FERGUS Bermudas

Food qualty and choice was excellent

Poolside sunbeds all used

How close it was to the hotel. Staff were friendly.

Not a lot for the kids.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable hotel and near to the wonderful beaches.

WiFi was patchy. Food was very nice but would be nice to have a bigger variety. Usual lack of sun beds around the pool.

GYM

I expected a wider variety of meals at the restaurant

Jidlo a pití V hotelu byly i jahody, kaviár, losos, různá kuchyně.. dlouhé časy snídani až do 10:30. Vstřícný personal a umožnění late check out.

We were staying at another hotel which was not acceptable and so booked This one on day we arrived it was so nice

Everything was amazing

Rien

The hotel is in an excellent location. The rooms are beautifully furnished and very clean. The staff are extremely friendly. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. Lunch and dinner offered very limited choices and the quality was below expectations. The snack selection was also poor. Overall, the hotel has many positive aspects, but the food could be significantly improved.

Food

Bardzo dobrze zorganizowana strefa wypoczynku, duży czysty basen i pyszne śniadania

It was clean overall, and the location is the best.

Part of the hotel is old, and some things in the room could be upgraded. The bathroom sink was very small, the silicone seals in the bathroom tiles were moldy in some parts. The rooms have no noise cancelation. We would wake up from the noise people made getting ready for breakfast. The breakfast was of poor quality. Before we arrived, we were excited about some local fresh fruits and tomatoes, but the products at the breakfast were just cheap.

No pudimos dormir nada.

Jest 3min do plaży, wokół wiele restauracji sklepów itd. Wzdłuż plaży długa promenada do spacerów.

Great personnel, very warm and helpful

Often dishes that were supposed to be clean- were dirty having the rest of previous food on them

The facilities. Clean comfortable rooms.great breakfast spread. Nice pool and pool side bar. Great friendly staff. Serviced room every day

Everything was perfect. May be lil pricier.

Staff were incredibly good & friendly ! The hotel is fantastic & great value for money . We will 100% be back soon 👍🏻

Everything was fantastic!!

Nothing

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly, the receptionists were very responsive, and the food was great as well. Our room was cleaned every day, even when we didn't ask for it. The view from the room was stunning, and the hotel is pretty close to the beach. Overall, the quality corresponds well to the price.

The first issue was the non-working elevator. Out of our 12-day stay, it worked only about 3 days in total. During check-in and check-out we had to carry quite heavy suitcases on our own (2 women and 1 child) from the 3rd floor. I wish this problem had been fixed much sooner. Also, although the breakfast was amazing, we didn't see much variety compared to lunch and dinner. Maybe it's the hotel’s policy, but it would have been great to see a bit more variety at breakfast. Overall, the stay was great :)

Everything was fine

Nothing

Location excellent. Rooms clean Staff work hard. Excellent wifi. Still use facilities after check out.

Sleep quality was poor. Each floor has a door open 24 hours. Noise travels up through each floor from bottom. Also key cards loud beep on entry. U could hear other people entering at any time of the night with the beep. All inclusive decent but nothing better branded included, and food very similar everyday.

Staff were fantastic, engaging and nothing was too much Drinks were nice Common areas such as reception, restaurant and pool were clean.

Mould in the rooms Rooms were noisy Food was sometimes cold and bland

Good location. Staff very friendly. Good quality food with plenty of choices. Few nice beaches nearby.

Location of our room was right opposite very busy area with bars and pubs so the noise was unbearable. The parties go on until 4-5 am which makes impossible to sleep. Bedroom door was also rather poor quality as you could hear every step and people chatting even when talking quietly. There was plenty of space around the pool but unfortunately all sunbeds were "reserved" by people leaving towels and other items on them way before sunrise and we have seen many of them not even being used for majority of the days so policy needs to be updated on that. Overall opinion is that the hotel is suitable for those who visit the area to have fun and to party but not necessary for those who are hoping to get some rest.

Hátsó, sötét szuterén szoba, dohos szaggal.

The room was very big and we could park inside the hotel for a very reasonable price.

The smell in our room was not so good, perhaps it was because our balcony was just above the kitchen.

Renovated hotel room Breakfast was good

So much noise of the night life I couldn’t sleep

Location good entertainment good we had a basement room this was noisey as the chairs in the bar above us kept scrapping also only stairs down to our room no lifts to the basement. The breakfast was good (no omelettes) but good. We went to the beach as pool was busy.

Our basement room

Location was good. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice

Cleanliness was not the best and the noise, the fact the walls were so thin and you could hear everybody talking at night Also, it was very bright in the room early mornings

Good location. Good food both for breakfast and dinner

I was unlucky to get a room on the first floor facing the road and the hotel entrance, it was extremely loud and constant smell of cigarettes. Moreover every morning it was terrible smell of sewerage in the bathroom. I was afraid to switch on the condi as the celling around it was covered with a lot of mold. I believe that there are better rooms in the hotel but the one I stayed was not that good

Breakfast was nice when we used it, good selection and very fresh.

we had a leak in our bathroom due to the weather, maintenance came out took the roof off put a bucket underneath and didn't return, i get the feeling they was waiting just for the rain to stop, we had to speak to reception the next day to get them to tell maintenance to come back and put the roof on.

Lovely hotel, really clean. Staff were very accomodatiing. Excellent variety of food on offer. Cocktails were delicious

Clean, good location, relaxing atmosphere, great all inclusive options. Good quality drinks. We enjoyed the food which was plentiful. Friendly helpful staff. Changing room available for our late flight after checking out.

Room missing a kettle

Nice room, good breakfast, good location. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The main lift was out of order 5 days out of the 7 of the holiday. I know these things can't be forseen, but as a family with a 3 year old and a 4 month old baby, carrying a pram and belongings up and down 2 flights of stairs 4 times a day was extremely difficult. The service lift was being used. However, the baby's pram was too big to get in there. There were also issues with having ice packs cooled at the bar for the baby's milk. These were "lost" on numerous occasions, with one member of bar staff saying it was not his job to find them and walking off. What was a good holiday could have been a fantastic holiday without these issues.

Room was spacious, perfect location to both ends of Palmanova & all it has to offer. Friendly staff & good facilities.

We were B&B - Breakfast was good, it was standard - definitely could do with maybe an omelette station or something similar to make it better

Very nice family hotel just in the centre of Palmanova, 2 min walk to the beach, close to the shops, bars and restaurants.very clean, safe, very friendly and helpful staff, nice food, great entertainment.Rooms are modern and very comfortable.we have stayed in this hotel few times and will defo come back again.

Tolles, sehr sauberes Zimmer.
