The room was decent and the AC worked well

The front desk man was not friendly or accommodating.

The room had a fridge and microwave which we really appreciated. The breakfast was quite good with hard boiled eggs offered. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The noisy neighbors outside dropping "f" bombs with every sentence. Thankfully, they quit before it got too late.

Location, easy to walk to all the awesome places for drinks and food. Water was hot for nice showers

There was a burn hole in the comforter/bed spread, room smelled the stale cigarettes.

The older Asian man at the front desk maybe owner not sure was super ignorant and rude and just didnt make us feel welcome at all. We checked in late traveling across alberta and he was not nice.

Check out times were too early, made for a rushed morning. Our bathroom sink was not cleaned, had toothpaste on taps and in sink.

It was a Clean place to lay your head.

Upon reviewing bank statement after check in, it appeared I was double billed. The treatment of front counter staff was dismissive. Didn’t want to see the statement. As a first time client this experience was a bit unsettling. Although the bill was resolved, it left me apprehensive about the service. In future I would pay extra and stay at a brand hotel.

Breakfast nearly done by 8:30 and stopped at 9:00. When they run out of food, breakfast is done. They did not replenish it. There was 2 bagels and one Yogurt left when we arrived. They did have coffee and bread/toast, but folks that came in at 9 could only get a coffee or take out dry cereal back to their kids in their room.

Breakfast: needs to run from 7 to 10 and put out enough food to feed your guests. You can tell that by the number of rooms you have rented out and the number of people in each room. No excuse for lack of food when you advertise "Breakfast included."

The bed was comfortable and well made for our stay, and the room size was good, with more than enough room to walk around the bed and set aside any bags that we had. Not that it was used, but the TV was a good size for the room.

Don't like to talk badly about people, but I don't know if they were having a bad day. The staff member checking us in was a little short with us and didn't give us a warm welcome. bathroom is a little small compared to the room size doesnt give you much room to move/ dry yourself after coming out of the shower/bath.

The desk clerk was a little abrupt when we were first checking in. He was more pleasant the next morning when we were checking out.

Great location downtown. Convenient for restaurants and walking distance to some attractions.

The place is poorly maintained and not very clean. The blanket on my son's bed was full of cigarette burns and wasnt clean. The staff were blunt and not helpful at all. Breakfast was so bad we only did it on one of our two mornings as it was very basic bread, bagel, hard boiled egg in shell and limited cereal options. And on that day we had to wait for a seat as they are limited, and we had to find a cloth and clean it ourselves. The room was so hot it took it almost a full day for the AC to cool it down, we asked for a fan but they didnt have any. So our first night we barely slept. We will not return.

Reception for check in was very curt and not very friendly with guests. A smile is important and the tourism industry requires friendliness, There was no smile or friendliness with guests. I dont think the fellow liked his job or he was too busy, but it was a poor display of interacting with the public.

Good location for us, priced too high in my opinion, good breakfast, clean rooms, needed more towels, glasses & cups. There was no body wash. Air conditioning was super loud. Safe at check in...he was was very very rude for some unknown reason. Asked for more towels while in the room & for cups & tea. The guy yelled on the phone...it was actually nuts! When we checked in I asked him what the total price was & he told me that I should know because it's on my phone. I just wanted to make sure it was the same, he mumbled & I could not understand him, so asked nicely for him to repeat, but again I just couldn't understand, so asked once again & he became so furious! Idk what the problem was. Not friendly at all anytime we saw them. I am a very friendly, bubbly & kind person & his demeanor was pure rude & angry.

Handy Central location to all the sites if Drumheller , larger than normal rooms , very clean and breakfast included made it a great stop over with the family .

The AC unit was pretty noisy and dated but it did function and kept it comfortable on the hot day . Check in and out was smooth and easy .

Was uns gestört hat, es wahr richtig warm im Zimmer, es gibt zwar eine Klimanlage, diese funktioniert auch. ist aber sehr laut und es dauert bis das zimmer runterkühlt und selbst dann wird es sehr schnell wieder warm sobald man sie abdreht. über nacht mussten wir sie abdrehen da sie so laut ist, da man sonst nicht schlafen kann. es kommt auch relativ viel licht durch die vorhänge, also wenn man früher schlafen will wird das eher nichts, außer es stört einen nicht 🤷‍♂️.

Handy location and staff offered the two rooms we booked closer together to accommodate our wishes . Breakfast included was adequate but nothing substantial . Rooms were a good size and beds and bathrooms were comfy and well supplied

Fan units for air supply and AC are quite dated and noisy but they worked and kept the rooms comfortable .

La personne à l'accueil à été très désagréable. Étant donné la barrière de langue. Elle n'a jamais pris le temps de m'écouter. J'ai fait l'erreur de dire que j'avais Booker avec RBNB et à partir de ce moment il n'y avait plus de communication entre nous. Nous étions avec des personnes âgées et ils ont dû attendre 1hr30 dans l'auto avant que nous puissions avoir des réponses à savoir si nous étions dans le bon hébergement.

Location was extremely convenient given we were at Drumheller for the Gran Fondo. Very handy as well Shoppers Drug Mart was just across the street for any incidentals or snacks. Everything was clean. The bed was surprisingly comfy. The showers had good pressure/flow and hot water was hot.

The AC during the night started to turn itself on then back off again, not sure if it’s due power saving mode but it was noticeable and did wake us up the first night. We chose to turn it off before going to bed the second night. More pillows would’ve been nice. The showers curtains should be replaced or washed, I can smell the mildew.

The price is what attracted us. The initial reviews we saw mentioned that the price was fair and the place was basic but decent. So we thought it would be a good enough stay.

I originally called the desk to ask if a family of 5 was ok to stay in a room of 4. The man's response was "we don't have any rooms that fit 5 people. I let him know I knew that, but I was wondering if we can stay in a room for 4. He then asked me how many people were coming. I said 5. He then checked his computer again. He then asked again, how many people are coming. I said 5. He said they do not have a room that sleeps 5. I then reminded him I already knew that. I was wanting to know if a room for 4 people was ok. He then asked me a THIRD time and rudely "tell me how many people are coming, now!" I said five. He then said "I will allow it" then hung up on me. I booked the room then mentioned in the "special request" comments that a family of 5 was staying in the room for 4, and I added that he was rude. He then called me back and told me won't let me use the room after all "because I'm rude, huh?" he said sarcastically. I then told him how unprofessional he was, and that he could have apologized for being rude, but instead wanted to cancel my booking out of spite. He then said "yeah! yeah!" and he then began yelling and egging me on so I told him I would call management. I said goodbye and called customer service. They said they would inform management and that our booking was secure, but were unable to follow up with me to let me know what the plan was to deal with the man at the desk to make sure he didn't give us problems upon arrival. So after seeing reviews about how dirty the rooms were and that MANY others had problems with the lack of professionalism and yelling, I cancelled the booking and spent the extra $ to stay at a much nicer hotel. Great stay!

Quite possibly the most rude and angry front desk I have encountered in my many years of travel. Short tempered and abusive. An interesting strategy when dealing with paying customers. Rooms were average.

The room was good (comfy) with but the room location was at the end of the hall in a dark hallway next to some storage. Not very appealing.

Its in a nice spot. Close to some restaurants and a. Gas station. Took the kids for a walk to see the dinosaur statues.

The location was perfect. The room was a good size. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was hot and it had good pressure. It was clean, lots of hangers and dressers for clothing. It was well stocked with toiletries. The workers were polite and professional. There was a reasonable selection of breakfast options.

I wish breakfast was earlier than 8 am. We only had breakfast 1 out of 3 days because we had very early starts to our day before the 8 am breakfast hour.
