Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmern mit Meeresblick war wunderschön und es war gut das jeden Tag das Personal die Zimmern aufgeräumt hat und frische Handtücher gebracht hat etc.

Замечательный отдых, который мы будем помнить ещё очень долго! Мы прекрасно провели время в отеле Sol Palmanova. С самого момента приезда мы почувствовали себя желанными гостями и смогли по-настоящему расслабиться. Наш номер был чистым и уютным, а балкон с прекрасным видом на море делал каждое утро особенным. Еда была вкусной и разнообразной — в течение всего дня всегда было из чего выбрать. Нам очень понравились система All Inclusive, напитки, дружелюбная атмосфера и вечерние развлекательные программы. В отеле царит весёлая курортная атмосфера, но при этом всегда можно найти место для спокойного отдыха. У отеля отличное расположение: до пляжа всего несколько минут пешком, а всё необходимое находится рядом. Персонал очень старается, сотрудники всегда были приветливыми, внимательными и готовыми помочь. Эта поездка была для нас особенно важной, потому что здесь мы отмечали день рождения моего мужа. Сотрудники отеля поздравили его и преподнесли очень приятный и трогательный подарок. Это внимание стало для нас настоящим сюрпризом, подарило тёплые эмоции и сделало этот день ещё более особенным. Мы искренне благодарны отелю за такую заботу! Мы уезжаем с Майорки с огромным количеством прекрасных воспоминаний и уже мечтаем вернуться снова. Благодаря Sol Palmanova мы влюбились не только в Майорку, но и в сеть отелей Sol. Теперь мы уверены в качестве сервиса и обязательно планируем посетить отели этой сети и в других странах. Спасибо всей команде Sol Palmanova за наш чудесный отдых!

El personal es muy amable.

Es un hotel para ingleses y alemanes, la habitación no es de un hotel 4*, más bien de 3, no tiene nada, camas de muelles, almohadas incómodas… Las comidas son las mismas comida y cena… Te cobran 10€ por prestarte unas toallas, 1€ por lavarlas, muchas bebidas se pagan a parte… es decir no es todo incluido… cualquiera que haya estado en un todo incluido de verdad este para el precio y lo que ofrece se queda muy pobre…

El buffet muy completo y la comida buena.. aunque el helado es muy mejorable

Habia poca capacidad para sentarse en los espectaculos y la mania de hablar solo en ingles en alguno de ellos no la entiendo .Creo que es una falta de respeto a los hablantes de español.

Localização ótima, perto de praias, supermercado, lojas variadas, tudo a pé. Hotel com espetáculos todos os dias, com três palcos, e além disso muita animação para crianças. Médico e enfermeira 24h disponíveis, segurança nocturno e diurno, pelo menos 3 nadadores salvadores , três piscinas, uma para crianças com enriquecimento infantil. Comida ótima. Deixam fazer check in antecipado e comer assim que cheguemos, mesmo que o quarto não esteja pronto, tal como no check out, podemos ficar a espera no hotel até ir para o aeroporto e não pagar mais, comer e beber e guardar as malas bem como usar a piscina. Ótimo. O hotel Não tem Spa nem piscina interior mas com três piscinas exteriores e três praias com acesso a pé em menos de três minutos, não é necessário. Não vi uma única barata, que é um dos problemas destes hotéis de verão. Ótimo

O quarto era pequeno, e tinha apenas um roupeiro para três pessoas. Não tinha spa.

La literie et de mauvaises qualité les matelas pas confortable du tout. La piscine est bondé des l ouverture impossible d avoir une place nous n y sommes pas allés de tout le sejour.

Os quartos deixaram a desejar. Havia uma fuga de água do chuveiro para o quarto. Eram pequenos. A piscina estava sempre ocupada com as toalhas nas espreguiçadeiras. Penso que o hotel deveria repensar nesta política. As pessoas deixam as toalhas as 6h da manhã para guardar o seu lugar.

The room was clean, the sea view was beautiful, and the air conditioning worked well. Unfortunately, these were the few positive aspects of our stay.

Check-in was extremely slow and almost nothing was explained to us. We had to discover basic information ourselves, such as restaurant/bar options, meal times and alternative hotel entrances. The elevators were tiny and constantly overcrowded. We regularly had to wait a very long time to go up or down, and one elevator was out of service for an entire day, forcing us to repeatedly use the stairs to/from the 8th floor. Having to queue just to use an elevator was certainly a new experience for us — and unfortunately one we discovered at this hotel. Service was also disappointing. At 11:30 p.m. we asked reception for a duvet cover, were told to come downstairs to collect it, and only after doing so were informed that none was available until the next morning. For an all-inclusive hotel, the token system for drinks was unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. You receive a token, exchange it for a drink, return the cup to get the token back, and repeat the process every time. Compared with other all-inclusive hotels we have stayed at, where the wristband was enough, this system felt unnecessarily inconvenient. A completely separate issue was the hotel's remarkable preference for cash-only payments. Extra tokens, €10 deposits per pool/beach towel, €1 to exchange a used towel, a €60 airport taxi arranged through the hotel, and even our €70 birthday surprise all had to be paid in cash. When we said we had no euros, we were simply directed to the ATM next to the hotel. For guests coming from outside the eurozone, this means additional withdrawal and exchange costs. After being told “cash only” for so many completely different services, we eventually stopped being surprised by it — although we did start wondering why paying by card seemed to be so consistently avoided. The worst part was the dining experience. The restaurant was overcrowded, noisy and regularly had queues just to enter.

Понравилась отличная еда по системе All Inclusive, много, вкусно, разнообразно. Понравилось очень близкое расположение к морю.

Отель сильно переоценён по стоимости. При такой цене мы ожидали гораздо более свежий номер, нормальные условия для сна и в целом более высокий уровень комфорта. Понимаю, что август - высокий сезон, но за такую стоимость мы ждали лучших условий. Мы жили в семейном номере. Кондиционер работал настолько громко, что ночью практически невозможно было спать без беруш. Даже с ними утром просыпались с головной болью. Мы обращались по этому поводу, но техник сказал, что с кондиционером ничего сделать невозможно и в других номерах такие же системы. Дополнительным спальным местом для ребёнка был раскладной диван с очень неровной поверхностью, после сна на котором болела спина. Сам номер оказался изношенным и совершенно не соответствовал впечатлению от фотографий на Booking.com. Мебель старая, ремонт уже заметно видавший виды, номер очень тёмный. Создаётся впечатление, что фотографии были сделаны сразу после ремонта или сильно обработаны и уже не отражают текущее состояние номеров. Кроме того, при заселении не закрывалась дверь в ванную комнату. Пришлось вызывать техника - дверь он, к счастью, починил. Отдельная проблема - огромное количество гостей. Отель был явно переполнен, а бассейны в течение дня были настолько забиты людьми, что что напоминали бурлящий суп с людьми вместо фрикаделек - пользоваться им сосвем не хотелось.

Apenas da gestão das espreguiçadeiras na piscina, deverão criar regras para evitar o uso abusivo privando os outros hóspedes de utilizar o espaço. Não permitir reservas das espreguiçadeiras e a não utilização levar à retirada da toalha.

Buona posizione a 2 min dalla spiaggia di Palmanova, 10 min di passeggiata da Magaluf. Abbastanza pulita, pasti accettabili,staff cordiale.

Caffè e cappuccino da film horror, piscina impraticabile causa overbooking e file per accaparrarsi una sdraio, peraltro la piscina non era granché. Animazione concentrata più che altro sui bimbi.

Rooms and hotel are clean. Food is ok and there is choice for everyone. Location is very good and you can walk to the beach and walk n the evening around palmanova nightlife and restaurants and bars.

The fact you had to get up between 5-6:30am to get a bed around the pool. The pool is very small for the amount of people staying and there are not enough beds cause you can’t fit them In the space. Not one manager is around when you need to ask a managers question and they are not to be seen.

Overly crowded with groups of rowdy families. We were woken 1st night by screaming and banging on doors at 2am then on the 2nd night to a brawl and large fight in the corridor along with a lady screaming her head of for them to stop.

"Viss iekļauts" bija ļoti ierobežots. Žetoni dzērieniem veidoja garas rindas. Ēstuve ārā pārpildīta, rindas, arī ierobežojumi. Vieta pie baseiniem ļoti maz, nepietiek, vai arī tad jāskrien agri, jāaizņem, bet tad pēkšņi tiek paņemts tavs dvielis... Durvis mums saplīsa, seifam baterijas beidzās... Sīkumi, bet tomēr, laiku patērējām.

La Struttura era pulita e accogliente, hotel abbastanza grande con tre piscine( una adatta proprio ai bambini). Piscine per adulti altezza max 1.45. Ma purtroppo il sole nella piscina più grande va via già alle 16. Aggiungo che è una vergogna che lo staff permetta ai clienti di prendere postazione nelle sdraio da prima che la piscina aprisse. (Orario 10). Già alle 6.30 di mattina si trovano quasi tutte le sdraio occupate dai teli mare. Addirittura ci iniziano nella tarda notte. Un altra pecca gli ascensori sempre strapieni più delle volte scendevo e salivo a piedi dal 4° piano.

Il mangiare non era male però dovrebbero migliorare nella cottura perché spesso il Cibo era troppo cotto e le pietanze quasi sempre uguali in 8 giorni. Aggiungo che danno in dotazione una cassaforte, usatela perché qualcuno ha le mani lunghe. A me sono scomparsi dei soldi per mezza giornata che ho lasciato il portafoglio sopra la scrivania. E se siete una coppia che volete tranquillità purtroppo non lo consiglio perche strapieno di famiglie con bambini, liberi di fare tutto ciò che vogliono. (Schizzi e schiamazzi). Cocktail leggerissimi però se specificate che lo volete più forte, ve lo fanno.

The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. The older gentleman in the dining room during meal times (I'm not sure if I remember his name correctly) was exceptionally kind and welcoming. The rooms had excellent air conditioning, and the beach was just a short walk away.

Only one of the outdoor pool showers was working, while the other had been out of order for several days. The breakfast selection was quite repetitive. The water dispensers frequently displayed error messages and often remained out of service for days without being repaired. The gentleman working at the snack bar (the bald gentleman who always wore sunglasses – I'm not sure if I remember his name correctly) was unfortunately not very friendly.

Fomos na alta temporada, o que justifica o hotel estar bem cheio, isso não foi um problema por que optamos em desbravar a ilha ao invés de ficar no hotel, caso tivemos optado por apenas ficar no hotel e aproveitar o all inclusive teriamos nos arrependido.

No geral tinha muita gente, mas como dito no comentario positivo isso não foi um problema.Comida poderia ser mais variada

L’emplacement est juste magnifique avec la plage à qq centaines de mètre et le bus à côté de la porte de l'hôtel pour vous rendre à l'aéroport ou à la ville de palma. La restauration était variée et assez riche. Il y en avait pour tous les goûts et le personnel était très accueillant et accessible. Les animateurs ont très bien joué leurs rôles et on n’arrivait pas à s’ennuyer

Среднее качество питания. Часто сухая, заветренная еда. Однообразно. Много фастфуда. Много соли. Мало здоровой еду, соусов. Мало овощей. Но это моё субъективное мнение, я профессиональный повар с опытом работы в гостиницах и ресторанах Скандинавии. Система многоразовой обменной посуды в барах-неудобно, всегда очереди, стаканы надо носить с собой или обменивать в баре-очереди снова… Было бы удобнее, чтобы были точки бесконтактного обмена стаканчиков. Наша семья отдыхала в пик сезона-людей на 1м2 было действительно много :) Качество и организация вечерних шоу-очень скучно и посредственно. Мы были в других отелях Пальмоновы-там шоу было выше уровнем. Разочаровали детские дискотеки-вместо веселых танцев под детские зажигательные песни-скучные длинные игры, в которых было неинтересно играть маленьким детям… Часто грязные общие туалеты, со сломанными замками на дверцах кабинок.

Relativamente ao hotel camas muito desconfortáveis, pedi cama de casal foram duas camas individuais, limpeza dos quartos todos os dias, renovação necessaria, ar condicionado no quarto muito fraco estava sempre no mais baixo e mesmo assim refrescava muito pouco, relativamente à parte restauração primeiro e segundo dia ok para conhecer bastantes variedades, depois daí sempre repetitivo uma grande grande modificação a fazer, a zona restaurante parecia uma sauna muito quente, O que fazia com que alguns alimentos estivessem quentes como fruta queijos... zona piscina água muito fria piscina só abre às 10h00 e as 17h30 começam a recolher as espreguiçadeiras outro problema às 7h30 ja não à cadeiras para deitar todas estão ocupadas com toalhas desde o dia anterior à noite ou a partir das 6h00. renovação a fazer na zona exterior, um ponto extremamente importante que pude constatar e que não existe è a simpatia o sorriso dos colaboradores em todas as áreas(bares,restaurante,limpezas...) de louvar a equipa de animação PS:boa cobertura wifi mas velicidade 0 tive que usar bastantes dias os meus dados móveis. Zona entre hotel 1 e 2 sempre com agua ou resíduos da casa de banho no chao que ia até à saída da porta acesso praia. Estadia no Palmanova 1.

La comida, no sé si todos teníamos todo incluido pero alli todos entrábamos a comedor sin que nadie mirara nada. Comida muy poco variada y súper repetitiva, estuve 5 días y siempre era lo mismo. .. además la comida tenía una calidad bastante normalita tirando a baja... El todo incluido las bebidas eran todo marca blanca y los cócteles no valían nada, era beber por beber 😅😅. Y dos ascensores para tantas habitaciones? Horrible poder subir y bajar a la habitación, siempre colas... Otra pega? Las hamacas de la piscina, la piscina abría a las 10 y a las 8 te asomabas a balcón y ya tenían todas las hamacas con toallas. No se supone que es algo que no deberían dejar hacer? Pues eso, batalla perdida, la gente las dejaba desde la mañana hasta que cerraban o volvían de playa.

( je m’explique , j’ai du changé de haut car le mien n’allait pas ,il était tout à fait correcte, alors que d’autres personnes étaient en robe transparente ,se permet des réflexions pas très sympathiques …)

Unfortunately, this has been the most disappointing hotel experience we have ever had, and the standard of the hotel is far below what was presented on Booking.com. The room itself was acceptable, but upon arrival the bathroom had clearly not been cleaned properly. There were hairs from previous guests along the shower wall, which immediately gave us a poor impression of the hotel's hygiene standards. In addition, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The mattresses were so hard that we could clearly feel the springs through them, making it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. This significantly affected the overall quality of our stay. The biggest issues, however, concern the hotel's common areas and restaurant. Although the hotel states that reserving sunbeds is not allowed, this rule is not enforced at all. Guests reserve sunbeds with towels from around 7:00 a.m., making it virtually impossible to find available sunbeds later in the day. As a result, we have been unable to use the pool area as expected. Another major issue is the lack of parasols. There are far too few parasols available for the number of guests, meaning that only a small proportion of families can sit in the shade. During our entire stay, we were never able to get a parasol. With temperatures approaching 40°C, this made spending time by the pool both extremely uncomfortable and, in our opinion, unsafe. Around the swimming pool there is also a strong sewage smell, making it unpleasant to spend time there. The pool showers are in an unacceptable condition. They are constantly flooded with dirty standing water, and guests have to walk through water reaching above their ankles. This is both unhygienic and extremely unpleasant. The restaurant has been the biggest disappointment. On one morning, water was dripping from the ceiling directly into one of the buffet stations. There have repeatedly been flies on the food, the buffet utensils are sticky and unclean,

I love the activities and shows, is just too late especially for the kids that wants to watch,they had to be awake past their bedtime..

The Pools are always dirty after a whole day,they should clean in between, so less getting sick because me,my son and my mom got sick of the dirty pools(kept on throwing up the whole night,could not enjoy…We went to the pool with our 10days stay, we only went 4x to the pool and after being in the pools we kept throwing up) They should have clocks everywhere the property(most important the Pool areas,the restaurants or buffet areas),because most people wants to leave their phones or watches in their room so they can enjoy no phone and relax.,and also so they know if when activitivities starts. The Shows at night is too late for the kids to enjoy,because after Galaxy Disco they are tired they want to sleep and the Parents even if they want to watch the show,they had to go and bring their children to sleep. During the shows people kept on passing by and the people watching and interested gets distracted..

Le buffet n’est pas si varié que ça. La literie est terrible. Ce sont 2 lits simples collés ensemble qui font office de lit double et matelas assez durs. Chambre qui sent le vieux. En arrivant à l’hôtel à 11h, une chambre était bien disponible mais la réceptionniste ne m’a donné la clé qu’à 15h. Je constate que le coffre fort est défaillant et je signale le problème aussitôt à la réception et à l’équipe d’entretien. Ce n’est que le lendemain après midi qu’un technicien est envoyé. Une fuite d’eau importante au restaurant pile au dessus du buffet des fromages ne semblait déranger personne. Des sceaux ont été positionnés en dessous tout près de la nourriture en dessous qui a quand même pris l’eau.
