Breakfast could have been better.

Personnel très désagréable et inutile . L’établissement est loin de tout, même en voiture. À pied, n’en parlons même pas ! Une fois de plus, la chambre était mal placée ( pas réservée directement auprès de l’hôtel ). Le lit était sale avec des taches et des poils. J’ai dû faire changer l’oreiller ! Parking payant, pourtant appartenant à l’hôtel, et pas surveillé.

The overall experience was amazing. Breakfast was good location was great. There was children running up and down the hall from multiple rooms knocking on doors, but children will be children. Overall it was a great experience

I did not care for the children running down the halls. But that is the parents doing, and letting the children do what they want. But kids will be kids

The clerk was just going to the back as I was coming in the door. And when she came back to the counter she asked me was I checking in. Great customer service, staff listening very well and smiled!!! Breakfast was nice because the pancake machine was down or they didn’t have any batter. A very quiet and pleasant stay. I recommend this hotel.

It would be nice if y’all could find or make another spot for the people who like to smoke. The front door area should be off limits. And the pillows were too soft.

The room was surprisingly modern and comfortable, and the free breakfast was a great perk. Free parking was also a huge plus and made the stay feel like an especially good value.

Honestly, there wasn't much to complain about, especially for the price. Everything met our expectations, and we didn't run into any issues during our stay.

Great price for the room you get! Location wasn’t bad either. It was close to National harbor and other attractions. Extra parking is in the back, but we didn’t find out until close to our last day. Pretty good breakfast as well. Friendly staff!

The front desk staff was pleasant.

First night we had np hot water. Apparently the hot water heater went out, so my first night was comp by the manager. The second day while eating breakfast we observed someone attempting to break into cars. He walked up to everyone car to see if it was open in an attempt to steal, also the police were in the back looking good for someone witj a felony. Close to casino, however the neighborhood is terrible.

Today at 5 am fire alarm went off, everyone went out side without any direction or explanation from staff member. Spoke with morning staff and was advised to contact booking.com for a refund.

Good choice for day or two!

Comfortable, clean, quiet with solid floors and walls, and insulated glass windows. Other guests were pretty quiet. Rooms were nice, bathroom was clean and well prepped with towels and liquid soaps. Other amenities not expected but appreciated were a mini fridge, microwave, iron, and an ice machine by the elevator, Outside temps all week were 100+ but the AC worked like a champ, and we had no problem keeping cool. Breakfast was very good with a bigger spread than just toast and pastries. Coffee was dispensed from a machine that ground beans and brewed each cup on demand, and tasted better than expected. A small convenience shop of sorts was next to the front desk with a good selection of snacks, chips, and drinks.

Location. Not the hotel's fault, obviously, but just a word of caution that the neighborhood might be too unsavory for some. Trash is scattered along the public sidewalk adjacent to the property. The bus stop nearby looks like a homeless encampment with piles of trash. Some try to enter the hotel and some succeed. If you plan to take the bus expect to encounter homeless people, crazy people, and sometimes crazy homeless people. Very minor: There was no main ceiling light to illuminate the whole room, just one for the entry area and a lamp and night lights. We had to turn them all on to get good light for some activities.

Staff were ok, but not friendly. When my room card had to be reprogrammed after breakfast, there was no apology for the inconvenience. The breakfast staff started shutting things down early.

El hotel está bien ubicado. La habitación es grande. Y las dos camas Queen eran cómodas. Los artículos del baño son marca Dove y están muy bien. El desayuno también está muy completo.

Un hotel muy antiguo. El baño está antiguo. El sofá cama es súper incómodo. Tuvimos que dormir 3 en una cama Queen. Además no está bien insonorizado, a las 3 de la mañana gente con música y riéndose que no nos dejaron dormir.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Conveniently located on Richmond Hwy, near the 495 interchange. Very close to the Huntington metro station as well. Price was very reasonable, beds were comfortable.

There was a bit of street noise and the walls/ceilings were a bit thin. Fort Belvoir is still a bit further down the road.

It was super comfortable and the breakfast was amazing and the check out time was perfect. I had an amazing stay.

They need to fix the elevator but there was someone always at the front desk when the elevator needed to be called up, but other than that it was great.

The rooms were nice and clean.

The parking lot, you had to come in through the front but not enough spaces.
