Ingenting var dåligt kan

Good comfortable overnight stay

All fine, but no decent eating places nearby. Not a problem, just have to take a 10 minute drive downtown.

Well maintained. Nice kitchenette. Spacious room. Nicely furnished. Balcony tables

Everything was nice

Lovely motel in a upscale neighbour hood.

Great location, kitchen unit and balcony. Comfortable beds, good shower, relatively quiet.

All good

Rooms were fine, basic but worth the price.

Comfortable accommodation near the lake, with shops nearby and easy parking. Our stay was short.Reception open 24 hours a day

Higher price. The complex looks a bit dated.

Close to where appointments were

Nice facility

Bed was a little hard

Alles war gut.

Alles so wie es sein soll.

Alles ok

The location. The “apartment” has two rooms, a living room and kitchen. It’s good for families.

The size of the bathroom. It’s small - sink.

Hôtel bien situé près des commerces.

Il manque une machine à laver !

Emplacement, propreté

Appartamento ampio e dotato di vari confort

Arredamento datato e zona trafficata (ma nessun rumore dentro)

The location was very convenient for walking, bicycling, driving, and transit. Lots of food and shopping choices for groceries, clothing, necessities, coffee, and ice cream. Two blocks walk to the beach. Family-friendly, quiet rooms, and clean, furnished, well maintained kitchen suites. The pools and grounds were maintained daily, and the gas grills worked well. All of the staff were kind and helpful.

Our room faced a parking lot, so I would ask for one facing a lawn next time, but that was a very small drawback.

Clean pool and room

A bit noisy, deposit for incidentals, $15.00 charge for dirty dishes, no glasses or paper cups for drinking, no complimentary coffee in rooms.

Rien

Location is near the beach and stores, Staffs are very friendly.

It is clean but the floor is a bit dirty, although it is not visible, need to wear slipper

Within walking distance to the beach.

Looks out onto a retail park. Desperately in need of renovation. Kitchenette very old and dated, brown spongy carpet in the room.

clean & location

na

Nice suites, everything you need for a stay. 3-5 min. to beaches, parks, and the shopping park. Can recommend,

cleanliness of room and facilities...please maintain it.

Awesome location. Kitchen is nice. Very spacious.

Great location, nice pool.

Our windows were shattered in the night and the hotel didn’t do to much but what can you do after it has happened.

Super Lage.

It was well located and had an outdoor pool.

The outdoor decking could be replaced.

Room needs a couch

Great location , nice pool , staff cared for property well

No breakfast

Parken direkt vor der Türe, großzügiges Apartment

Personal sprachlich schlecht verständlich, Küche im Apartment sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Dusche bzw. Badewanne noch mehr in die Jahre gekommen

Great location pool and hot tub used frequently

Didn't like that cars backed into parking spot with fumes near unit doors and patio tables. Should not be allowed.

loved the pool.

We have always had good luck with the siesta suites. My only Issue with this time was our bed was terrible

I had a booking issue and Linda at reception did an excellent job at resolving for me. Excellent location.

Bathroom fan and A/C very noisy.

Amenities including the kitchen in the suite and pool areas.

Not an amazing location but a cheap uber ride is fairly easy to get from the hotel. Pool and washing facilities on site which was greatly appreciated

Not a fantastic choice of food places nearby unless you enjoy chains. Some smell of smoke in the rooms too.

Pool was great for the family. Location is perfect proximity to beach and other amenities.

The bed was very hard and caused back pain after several days.

close to stores and restaurants. Family room was a good size. Very clean

bar soap was of the very cheapest quality. Having a continental breakfast would have been very appealing to families with children.

The room itself was nice and being able to over look the pool . And hot tub right by room having a kitchen to use and cook in was nice

The noise and everyone running up and down the deck in front of our room banging in to the tables and hitting our door and wall with footballs as they are whipping them from the pool up to the deck right in front of our door at 930 at night we paid over 400 bucks a night to be told quiet time is 10 pm . So we have to indure that kind of ignorance and the fact that there were towels and junk just laying everywhere, husband went to use the community bbq and it was dirty the propane tank was left on and there was old food full of flies laying everywhere it was gross and over all was not happy

Great location! Close to the beach, walking and shopping. Nice to have our own little patio set to sit out on. Pool and hot tub very nice as well. Also loved the full size fridge, stove and microwave. Staff very friendly.

A little noisy at times.

A well sited large Motel with a shopping complex across the road including a super market .There are restaurants nearby. Its about two blocks from the lake .

Pools, gym, location, price

Tobacco smell

Location is close to the beach and mall in front of the hotel. Pools and fitness room

No elevator

The location is wonderful. The atmosphere was welcoming!

There was nothing we didn’t like

Large room, comfy beds

A little expensive for what you got

Comfortable and conveniently located.

Nothing

It is located at an excellent location that is close to the lakeside and downtown. Traffic there was also good. The room was spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities. It was a great value overall.

Cleanliness of the bathroom can be further improved. Some places was covered by a thin film of dust.

I didn’t even know breakfast was offered.

Beds aren’t the comfiest, not a ton of options on the TV, the amenities for the price are okay but not great.

The pool is a highlight. The location is awesome. Park the car and walk everywhere! Our family favorite.

The a/c in the room was hard to regulate the room did get stuffy overnight.

Great position.

Needed comfortable seats to watch TV.

Love this place and location is perfect. I stay here every time I visit Kelowna. Highly recommend.

Location/ comfort. Gym could use updating as most stay here for more than a couple nights.

Cleanliness, location, price.

Very clean spacious double room with handy kitchenette and basic kitchen utensils. Plenty of clean towels and toiletries. We did not use the swimming pool or hot tub but it looked very pleasant.

Blankets are thin and unfortunately for us we didn't find any additional blankets. Surprisingly for this time of year we were cold at night. Also if you can stay at the upper level in the best case corner rooms with minimum neighbors. Paper thin walls.

Good kitchenette. Location was good with food options close by

Beds not the most comfortable. It was adequate for a one night stay

Overall I was satisfied. I didn’t appreciate the loud walking above me early on a Sunday morning. Bed was clean. Housekeeping was very good when I asked for more coffee.

Nothing really to complain about. Maybe a bit expensive!

Everything

It was great, no complaints.

The family room fits in our family very well. Parking is easy. Swimming pool, hot tubs, and sauna is a plus.

Half of everything is either outdated, dirty or broken. Ice machine, dining table broken The sauna floor is dirty.

Conveniently located for my needs

As a senior, an elevator would have very useful as we had a few trips with our luggage. I know, I know, there are only two floors.

Helpful staff, outdoor pool, kitchen area

Pool towels were thin and small

The room was big and very clean, staff were helpful and friendly. You can walk to downtown very easily.

The pool area and particularly the bathrooms in the pool building were not very clean. Couple more teabags per room wouldn't go amiss!

Location, competent staff

Right price / fantastic location to restaurants & beach / beautiful pool / quiet

Nothing

Our room was quiet, comfortable, and spacious. Liked the kitchen facilities.

The weight room didn't have a bike, the balance ball was too small and didn't have enough air in it and there weren't any mats for stretching in the gym.

The room we got was just what we needed for a one-night stay. The room felt clean and had good AC, and the outdoor pool facilities were nice as well. The motel is right across the road from food and grocery options, and only a 10 min walk from one of the beaches.

Convenient

The price

Sauna and pool are great! Staff are friendly and location can’t be beat ! Also very clean

Could use some paper towel in the room, super minor just walked across and bought some at the grocery store!

Very comfortable stay for one night in a good area in Kalowna. Nice staff in reception & very helpful. We were able to do some catch up on some laundry on our road trip. Very helpful. So good, we booked another night for our return trip through Kelowna.

Nothing here to report.

I liked the location and the room was spacious and clean.

Upon our arrival, the room was freezing and it took hours to warm up. The staff was friendly and very helpful, they brought us blankets and an electric heater.

Kitchenette in room. Reusable mugs. Nice exercise room. Friendly staff. Comfortable room.

Not enough coffee in room

Convenient location, quiet, comfortable room.

Coffee could be improved.

Clean and practical. Great kitchen supplies and equipement Excellent locaiton

Mattress is a bit soft

Good location, spacious, comfortable bed, good kitchen facilities, quiet.

Everything

Too short visit

Facility, Cleanliness, Location, Staff response

Lack of lift/escalator as we were having heavy luggage

Location, friendly staff, our room was perfect for us, the layout, etc

Ants in our room, small bathroom

location was great. the room was quiet. pool area was clean

Pool is excellent and the value for the stay is great.

A little dated but overall great.

No back of hotel security cameras.

The location is close to food and groceries. Walking distance to beach waterfront park. Quiet area even at night. Kitchenette well stocked!

Can't think of anything...

Close to beach and restaurants

No view

The location was amazing! The separate room was useful as spouse needed rest after medical. The kitchen was a nice touch.

The TV could have been bigger and attached to the wall. Second bedroom should have a TV as well. The price jump of $100 per night in high season for medical appointments is a bit disappointing, but understandable.
