Отличный отель, с отличным расположением, находится в самом центре, возле нанкин роуад, но при этом нет никакого шума с улицы. Все чисто, аккуратно, всем советую. Когда заселялись даже удивились, что такого уровня отель, сначала думали перепутали отель. Когда реальность превзошла ожидание.

Берут депозит с человека 500 юаней. При выезде возвращают на карту, но сумма приходит не сразу, мне вернули почти через 5 дней, но я думаю это проблема банка. А также , не понравилось, что положили орешки возле чая и кофе (которые бесплатно дают в номере) мы их съедали каждый день, думая , что это тоже бесплатно, а при выезде с нас взяли оплату за них, каждая пачка по 20 юаней.

Hotel is OK but when back at home I saw that they charged from credit card 2times more than in invoice. Hotel have no e-mail to contact and complain. List price for 2 nights was 1718 CNY but the charged from card 3559 CNY. ivarj@chemnet.ee

Понравилось все, месторасположение удачное, станция метро в нескольких минутах ходьбы, номер уютный, уборка, персонал, все замечательно. Спасибо отелю, что пошли на встречу и пересмотрели даты заселения в связи с тайфуном. Понравилось что завтраки можно забрать в контейнере, так как дочка не любитель ранних завтраков и можно потом ей перекусить в номере.

В объекте понравилось все, замечаний по нему нет. Не понравилась только одна деталь - депозит, который удержал отель при въезде. Во-первых, нигде не было указано что нужен депозит. Во-вторых, отель забрал сумму значительно превышающую стоимость проживания. Это хорошо что у меня были деньги дополнительно, а если бы не было? На что я должна была питаться в стране? В-третьих, депозит при выезде сказали что вернут в течение 7 - 30 дней! То есть я еще должна ждать свои же деньги! Считаю такой депозит возмутительным. Пожалуйста возьмите сумму оплаты за отель, возьмите сверх если вдруг я возьму что-то из мини бара. Приходите проверяйте мини бар. Но если я ничего не беру из мини бара, зачем им сумма в 1870 юаней на депозите?! Это сколько я должна была съесть и выпить в мини баре за 7 дней на эту сумму? Считаю такой депозит не правильным и нужно заранее оповещать о нем. Это был нежданный сюрприз со стороны отеля.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Frühstücksbereich, Restaurant und in der Sauna könnte das Personal etwas freundlicher und aufmerksamer sein und die Gäste begrüßen. Ansonsten war alles super und ich war sehr zufrieden.

Obsługa przy recepcji wyjątkowo niemiła , Pani która mnie obsługiwała nie zrobiła chek-in ponieważ było godzina 13.56 więc kazała mi czekać do 14.00 :-( a pożniej była zajęta i musiałem czekać ponad 30 minut -frustrujące tym bardziej bo długim locie )

По размещению вопросов нет, все было по времени но растянуто и медленно.

Мне непонятно было почему при размещении сняли депозит превышающее стоимости отеля, плюс букинг снял депозит и ещё отдельно оплачивала номер. То есть получается тройную сумму сняли, а так и депозит ещё не вернули, я собрала все чеки, буду собирать выписку и писать обращение

It is located next to Nanjing Road (central area) so great for walking access. We got in in the evening from 14 hours of travelling so had a poor experience upon arrival as they wanted a USD500 deposit for the room that was already paid for and covered under a trip, took a bit to get around this, on top of that they wanted to change our rooms mid-stay. After this initial hiccup the reminder of the stay was wonderful, comfortable beds, clean room, great breakfast and good hotel ammenities. the downstairs bar lacked snack options and the staff not great at bar work, had to insist on a new bottle of wine to be opened when original one was off (common theme in China). Room was quiet with windows shut but noisy of open.

Me cobraron por el servicio de laundry a pesar de haber preguntado si era free y decirme que si, no solo con eso fueron bastante homofobos y cuando vieron que eramos dos chicos nos preguntaron si no prefeririamos camas separadas, cuando pedí una hoja de reclamaciones la gerente se rio de mi, y lo peor de todo me cobraron por el servicio de laundry 220€ y se han cargado varias camisetas tras habwrlas lavado y planchado. Ademas me hicieron dejar un deposito que aumento las fees de aliplay y del cual al reservar no me habian informado dejandome ese dinero bloqueado por días, en general muy mala experiencia porque pediamos que limpiaran la habitacion y solo hacian la cama y cambiaban las sabanas yo soy alérgico al polvo por lo que soy un detector de si no se ha hecho bien humano y me puse malisimo hasta el punto de twner que tomar antiestaminicos

Gostamos muito do hotel . Viajei com a família e todos adoraram. A localização do Hotel é incrível : vc já está no centro de tudo: lojas, shoppings, alimentação, metrô.

The location was excellent. The room size was huge compared to other hotels we stayed at. The facilities , gym, breakfast were great value.

The room i had faced the road and so the traffic noise was loud at times.

Nice place, everything is near, specially muslim food, bund shopping mall etc.

They did not allow early check in, I think in case of international guest they should allow, I had to wait 4 hours to get the room

Отличный отель! Большие номера, внимательный персонал. Хорошие завтраки и ланчи. Даже крепкое спиртное подавали)) Очень удобное месторасположение. В шаговой доступности много достопримечательностей. Понравилось очень. Хочется вернуться!

Проблемы были тольк с обменом валюты. В отеле не поменятт, банки рядом есть, но лучше менять заранее.

Хорошее расположение, есть настольный тенис, большие номера. На завтраке могут мделать на заказ омлет, завтрак контенинтальный. Рядом есть немецкий и ливанский рестораны с очень вкусной едой. Много не китайских кафешек, большая торговая улица с брендами, 10 мин от набережной. Утром удобно бегать.

Отель сильно старый, мебель не современная, вода в душе холодная и горячая включаются по отдельности, температура меняется. Самое странное то это крайне медленный wifi, его нет. Дочь заниматься по zoon не смогла, такси не вызвать. Все воемя на lte переключались. То что ресторан отмечен michlen, это ничего не значит, тк качается китайской кухни. Ресторан посредственный, старый, еда средняя. Спортзал и спа сильно старые, спа раздельно для мужчин и женщин. Если захотите поиграть в гольф, то клюшек НЕТ!!

조식이 한국인인 저에게는 잘 맞지 않았고, 먹고 싶은 음식들이 상대적으로 부족했음.

Overall, a pleasant stay at Central Hotel Shanghai. We stayed 3 nights in March. 7 minutes walk from Nanjing East Metro Station and just a short road away from Nanjing East Pedestrian Walk. Also walkable to The Bund and People's Square. Hotel compound was big. We stayed at the top floor, room 2706 with partial view of Oriental Pearl Tower. Room was clean and spacious and pillows were very comfortable! Additional amenities requested from housekeeping were delivered to the room by Robot. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary birthday cake when we returned to our room at night. We appreciate that this was totally the hotel's initiative as we did not communicate that one of our birthday falls during the period of our stay at the hotel.

Fabulous hotel. Upgraded to a quiet suite on the 14th floor. Bed was so comfy. Bathroom was fantastic with bath and separate shower. Location of this hotel is great, near the Nanjing Road pedestrian street and walking distance to the Bund. Would stay here again.

Excellent rapport qualité/ prix. Proche du métro (très important à Shanghai), 5 min à pied. Très bon restaurant dans le quartier. Je recommande, le chambre était très confortable et au delà de mes espérances.

Breakfast was good for Chinese hotel standards, the health center and location are definitely the highlights for this hotel. It was very clean, with friendly staff.

Wifi connection was terrible, I don't know if they were having some issues during my stay but couldn't connect even to chinese websites, had to go to a starbucks to work because the wifi was too slow.

Breakfast was exceptional good but the price is abit to pricey. A good mixed of American and oriental varieties for my liking.

I have stayed at this hotel few times whenever I come to Shanghai for business. Spacious room with nice view. Excellent amenities and services especially you can fine the FINANCIAL TIMES newspaper to read here which is very rare in China. Breakfast has limited choices but good enough. The only issue I see is the staffs’ attitudes sometimes I felt quite aggressive. Thus, I could only give them 4 on 5 scale. In general, a nice place to stay in Shanghai.

Disappointing financial transparency and arrogant staff I had an incredibly stressful experience regarding the payment and staff attitude at this hotel. Without any prior notification, the hotel pre-charged half of the total price 16 hours before the official free cancellation deadline (January 28th). When I inquired at the reception, the staff was dismissive and arrogant, simply stating, "Yes, we did it," without providing a proper explanation for the early charge. Furthermore, they attempted to hold/charge a total of approximately 1000 CNY above the original booking price of 1,728 CNY. When I asked for a guarantee that the pre-charged amount would be deducted from the final bill, I was told it was "not possible." As of now, I am still waiting for the promised refunds of 829 CNY and 1,032 CNY to be returned to my credit card. The combination of confusing financial practices, overcharging beyond the booking agreement, and the sheer arrogance of the front desk staff makes it impossible for me to recommend this hotel. Great location, but terrible management and customer service. One refund arrived...finally...stil waiting for 829 CNY of the hotel pre-charged half...

L'hotel é dotato di tutto,asciugamani,fono per capelli,prodotti bagno ed anche lozione corpo e ciabattine. La stanza é comodissima e ben decorata con una vista sulla piazza principale di Shanghai,dove ci sono tutti i servizi ed una stazione metro a 3 mins a piedi. La colazione soddisfa gusti occidentali ed orientali,servendo sia cibi dolci che salati,insalate e frutta.

Lo staff é poço sorridente avvolte,e può sembrare serio e poco abbordabile.

Die Lage war wirklich super! Das Zimmer war sauber und wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Ein absolutes No-Go: Im Wellnessbereich wurde ich beim Umziehen von einer Person beobachtet, die in der Ecke stand, mich permanent anlächelte und regelrecht dazu drängte, mich auszuziehen. Ich habe die Situation sofort abgebrochen und den Bereich verlassen. Kein Wunder, dass dort sonst niemand war – unter solchen Bedingungen fühlt man sich nicht wohl. Zweites No-Go: Schon beim Check-in wurde versucht, uns ein teureres „besseres“ Zimmer anzudrehen. Angeblich waren unsere gebuchten Zimmer noch nicht bereit, während das hochpreisige Zimmer natürlich sofort verfügbar gewesen wäre. In der Nebensaison und bei so vielen freien Zimmern ist dieses Vorgehen schlicht durchschaubar. Solche Tricks sollte sich heutzutage kein seriöses Hotel mehr erlauben.

La habitación era muy amplia. Nos hicieron una promo para hacer upgrade a una categoría superior y nos trajeron un platito con fruta al llegar. Está en pleno centro de Nanjing Road, con lo que ello supone. Es un hotel antiguo y pomposo, muy enfocado a business man de otras épocas.

El olor a tabaco en la planta 10 pese a estar prohibido fumar en todo el hotel. El desayuno me pareció flojo para el precio que tiene, y la poca predisposición del personal a peticiones sencillas como que te hagan un huevo -habiendo muchos cocineros parados en ese momento-. En general el personal del hotel no me ha parecido amable si lo comparo con el resto de experiencias que he tenido en China y en el propio Shanghai.

Очень классный отель: 1. Приветливый и профессиональный персонал. 2. Быстрое оформление для заселения. 3. Просторный номер с диванной зоной и письменным столом. 4. Большая кровать с удобным матрасом и 4 подушками! 5. Большие окна и очень хорошее освещение. 6. Благодаря кондиционеру, очень тепло даже в холодный сезон (начало января). 7. Санузел с ванной и отдельной душевой. Очень удобно, так как можно погреться после долгого гуляния на улице в начале января при температуре +1 ). Оснащен всем необходимым. 8. В комнате есть утюг и гладильная доска!!! 9. Каждый день добавляется бесплатная вода! 10. Очень хорошие завтраки. Все вкусно. Поварам - отдельное спасибо. 11. Большой телевизор с множеством каналов с приятной музыкой и интересными программами. 12. ВЕЛИКОЛЕПНОЕ РАСПОЛОЖЕНИЕ!!! Около центральной пешеходной улицы, и нескольких станций метро. 13. Ежедневная смена полотенец. 14. 4 больших лифта. 15. Хороший и уютный бар с приветливым персоналом.

1. В зоне ресепшен, на 1 этаже, полезно установить дополнительные стулья или небольшие диванчики, чтобы не стоять, пока ждешь друзей. Свободного места там много.

Stayed in Legendale at the start of the trip in Beijing and had the time of our lives. Even though the food was just so so, the rest made up for it. The moment we stepped into this place it all just went down the hill consistently. Airport pickup - out of a sudden a 10 day in advance matter. So proclaimed sauna is the most mysterious thing we have encountered in a while - only for men. Are we in Japanese onsen or public baths in Afganistan? We paid for these services we cannot use, neither can find restrictions on prior the payment and reservation. Sauna is an absolute joke. Barely fits two people on a bench and is 2/3 cold draft coming thru. Had a haircut, the hairdresser did not use a single spray/cream/oil apart from the spray bottle filled with water. Have you guys heard of different hair types and hair products? Should not be allowed to operate a hairdressing saloon. Pretty awful end of our trip. Nothing impressive to add. Breakfast was alright, a few options to choose from
