The hotel location was good; the facilities were great although the fitness/gym could be better as some of the equipment was broken/not working. Having a ladies only swimming pool was great. Bearing near mosque was also excellent.

N’est pas propre , buffet petit déjeuner vide et non comestible, et le room service est catastrophique , on a passé que 2 nuits et on avait changé d’hôtel

Geluidsoverlast in de kamer, blaffende honden buiten in de nacht, kamers zijn gedateerd/ slecht onderhouden en er liep een kakkerlak in de badkamer. Ook was er tijdens ons verblijf overlast van een grote groep brommers. Het waren er zoveel tegelijkertijd dat ik dacht dat het een aardbeving was.

The cleaning and service staff in black shirts were very supportive and nice. It's the reception that was quite disappointing. When I told about the ant infestation to the reception lady she reacted uncaring and unbothered. They sent cleaning that vacuumed the floors but on the next day at 2 am, ants were everywhere including the bed. Only then the guy at reception changed our rooms! It's the lady receptionists that weren't nice, all other staff were good. After we got a room swap the new rooms air conditioning didn't work and it was extremely hot. The water, shower and pluming were also disappointing. Would not recommend for its cost, could've found a hotel two times cheaper with better rooms

Prima verblijf gehad dankzij de goede locatie, de ruime kamers en het zeer vriendelijke personeel. Het hotel ligt dichtbij verschillende bezienswaardigheden en is bovendien moslimvriendelijk, wat voor veel gasten een pluspunt zal zijn.

Bij een hotel dat zich als 4 sterren presenteert verwacht je iets meer. Het hotel heeft veel potentie, maar het onderhoud lijkt wat achter te lopen. Het beddengoed, matras en de handdoeken oogden versleten en de badkamer is aan vernieuwing toe; de kitranden zagen er niet fris uit. Ook waren de voorzieningen op de kamer wat beperkt en waren de kussens persoonlijk niet comfortabel. Het ontbijt was redelijk, maar mag wat uitgebreider, vooral voor gasten die liever geen warm ontbijt eten. Daarnaast moet je voor koffiespecialiteiten zoals een cappuccino of latte extra betalen. Al met al een prettig verblijf door de locatie en het personeel, maar met meer aandacht voor onderhoud en details zou dit hotel beter aansluiten bij de verwachtingen van een 4-sterrenhotel.

The breakfast was just ok, some staff lack english understanding, The glasses in the bathroom was not washed cleaned after room cleaning. Paid for upgraded to an executive suite to get a bath, however the bath was leaking.

1) Breakfast not expectation must upgrade the quality & menu for everyday 2) Swimming pool better but the worker are not there for safety & arrange the towel lesser until in the afternoon I want to use but the worker said the towel no more by right in the store still have many. While my husband complain to the receptionist counter about this matter 3) Room clean, good aircon but TV cannot watching the series & no Youtube for the kids.

1. We liked the outside appearance of the Hotel. 2. The location was good for us to explore restaurants.

The Breakfast should serve a better quality than existing. More options in the menu would allow all categories of people to have breakfast . The staff in the breakfast area failed to understand proper English so we had to use sign language to make them understand which was painful for us.

Breakfast delicious but at main dish don't have any heavy side dish like chicken curry or chicken masak merah to eat with nasi lemak or bihun. A sosej or beef burger is English breakfast

Part of the hotel need refurbishment

1. The staff very helpful, especially reception and technician. They try their best to fix the issue and give solution. Management need to take note customer feedback and fix the issue. This hotel is very comfortable and affordable if all issue can be fixed.

The price of the room doesn't reach my expectation. can improve regarding: 1. air conditional especially executive room. Air conditional Leaking at suite room. 2. TV hung every single time.

The lobby is beautiful. The staff were kind and accommodating. I loved the view from our room over the harbor! Looking out at the sea was refreshing, and I spotted at least 5 different eagles as I looked out over the surrounding scenery. Very beautiful. The female only pool had a lovely view and was peaceful, but I did not swim there since I was vacationing with my husband.

When we first arrived, we were put into an adjoining room next to a large family. It seemed that there was only one connecting door with a large gap underneath, so we heard everything from the family next door. I would not have been able to rest or fall asleep given the lack of adequate soundproofing between the rooms. Thankfully, I called the front desk to switch rooms (something I have never done before in my life). The staff were kind and accommodating and helped us switch rooms. However, it is good to note that only floors 6 and 7 are non-smoking, so it was difficult at first for us to find a new non-smoking room. I was surprised at the lack of cleanliness in general (stained carpets, water damage on the ceiling, leftover room service trays sitting in the hallway for extended periods of time) given how beautiful the lobby was. Although the price was OK and the view was beautiful, I am not sure that I would pick to stay at this hotel again.

Air conditioner did not function well enough throughout day time during heat outside. At night, it took alot of time to properly cool the room after we entered the room. The washroom door did not have a lock which was surprising. The hair dryer did not function well enough as well. The TV in the room was not clear and TV channels did not work properly, so could not spend time by watching the TV

There was a fly in the breakfast room, and the hotel appears slightly older than in the pictures. Overall, I feel it aligns more with a 3-star standard rather than a 4-star one.
