, comfortable bed, awesome shower. Fantastic service from staff. Happy, helpful

Unit was spotless, very clean. Very comfortable beds & a bonus having a heat pump. Excellent shower with complimentary toiletries. Manager & staff were most helpful & a pleasure to deal with.

There is nothing we didn't like everything was great.

Loved how modern they were very roomy clean and comfortable, felt safe staying here. Rooms were warm carpet was beautiful which kept the warmth in during the cooler periods On arrival the service was amazing. Very polite and helpful Rooms cleaned daily

My room didnt have a oven but i had a cook top so that was okay at times a oven would of been good some rooms do have them but appreciate the fact they trying to make kitchen space very slim line and less cluttered so it certainly wasnt a deal breaker. I cooked dinner every night I was here for 7 nights at times kids wanted oven food. It would have been great to have more kitchen ware like plates and tongs but honestly it wasnt a huge problem I made do with the utensils I had. Streaming services on tv would be an addition that people would love. Parents with kids. In all that being said we really enjoyed the stay kids loved the room and we had 1 day where they just wanted to stay in room. I will certainly be staying here again if I come back to hamilton.

The room was really clean, fresh, tidy and comfortable. It’s obvious that the team at Camelot put a lot of effort and care into the maintenance of the property. And the service was great too!

Extreme clean, very comfortable beds, great location

Nothing it was perfect for us

We’ve stayed a number of times now, and love how beautifully clean and spacious the units are, the central location being so near to supermarkets, shops, sporting events, CBD and eateries, and the staff are very warm and welcoming.

We always sleep really well on their comfy beds, I did need the extra blanket from the wardrobe this visit, and I should have asked for more as we had 3 beds.

Perfectly clean, comfortable, accomodation. Three bedroom apartment great for a family. Shower and was excellent and nice to have a bath. A group of three families came in our booking and we were all happy with everything.

Nothing

Location to Waikato stadium

No decent coffee in units. When paying $445 per night at least have good coffee. There is no cafes close by so the motel needs to have a breakfast option

Location. Quite. Decor.

Nothing

After travelling from Whitianga by car it was very pleasant to have a nice room waiting for us. We were greeted by a very pleasant receptionist. I had booked a room which was unsuitable for us it was upstairs and both myself and my husband are in our eighties and it would have been very difficult. We were allocated another room far more suitable. We have to return to Hamilton in 2 weeks and have rebooked a nights stay.

The bed is really comfortable and the shower has great pressure. The hotel is not far from the Centre and shops (a Pak N Save is just down the road). The chairs are nice to sit in and the room is quiet.

The stuff we're on real nice

Nothing

We were only staying for one night as we were over watching a Chiefs game. The place was immaculate, friendly staff and a 5 min walk to the Stadium. Overall experience a 10 out of 10. We will be back!

Couldn't fault anything.

Great location. Clean and comfortable. Easy check in.

Beds are very comfortable, grate location, the rooms are spacious, hubby and I stayed with our 4year old in a one bedroom and it was perfect for a family of 3-4. Amazing shower pressure.

No TV in the bedroom only in the lounge.

The check in was super easy with a lockbox, the room was spacious and lovely. Super impressed.

Just would have preferred a blanket in the cupboard for that bit more of a cosy night. I did take the duvet off the spare bed and used that, but I wouldn't have preferred not to disturb that to save work for the motel staff. Full credit for this property.

Nice and clean. Modern looking. Friendly staff.

Liked everything. The only thing was the pillows. Would be great to have a slim one instead of all huge ones😀

It was clean comfortable and lots of room

The tea and coffee

Close proximity to town

Good location. Nice and tidy.

Very spacious parking and close to all the food places!

There was nothing to not like it was perfect for why we travelled.

Incredibly comfortable, clean, modern, cosy with very helpful and welcoming staff.

All of the stay

Nothing loved it all

Great Rooney size

Good sized room, nice modern shower, comfortable beds, quiet away from road noise.

Tiny tea cups and very weak tea

Clean room, good location and kind staff. And free parking!!!!!

The units are spacious have all requirements you need with bench top elements and a microwave to cook if you require . They arecquite even though on a main road, the bed is comfy. Bathroom large with a good shower .Close proximity to a pak n save or Woolworths short walk up the street to a lovely cafe. Parking is right at your door. Units are ground level so no stairs to negotiate with luggage.

Spa bath jets were not working

The Room was great, nice, clean and roomy for 5 of us. We had an issue with Kitchen hob not working, but Staff were very prompt and offered us a solution of using another kitchen should we need it. Would definately stay again as was so close to the FMG stadium where we were going on our visit.

Hob was out of anybodys hands, but everything else was great.

Very comfortable

Clean and comfortable accommodation. Good location for the rugby ground.

Excellent

Very comfortable and close to many things

The size of the room, the shower water pressure was great and the beds were comfy. Great parking, and so quiet.

No local map things to do booklet in room

That it wasn’t noisy, being on a main road. Was clean and modern

NO HOT WATER Reception didn’t open until the 10am

Great place to stay, but need to drive from there to the gardens and restaurants. Parking outside unit. Very helpful staff.

Excellent room and facilities

Check in was a bit slow but all resolved by excellent staff

Very clean unit, caring staff on front desk. Left my wallet and got contacted which is always good.

Beds are a little too soft for our liking.
