The Room is big and clean ..The ambience of hotel is good and access to beach is amazing . Beautiful place to stay in Goa

The Pool is till 7 PM and Pool bar is also till 7 PM , This we didn’t like . Since it is summer people love to be in pool at night so if the pool is accessible till 10 PM along with Bar then it would be great .

We chose O Hotel because we had stayed here around six years ago and had wonderful memories of the property. The location remains excellent, with easy access to the beach and some of North Goa's best restaurants and attractions. The room was comfortable and the overall setting still has the potential to offer a great holiday experience.

Unfortunately, the overall experience did not match the standards we remembered from our previous stay. The property felt poorly maintained in places, with guests drying swimwear on bushes around the common areas, which took away from the ambience. Breakfast service was also disappointing; the buffet was often not fully ready at the advertised start time of 7:30 AM, and some staff members appeared indifferent and unwelcoming during service.

The staff was always smiling and happy to help, especially at the breakfast time. Siddhesh n Pronoy gave good service and were prompt. The breakfast was good, and had variety in Veg, but limited for Non Veg. Swimming is small size snd good for children. Overall good place for a short stat

Breakfast was simple but good quality. This was our 4th or 5th visit to this hotel and we had great time. This is my kids favorite hotel in Goa.

Breakfast was good, not great. Coffee was not up to the expectation. However, there is an Ice cream shop just next to the hotel, with excellent coffee, great ice creams and very reasonable in price.

I can't think of anything. Great value for money, amazing location. While in Goa, you do not care about small bits and pieces.... overall great.

Amazing location. Best part is its right on the beach. You can just strol to get to the clean and safe beach. Very close to local shops and great restaurants etc. Rooms are spacious and generally clean. Service is prompt. Kudos to the staff - We forgot some jewellery on checkout in the rooms and the stff was promt to let us know and hand over - very honest. Totally recomment the hotel.

Breakfast could be a little better but was still great. Some internal furniture can do with refurbshment / renovation, but again not a deal breaker.

Quality of lenins, pillows, water not draining in the shower area. All the fittings in the bath are old and done with.

The Ambience could have been better and the hotel looked too old.There were no private chairs of the hotel at the beach.The pictures in the website looked more beautiful than real.

A superb hotel. Nice pool, a private beach, clean spacious rooms, fantastic service, very good food at the restaurant, and a nice gym. I would like to recognize these staff members for awesome customer service, Deepa and Sanderp at the front desk, Yash a server in the restaurant, Sanyat a fantastic driver, and Pramod a very good driver too, Bachman a very good lifeguard, and Brian who works at the outdoor bar, super service also.

The stay was perfect with good gym, beach and staff was friendly and attentive.

The perfect stay for easy walkable access to candolim beach and a traditional stay. The staff are so lovely and took great attention to detail - Azhar and Ashwin thank you for the cleaning wnd beautiful room decorations. Imam was also an amazing staff taking care of us at the pool bar and during breakfast! Felt super welcome and experienced great hospitality from the staff - almost as royalty. An unforgettable stay.

Only location of the hotel was good

The facility, the rooms, staffs. None of the things in the hotel was a level of 5 stars. It can be at most 3 star, primarily due to location.

Great place to stay, has all amenities within a radius of 5 kms. 100 meters walk to the beach. Highly recommended property

Staff were great on the whole, always friendly and accommodating apart from in the reception they were a bit miserable.

Location is just ok. Not on the beach . It’s 200 meters and need to walk 6-7 minutes to get to candolim beach. Can’t see beach or sea from sea facing suite room.

It is really old and fridge was not working . Not clean property . I will give 1/10 to this property . Lunch was 1/10 . I also heard some staff was arguing with customer and customer were very disappointed. I suggest everyone not to book this property, if you book you will repent .

It's sad to see a good hotel loose it's quality. NOT WORTH IT After getting married at this hotel 10 years ago and remembering how great the hotel was, I decided to come back for my anniversary and book their suite. Shocking to see state of their O View suite. Not only were their dead Cockroachin the room meaning they did the clean the room properlu. The floor of the room was dirty (hosekeep said that how the floor is), their carpet was dusty (housekeeping does not have a vaccume). Broken tiles on the floor full of some white fungus looking crap and last of all the air conditioning did not even cool at night and we could not sleep.

Terrible staff - we had major issues while changing dates of our stay. Our original booking was for 42k and we could see an option to reschedule with a 4/6k hike in price. But when we tried that with the hotel, the lady Sarita from reservations of O hotel sent us a new booking worth 2 lakhs. We had multiple iterations and had to involve bookings.com to get the right rate. The reception staff is not welcoming or helpful. The staff at the restaurant is very inefficient. At breakfast, when we needed salt, the waiter actually asked my husband to go himself and pick it from another table. The breakfast menu was exactly the same for all 4 days that we stayed there. The quality of food was very very poor. The service was extremely poor. Overall, it’s not at all value for money.
