Novotel Lampung

Our room offered what was probably one of the best views in Bandar Lampung, overlooking both the city and the sea. Waking up to such a panoramic view was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The hotel features a large swimming pool and a well-equipped gym, making it a great option for both leisure and fitness enthusiasts. One thing that surprised us was how quiet the hotel was during our visit, especially considering it was a long weekend. During breakfast, only a handful of tables were occupied. This may have been the reason the breakfast selection was more limited compared to other Novotel properties we have stayed at. However, it appeared that the hotel prepared food according to the number of guests staying at the time, which is understandable and helps minimize food waste. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again on a future visit to Bandar Lampung.

1 malam di lantai 10 tiba2 diusir diminta pindah ke lantai 9 dengan alasan menempati sendiri di lantai 10 sehingga AC tidak maksimal setelah pindah ternyata di lantai 10 dipakai rombongan... JADI SAYA DIBOHONGI. BARU INI ADA HOTEL BOHONGI TAMU... DIUSIR SURUH PINDAH. KAPOK GAK AKAN KE NOVOTEL LAMPUNG LAGI.. Ditelpon dari lantai B2 yang angkat istri langsung ditutup tanpa basa basi. Kalau yang angkat suami langsung ditawari entertain di lantai B2... LUCU SEKALI

Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is big and near the beach. The room is spacious and very cold. The amenities are complete, wifi working well, no issues at all. I tried breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet and all is good, up to Novotel standards. Good job Novotel, hope I can visit you again next time

this is my first experience to stay in this hotel. all the facilities and services is good, there is no complain for that.

This hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. Strategic location! The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We really enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the kids pool was a great place to relax. The hotel's location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again

First day of fasting and coincidentally there was a way to break fast with Dinovotellampung, wow the view is really beautiful especially towards the best evening. I was approached by Ms. Fitri and offered help and was very alert and humble. Breakfast food has lots of choices and is delicious, the place is spacious and clean and very comfortable. next time there will be another opening event with dinovotellampung

The good parts about the hotel is location far from city. The room was a fantastic which was upgraded due to Accor membership. The view from corner room was stunning and provided complete view of bay mountains and lampung city. The best part about my stay was room and views. Overall hotel is also very beautiful. My stay was during an off season and it really showed on the quality of service, food taste and amenities in the hotel. During evening the lights and air conditioning is off at main lobby and restaurant area. The gym was a ghost town with no electricity. Considering the price hotel is overall very decent.

Good location of the hotel, clean room, there are 2 EV chargers at the parking lot.

Our reservation policy stated that we would be charged the 1st night for no show after 6 pm. Despite that policy, the hotel has cancelled our reservation when we arrived late just after 6 pm. During check-in, the hotel tried to give us twin bed room which we rejected since we asked for double bed. Then we were given double bed room which later was found out to be smoking room when we came into the room (our reservation was for non-smoking). Had to go back to the check-in counter to complain, and finally we were given double bed non smoking room as requested in our reservation. Didn't expect this kind of experience in Novotel.

Hotel was nice once but some maintenance issues especially around the pool

The food is awful. Besides, there’s no Latte for the buffet with such a price. The cleanness should be improved😑, especially The Square restaurant and the Lounge Bar. The table and the tableware does not look clean, there’s stain on them.😰 The property is remote, so it’s without much choices of entertainment.

The room smell was dusty and it makes you uncomfortable if you don’t run the AC in high speed

The view and the infinity pool - both amazing. They also offer complimentary tropical fruit in the room when you check in, which was a nice touch.

Not much to complain about, but it wasn't perfect. It was a bit hard to communicate in English with the reception. Also, the restaurant is not the best.I'd still love to go there again though.

Location is too far from mini-market & food’s street. This Hotel don’t have smart tv (It’s nice for 4 star hotel standards to have it). I came on the weekend, the atmosphere in the hotel lobby was too busy because of a wedding. It is very uncomfortable for hotel residents to see such an atmosphere in the lobby, a lot of people there.

My inquiry via booking.com message was not responded until i came to the hotel. I booked 2 rooms and inquire whether any connecting door however when i came to the reservation desk, i was informed that no connecting door for the type of room that i booked.

Breakfast are incredibly well and a lot different traditional and international cuisine and dessert.

Receptionist slow response on call, my room didn't get towel (because laundry machine was on maintenance) but the reception didn't inform anything. The reception staff need to be trained the gpod communication. many Food variant, but the taste (for.me) just enough.

The service of the staff , really need to improve, on arrival I didn't see any bell boy there to help bring my luggage, the front desk was only one and he also gave me wrong room with two single beds that doesn't match with what I have booked online , but he then upgraded my room. Unfriendly one of security guard.

The hotel is nice - very interesting architecture with great views of there surrounding urban agglomeration, but worn out for being such a new building (elevators, room interior). The spaces are large and well-designed but feel somewhat empty. The room is very nice however you could hear children screaming next door, below and above us. Also the lack of a/c in the hallways made the corridors and circulation spaces noticeably uncomfortable during the day. However, despite these relatively minor issues, the staff made a real effort to make us feel welcome and the breakfast was well presented and good. There is a well-appointed fitness centre, a huge pool, conference spaces, a wedding chapel? and a bar/lounge, with outside terrace. The latter zone doesn't work as well as it could - for example the singer in the bar was situated in the smoking area while the bar itself was separated from her by a glass wall - a strange concept.

Fantastic experience, receptions greet me by my name when I walk passed them and the politeness and friendliness of every staff members were outstanding. We will be back again next time.

nice and pleasant hotel with stunning view and facility, like the room cleanliness, the view and amenity, they have full ranges of spa facilities with nice hot and cool water pools. the hotel is a bit far and secluded , nice point for guest who is looking for good rest and privacy. the only drawback is the hotel management, for hotel that proud to be in service management, the hotel failed to do so, during my stay i was woken up by loud music on the Saturday morning , 6 AM plus, the music was so loud with mirror shaking bass and apparently was from hotel staff mass morning exercise , it was lasted for hours approximately, I called the front desk and specifically lodged complaint case about it , however it was not been taken seriously and I didn’t hear any further news from hotel management. I purposely chosen this hotel for good rest and this should be the sole purpose of the hotel itself, not bugged the guests with full blast music in the Saturday morning , how disappointed with that , and no one treated this complaint seriously

Location is better for sea activities and for over all holiday. It is suggested for extended souvenir shop so we can bought any Lampung art and home made

Great hotel. Nice gym and spa. Everything was really good. Minor thing was about noise from construction works, but it was few hours in late mornings per day, so not much bother. Will definitely stay again.

I pay Rp770.000,-+21% tax and service=Rp931.700,- without breakfast. But when i arrived at the hotel (desember 17, 2014) in the front desk there is todays rate only Rp916.300,- include breakfast for 2 person. I fell very disappointed, i have to pay breakfast Rp250.000,- for 2 person, arround 25% from my room rate, it is means that i pay very expensive.
