We were given a full refund as the room was not at all like we were expecting. Happy with that...

No sky sports on TV, We felt like we were in a bunker, Not worth $377.00 per night

Thew view was good. Beautiful scenery.

Noisy neighbours upstairs. Sounds like elephants are walking up and down. Dont get a ground floor unit here. The hotel didn't clean the room properly. Left the dishes rubbish laying around. Remotes didn't work. Toilet is leaking and dripping water.

Parking is the only thing we can be happy about it.

Even though we specifically requested lake view room, we have given mountain facing that too the lower level, where were facing the wall. The blinds give to the large windows were very much privacy less as teh outsides can view your room easily, another NZ$ 50 would have given us far better facility, which we were experienced at Queenstown. Then again the breakfast, they said continental, just for loaf of bread, corn flakes, couple of fruits, milk and juices. most of them we didn't even use. Not at all worth for the money we paid for it.

It was in a great location and the room being made up every day was very nice to come back to.

The stairs with heavy luggage was slightly annoying but nothing too much of an issue.

The bed heater was not working and it's very could. Widows were not proper. No privacy.

Pillows could be better, and I was staying in the bottom room so there is little to no privacy unless you want to draw the blinds all day which means you're sitting in darkness.

The location was great the shower pressure was amazing nice and hot the room was warm staff were friendly and helpful

There was mould in between the tiles in the shower, we could hear upstairs moving around and the bed was extremely hard

What did I/we like? not much i am afraid. Heat pump grateful for and electric blanket on the bed made it cosy. Appreciated the undercover parking.

From the moment we walked into our apartment it felt uninviting, did not feel clean at all. Bird droppings on the windows, dirty blinds, old Rusty toilet clean holder. Horrible tiled bath kind of thing, if you could call it that, made you want to wear footwear whilst in the shower. Horrible dusty and some broken wooden blinds, that people could see in your room when they walk past even when closed. So many stairs from the parking bay and no lift, so be wary of that if you have heavy bags. Walk to City Centre atleast one kilometre if not more, not point zero six as mentioned.

We liked the view from our lake view apartment, it is as described for sure. Stunning view, we nearly cancelled due to previous negative reviews. So glad we did not, the apartment has excellent views. It’s a short walk to town, far less than we thought. A very easy 15 minute walk to town and back. The staff are excellent and we would return for sure. We also love the fire, and the ambiance is very nice, Thank you

Nothing to dislike

We were upgraded to the top floor so our view was absolutely stunning.

We were travelling with a group of five families and some of us were in different buildings so next time we’ll make sure we all book together.

Original room was way too small- had to get upgraded. This is not obvious at all from booking.com website booking. Would have liked to know this in advance Once we upgraded the room included an apartment which was great. Shower pressure very bad Could hear everything from bathroom next door (person coughing loudly woke me up and showering with loud bathroom fans) Staff during day came in to make beds, did not add replacement towels, did not turn dish washer on or clean this area. Did not replace coffee pods- had to make it very obvious that we needed this. Also no conditioner in shower.

Not as cosy as I was expecting and a bit short on comfort. Rugs on the main lounge would have been nice. Nice place, just looking a bit tired

The standard rooms are tiny! The room we had was also located below where everyone was walking so felt like we were in a bunker with no sun.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and ready on arrival. Communication and check-in were very smooth Perfect views and location is far enough away from the hustle and bustle but also close enough to enjoy the restaurants and entertainment.

Attached studio apartment was noisy when they were coming and going.

The location was nice, only about 15-20 minutes walk to city center. The staff were super friendly and super helpful. We enjoyed the kitchenette in the room (with everything except cooker) as well as the heating blanket and heated towel rack. Very useful in the cold weather when we stayed there.

It was apartment style and we were allocated a room on the lower floor facing inward so we had to keep our curtains closed for privacy reasons which meant it was always dark. There’s not enough lighting in the room which could’ve made a big difference. Also, in the bathroom, there wasn’t a shower door nor curtain so water was easily splashed out from the bathing area. That’s really it. Other than those two things, we really enjoyed our stay. Next time, best to request or book units on the top floor with more open glass windows.

The view was spectacular and the closeness to the CBD was a huge bonus. The on site parking was good too

The rooms were very average, the kitchen counter had cracks in it, the shower was very weak bordering on pathetic. The beds were very uncomfortable. For the price it was very disappointing

I thought it was a little over priced and I got it on special, charging $10 a day to park your car is ridiculous when you’re already paying so much. The main bed was a bit uncomfortable because it was two singles joint together and you could feel the joint in the middle.

Very tired and bashed about. Many things were broken or cracked. Cracked bench, warped vanity, broken toilet roll holder, frayed blinds, loose stair rail. Furniture was cheap and tied.

Rooms were nice, heated floor was very good! Small room but had everything we needed! Location was an easy walk into the town, and the fridge had some free things in it for us which was nice

Beautiful apartments with everything you need for a short stay in Queenstown. Easy access on the bus from the airport and a short 15-20minute walk into the town centre. Comfy and clean apartment with everything we needed. Stunning views across Lake Wakatipu.

Each apartment has stairs either up or down to access it so can be challenging for guests living with disability or even just managing heavy luggage. Also the walls between apartments are quite thin so you can hear a lot of you have noisy neighbours. Despite this would definitely recommend.

Large room with simple kitchenette. Share laundry facilities with one other room. About a 10 minute walk to Queenstown central.

The rooms were accessed via half a dozen stairs which may be problematic for anyone with mobility issues.

Once we were moved to a better room, the views were great and being the middle of winter, we certainly appreciated the fireplace.

It wasn’t great value for money. It was very hard to get your luggage to the rooms without a car and even then the number of stairs made this task very hard. The room we were booked into bore absolutely no resemblance to the photos on the web site, but to the staff’s credit, they did move us to a better room. The traffic was quite noisy despite the double glazing. The shower was really hard to step into and I felt quite dangerous for my elderly mother.

Fantastic views from lake view rooms. Good spacious rooms. Easy access to parking and good walkable location to town.

Rooms felt tired and not particularly clean. Blinds were ripped on side and broken so they pooled on floor. Grout in bathroom shower and floor could do with a good clean. Couch was stained and felt dirty.

Good location close enough to walk into town

Our 3 units had outlook to a retaining wall, were dark and quite small. The lighting was more like mood lighting and the bathroom was internal so had no windows. Our heat pump wasn’t working, but staff responded promptly to check it and swapped our rooms.

The room is spacious with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great view.

The gas heater did not work and although we had a reverse cycle aircon the heat did not get low enough to warm us fully. The first room we had at a prior stay was better as it was warm and cosy. That said we still enjoyed our stay.

The room is bright and functional. There were enough food provided for breakfast was nice

The breakfast feels more like a prepaid amenities for the fridge rather than a continental breakfast. Still enough stuff to justify the value

We loved how roomy it was and the view of the lake was spectacular. We also liked its location, nice and quiet, and a quick drive into town for dining.

Modern, clean, efficient. Parking was relatively secure.

The lighting in the room was poor. The down light above the sink wasn’t working which made the room very dark and hard to find out things when rubbishing through our suitcases but other than that no complaints.

The location was great. 10 minutes walk from the centre of town. Good onsite parking. Staff were friendly.

The chairs were OK, but the table was useless. It was too high to sit at, and too low to stand at comfortably to do computer work. The light above the bed was reported as not working on day two. The response was, "Oh, we will have someone fix that after you check-out". We stayed for seven nights. Not convinced that the same line wouldn't be fed to the next guest.

We stayed in room 16a and it was perfect. Great apartment and facilities. Out of this world view of the Remarkables beyond the Lake.

The apartment was well appointed. It had everything that we required. The view was gorgeous. It was an easy walk into the centre of Queenstown and be able to explore the town on foot.

The bathroom fan was very noisy.

Clean. Very friendly and professional staff. Lake view rooms. It was absolutely amazing. Will stay here again if we visit Queenstown again
