Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, haben aber alles was man braucht. Sehr sauber, super freundliches Personal und ein sehr leckeres und großzügiges Frühstück. Die Lage ist auch gut, würden definitiv wieder kommen.

The buffet breakfast was amazing new things everyday and the staff there were so lovely. Great location as well along the river and a nice view from the rooftop pool. The beds were comfortable too and the vaulted ceiling and floor to ceiling windows opened up the room more.

Did not like the check in process where we basically had to scan a QR code that the staff member at the desk gave us and do the check in our self whilst the staff member watched us. We even had to submit a selfie ? It was some weird AI website. We found that the staff at the lobby were not friendly- very blunt and not warm didn’t even thank us for staying there when we checked out she just looked at us said “room keys” and we gave her our cards and she stared at us blankly when we said is that all?

Clean, modern and with a chill vibe.

The baggage deposit area should be in a closed/locked room, non in the hall where anyone can access to any bag.

This is one of my favourite value hotels in Singapore. Great room design. Perfect location on the river.

Camere talmente piccole da essere insulto alla dignita umana. Letto a 50cm dal lavandino in camera… (manco negli ostelli). O si muoveva uno in camera o l’ altro e dovevamo rotolare sul letto per scendere in 2 perche non puoi stare in piedi in 2 tra il letto e scrivania/lavandino. Se stavo alla scrivania mia moglie doveva fare gattoni sul letto per andare dormire. Peggio del campeggio. Pulizia pessima (per 2 giorni abbiamo sempre avuto gli stessi oggetti per terra… vuol dire che nessuno pulisce il pavimento). Spesso la camere alle 16 non era ancora stata fatta, nonostante lasciassimo acceso simbolo “pulire camera”. Sulla sedia c’erano decine di capelli corti neri che nessuno di noi ha…. Capelli anche sulle lenzuola. Viaggiamo tanto (7 hotel solo ad agosto) ma mai una scempiaggine come questa. Peggio di hostel che avevamo in adolescenza. Vergogna.

Good position, nice breakfast, excellent staff. Love the roof pool and facilities. I have never seen a refrigerator with free bottled water by the pool in other hotels.

Was a quirky room, but was great, great views from the bed! Breakfast buffet was great, plenty of options aswell as a egg station. Location was great, nice walking.g street out front with lots of options and a bike stand outside the hotel made getting around and sightseeing easy!

Schöne Lage direkt beim Singapore River Marina Bay, Sky Trees, Cloud Garden alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar (wenn man gerne ein paar Schritte läuft)

In der Dusche hatte es viel Schimmel. Ich habe mich darin nicht wohl gefühlt und war froh, als ich das letzte Mal geduscht hatte und nicht mehr in die Dusche musste

Well located and comfortable for a short, overnight stay. Property has potential, but needs to lift its game in terms of facilities.

TV was faulty after we checked in, but quickly replace by staff after we contacted them.........well done. Biggest problem was the hot water.....there was none, and we only found out when trying to shower prior to checking out after an overnight stay and there was no time to have the issue corrected.

Panowie sprzątający to najmilsi ludzie jakich widzialam, pytali czy czegos potrzebujemy np recznikow czy wody. Sniadania byly super pyszne i różnorodne (bardzo polecam opcje ze sniadaniem) bylo bardzo czysto a łozko bardzo wygodne. Po zakończonym pobycie moglismy zostawic plecaki w przechowywalni co jest bardzo duzym plusem!

Ligeramente pequeña la habitación para el precio que tiene, pero al tener techos muy altos, no daba esa sensación

Położenie świetne. Nad rzeką bardzo blisko centrum.

Pokój dość mały, na zdjęciach wyglądał na większy. Całość ratował dość wysoki sufit, nadawał większą kubaturę oraz mały tarasik za drzwiami balkonowymi pogrążony w zieleni.

Beast and Butterflies were amazing, service always on point, their service made me enjoy their daily, and the cost/value was amazing :)

Pool opening at 8am? I'm an early riser, excercise and swim, I feel like that's late? whilst there, there were people jumping over the closed sign to swim? so maybe the hotel should look at that, at times Front counter weren't too smiley, had to wait for room service - they had forgotten me? needed extra coffee sachets

Ci hanno gentilmente fatto un upgrade nella camera migliore che avevano ma gli spazi rimangono comunque molto piccoli. Il lavandino si trova di fronte al letto... Colazione buona, nulla di entusiasmante. Rapido servizio di check in e out. Location dell'hotel ottima se si è in taxi, un po meno se si vuole usare la metro

Vibrazione costante del muro sul piano superiore della stanza (stile loft). spazio del bagno minuscolo come una cabina di una barca. corridoio per arrivare verso la camera vecchia moquette. Pulizia della camera giornaliera proprio il minimo indispensabile.

Sí, lo agregaría justo después de mencionar el baño, para que quede claro que eran varios problemas de limpieza: Pas professionnel du tout. Nous avons payé un supplément pour bénéficier d’une chambre surclassée et, dès notre arrivée, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas. De plus, nous avons constaté la présence de cheveux dans la salle de bain. La moquette était également poussiéreuse, avec de la poussière clairement visible, comme si elle n’avait pas été correctement aspirée. Nous étions là pour quatre nuits et j’ai demandé à changer de chambre, même pour une chambre moins chère. Malheureusement, aucune réponse à mes messages sur Booking avant la troisième nuit. On nous a finalement proposé un changement pour une seule nuit, ce qui n’était absolument pas confortable puisqu’il fallait à nouveau déplacer toutes nos affaires. Par ailleurs, l’espace piscine était mal entretenu et pas très propre. Nous sommes vraiment très déçus de notre séjour. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, nous avons trouvé le service très peu professionnel : il était difficile de se faire comprendre et les informations n’étaient pas toujours clairement expliquées. Une expérience qui ne correspond vraiment pas au niveau de service que l’on attend d’un hôtel 4 étoiles.

The room was not clean the glass and mirrors hadn’t been wiped before and during our stay build up of dust along edges, never got hoovered, the passage to our room was smelly and not hoovered either

Molto carina la camera sopratutto l'ampia vetrata anche se esattamente frontale ad altro edificio quindi la privacy é condizionata esclusivamente dal uso delle tente. Molto carino il soffitto alto, il design della stanza. Ottima esperienza quella della piscina all'aperto é splendido poter fare il bagno sulla vista della piazza praticamente a strapiompo e circondata dai grattacieli. Molto suggestivo.

La stanza é abbastanza piccola per due persona con letti singoli. Non mi é molto piaciuta la scelta del lavandino davanti ai letti. fuori dal bagno, la ritengo scomoda per chi é abituato ad avere i servizi igienici in un unico spazio e magari vorrebbe della privacy in merito, stesso discorso per la doccia con con possibilità di vedere chi c'é dentro.

The breakfast is excellent! The swimming pool is also great. Overall the hotel is very welcoming. The staff are also friendly and helpful.

The size of the room is small and cramped and it's basically full by the time you add 2 people and luggage. There is no place to sit for example. Also the beds are small.

اله القهوة وقت الافطار تتوقف عن العمل احيانا، موظف غسيل الملابس يطرق الباب يسأل اذا كانت توجد ملابس تحتاج غسيل، أظن هذا النظام مزعج ويفضل أن لا يأتي الا عند الطلب

Friendly welcome, comfy room, clean and well appointed with little touches, nice breakfast, well located

Location is perfect, along the Singapore river and surrounded by cozy bars and people running along the river; the room and everything is super clean and staff was helpful. They also allowed us to enjoy the pool for the whole day we checked out. Breakfast was exceptional. Definitely highly recommended!

La ubicación del hotel i el desayuno son increíbles. También nos gustó mucho la zona del gimnasio i de la piscina i el precio para 3 noches en Singapur está muy bien.

Nada, pero lo único que cambiaría sería que el lavamanos no estuviera en la habitación pero por todo lo demás nos quedaríamos una segunda vez sin duda!

Modern hotel in a nice area of Singapore city, within 30mins walking distance of most tourist attractions. The rooms could be a little bigger but that’s par for the course in Singapore. Good on-site restaurant and a lot of bars and eateries nearby.
