We liked that it was just walking distance from Clarke Quay and other hang out places.

We didn't like the manual check in and that there was a long queue. The room was nice and spacious but the toilet and shower is very stuffy. It has a weird layout also and we didn't use the loft since there was nothing to do upstairs. The breakfast also had limited options for non-pork eaters. The room, while spacious, the headspace was not necessary and we notice a lot of uncleaned surfaces above.

The location, facilities - & I could adjust the air-conditioning to my liking.

There are always cleaners of trolleys in the corridor which are already a bit narrow and it was just a tiny inconvenience as I needed a bit of space when using the baby pram.

The location was good and the room was comfortable.

The staff treated us like they were doing us a favor, they really didn't want to be there. The hotel overall needs a remodel. Doesn't make sense to have a pool with no pool furniture (sunbeds) and a pool bar that's closed.

Bellissima struttura: ricca colazione a buffet in un piacevolissimo spazio che affaccia sulla doppia piscina (normale e jacuzzi) e palestra. Camera con cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani e ripristino dei set di cortesia. Buona posizione per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni comodamente con metro ma anche a piedi!

I corridoi di accesso alle camere erano un po’ maleodoranti

Do pequenos almoço e do quarto que foi bastante melhor do que o quarto em que ficámos no ano anterior, que tinha apenas 1 cama de casal para 3pessoas. O deste ano já tinha uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro. O do ano anterior tinha muitos sinais de humidade e cheirava mal. O deste ano, estava impecável. Parecia ter instalações mais novas.

Do funcio aria que nos recebeu. Muito antipática. Por outro lado, a colega de cabelos longos, que nos pareceu ser a responsável, era muito simpática.

I could only stay 1 night instead of the 2 I booked as my flight was cancelled . Studio M asked for evidence which I provided but then they never offered any refund. If you've no intention of refunding any amount then don't ask the customer to provide all the details!

Room was a good size. Breakfast was nice

Check in was a nightmare, but what was worse was the staff attitudes. Location is okay, a bit far from most things. Went to use the pool it was closed for no reason the door was locked, sign had opening hours so it should have been unlocked for use. Staff weren't any help. Beds are quiet uncomfortable. Over all very average stay and disappointing. I wouldnt Rebook or recommend.

Everything is old. The extra bed is dirty and dusty. The wood frame is sharp. Cut both my leg and my daughters leg.

The service guy was courteous and fix the choked sink issues.

Personal de recepción sumamente antipático. Procedo de check in farragoso y caótico. Hicimos el check in a las 14:50 y nos dijeron que hasta las 15:00 la habitación no estaba lista!!! y que teníamos que esperar. Otras 5 ó 6 personas en la misma situación. En general necesita una reforma

Overall the staff was friendly, the location was convenient. The room was comfortable and our stay was generally fine.

The room itself was adequate but would benefit from some facelift and refurbishment, as some aspects felt a little dated. The breakfast selection could also be improved with greater variety. The most disappointing part of our stay was the check-in experience. We were celebrating our anniversary, and I had made a special request during the booking process, but this was not acknowledged. Unfortunately, the front-desk interaction was also quite unpleasant. We were not greeted initially, and the staff member spoke to us abruptly and in a high-pitched tone, with very little eye contact. When I provided our passports, she incorrectly assumed my name was "Tiffany" simply because it started with "T", and rolled her eyes when I politely asked her to check again. The room number and breakfast information were also communicated very quickly, with little explanation of the hotel's facilities. Only one card was provided which I had to ask for another one. To make matters worse, the first room card provided to us did not open our room door. We had to return to reception and wait in line for more than 20 minutes before receiving a functioning card. This was particularly frustrating after travelling and arriving at the hotel. There were also only two bath towels in the room, with no hand towels or floor mat. These were provided the following day after we requested them. I appreciate that individual staff members may have busy periods and that mistakes can happen. However, the overall experience would have been much better with a warmer welcome, more respectful communication, better attention to detail and a properly functioning room key on arrival. As this was my first trip with my partner and his first trip to Asia, as well as an anniversary trip, we had hoped for a more welcoming experience. The issues we encountered are relatively easy to address, and I hope the hotel can use this feedback to improve its guest service and overall presentation.

The Hotel was amazing with pool and Gym. It was spacious compare to the other hotel I've stayed in the past.

Breakfast was fantastic but it was same through the days we stayed. Could have slightly changed the menu. Not a big issue being picky.

L’accoglienza alla reception è pessima c’era una coda lunghissima c’era solo una persona con dei check-in lunghissimi. Il tempo di attesa per persona almeno 30 40 minuti. La seconda notte alle cinque del mattino c’è stato un allarme incendio. Il personale non si è fatto vivo nessuno ci ha spiegato niente. Ci hanno fatto evacuare dall’hotel alla fine è intervenuta la polizia che ha aiutato un attimino. Noi ospiti ci saremmo aspettati che lo staff del dell’hotel intervenisse perché comunque eravamo tutti spaventati non sapevamo da dove provenisse il fuoco e poi quando siamo usciti, siamo riusciti a scendere dalle scale. Abbiamo visto che c’era un cassonetto attaccato praticamente la struttura che stava prendendo fuoco e e nessuno era lì a intervenire a dire qualcosa oltretutto, il cassonetto era di proprietà dell’hotel. Per il discorso lavanderia, siamo andate avanti tre giorni dico tre di numero a chiedere i gettoni della lavanderia alla mattina non c’erano nel pomeriggio non c’erano alla sera non c’erano oltretutto la lavanderia era dietro le cucine senza un’indicazione. È stata un’impresa, anche poter lavare due vestiti.

. ويمكنك الحصول على كواية وطاولتها عند الطلب وكان المكيف جيد وبارد ويوجد تنظيف يومي للغرف عند الطلب ، والفندق به جيم بالطابق الثاني مع المطعم ومساحات جلوس ومسبح وتوجد كافتيريا بالطابق الاول ويمكنهم خلال 40 دقيقة من الطلب تقديم وجبات خفيفة مع وجود الكرواسون و deserts الجاهز للتقديم ويوجد حمام وطاولات كثيرة . وقد سمح لنا الفندق منذ وصولنا لاستخدام طاولات الجلوس في الطابق الثاني حتى تجهز غرفنا وسمح لنا كذلك بوضع شنطنا بالقرب من الاستقبال وتوجد بالطابق الثاني غسالة ونشافة ملابس وسوف تحتاج شراء توكن من الاستقبال للغسيل بقيمة 8 دولار سنغافوري وتوكن آخر للتنشيف بنفس القيمة . وأتوقع أنها تسع حوالى 10 كيلو ملابسمن الأشياء الجيدة بالغرفة على الرغم من صغر حجمها الا انه يوجد طاولة للشنط وطاولة مكتبيه وطاولة لتحضير الشاي والقهوة وثلاجة صغيرة وعلى الرغم ان المسبح ليس به قفل الا ان قسم الحمام به قفل وبه شطاف هناك تشكيله جيدة من الفواكه والعصير والخضروات وحتى البيض المطبوخ وماكنة صنع البان كيك وكانت جيدة على الرغم من وجود بعض البان كيك غير المستوى ونفاذ الشوكلاته السريع . ومستوى قهوة بسيط مع ماكنتين لصنع الاسبريسو واللاتيه يمكن طلب الماء من خلال الاتصال او حتى جهاز AI يسمح لك بطلب 4 عبوات ماء وفوط وفرش اسنان ووو

وخيار المواصلات الامثل لهذا الموقع هو التاكسي من خلال برنامج grab نظرا لبعدنا عن محطات القطار والحافلات ، وغالبا لا يتم الرد على الهاتف بعد غروب الشمس وأتمنى تحسين جودة الشامبو ووضع conditioner, الراغبين في الدخول المبكر فمن تجربتي تم الرفض التام على الرغم أننا لم ننم منذ الليلة الفائته بسبب السفر ومحاولة لفت تعاطفهم الا انه قبل الثالثة مساءا لم نتمكن من الدخول ولا يوجد ماء مجاني بالغرف بدون طلبكنا 5 بالغين وطفل حجزنا 3 loft بالكاد تكفينا لأن كل loft به سرير واحد فقط بعرض 140 وكانت بالأعلى ( لا تناسب كبار السن نظرا لوجود سلالم ) أما بالأسفل صوفة سرير يمكن مع التحمل والصبر أن يستخدمها الثاني كسرير وبكل الأحوال لن يسمح سوى لشخص واحد بكل غرفة تناول الافطار وللمسلمين الباحثين عن كلمة halal لن تجدها سوى عند عصير التفاح خاصة الشيف الذي يقلي البيض ستجد بجواره شرائح الخنزير

Unique two storey rooms. Beds are super comfy. Breakfast had a great choice with everything we wanted and more. Great location by the river

Check in and check out experience needs to be massively improved, there were lines whenever I went past reception. We didn’t feel welcomed at all and there wasn’t much help either

Upon our arrival (at 3pm) our room was full with mold and not cleaned at all. After talking to staff multiple times they told us we can get a new room but only from 10pm. They also placed a container outside to get rid of some old furniture and electronics which caught fire on the 3rd night and we were woken up by a loud siren and an Alarm telling us to just stay where we are. (Also weird for a fire alarm) It took the fire department around an hour to put out the fire and it took us around 2 hours to be able to get back to our room.

It is quite close to some bars and restaurants and also a river.

It seems to want to integrate technology into bringing better customer experience but in my opinion, it is still very much in progress. The staff was definitely not helpful. For example, if the staff doesn’t help with check in, kindly let the customers know beforehand and let the customers start all the registration process even before arrival just to save time. Another example is calling to receptionist almost never got picked up while the AI in the room doesn’t know a lot of information and always advises guests to contact receptionist who doesn’t pick up as mentioned earlier 😅

I love the loft setup

雰囲気やロケーションはとてもよかったです。また、部屋も二階建てで珍しい内装で、天井も高く子供達も喜んでいました。

水回りに不潔さを感じました。前の方が使った歯磨き粉のような匂いが残っていました。今回は２つお部屋を予約したのですが、それぞれ匂いが残っており気持ち悪さを感じました。また、初日はバスタオル２つの用意しかなく、足マットやフェイスタオルが無く不親切でした。

Good location. it's inbetween bay area and central business and shopping district. Good for both business and sightseeing.

The shower's water pressure issuper low and The shower hose is damaged and leaking water.

The location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby and easy access to different parts of Singapore. The loft-style room was also a nice feature and made the stay feel a little different from a standard hotel room. Overall, apart from that, it was a fairly standard hotel experience.

Unfortunately, there was a fire in the hotel’s garbage area during my stay. We had to evacuate at around 4:00 AM, with several fire engines and police attending the scene, and were only able to return to our rooms at around 6:00 AM. Thankfully, the fire was eventually brought under control, but the incident raised serious concerns for me about the hotel’s fire safety and emergency procedures. What concerned me most was that during the evacuation, I did not see any hotel staff present to guide or assist guests, and we were given no information about what was happening, where we should go, or when it was safe to return. Guests were essentially left outside without any clear communication or assistance from the hotel. I understand that unexpected incidents can happen, but a hotel should have proper fire safety measures, a clear evacuation procedure, staff available to assist guests during an emergency, and effective communication throughout the situation. The lack of these during such a serious incident was very disappointing. After we returned to the hotel, some follow-up, explanation or acknowledgement from the management would also have been appreciated. Another downside was the check-in process. It was extremely slow, with a long queue at reception, and I had to wait around 40–50 minutes before I could complete my check-in. The process could definitely be managed more efficiently, especially during busy periods.

Dopo aver trovato sul letto e nella stanza molti piccoli insetti, per averla cambiata abbiamo dovuto insistere quando doveva essere una cosa automatica viste le condizioni in cui era.
