The location is perfect. Close to Batersea Power station, close to the park and the Thames.

I had no issues whatsoever.

- WORST HOTEL AND SERVICE, I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THEM - Very dirty dusty rooms I can feel the dust in my throat , there’s rust all over the lamps . The smell is so bad it’s disgusting in the room and in the cupboards it’s everywhere. - Pillows are without covers - Poor reception staff . And in the middle of their shift they’re talking to their friends on the side near the elevators and they were blocking that way too so unprofessional - One of the electrical switches isn’t working - We had to drag our own bags to our room because they did not have a porter and the staff watched me take all my bags by myself didn’t even offer to help . - There’s no service whatsoever they refused to bring a cup of ice to my room , they told me to go downstairs and fetch it myself. Why is it called a hotel if they don’t provide any of the services that hotels usually do offer? - The AC is really hot - Only provided us with 1 water bottle for our 7 nights stay ( we are 2) - They don’t clean or change the towels at all. - They stole my bag of sanitary items that I bought for myself and they did not return it even though I informed the reception - The elevator needs maintenance, they’re risking the lives of all those who stay at the hotel - Housekeeping most definitely don’t know how to clean rooms because how on earth is the bathroom always dirty and the room is always dusty. - They deprived us from tissue boxes , they don’t place new tissue boxes everyday , if you want to stay at this hotel you basically have to clean after yourself and provide everything at your own expense . - I most definitely do not encourage anyone to stay at this hotel, not worth your money. - Worst service ever, and most of the staff not all , look like they’re forced to work here they’re bored out of their lives. And one of the staff doesn’t even know how to speak proper English . - I don’t even know how this hotel has 4 stars, I can go on and on about how bad everything is.

Excellent stay at Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel & SPA. Service was outstanding throughout — the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, especially Ana and Ahmed, who both went out of their way to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable for us. The location is fantastic, especially if you’re renting a car. It’s just steps from Battersea Power Station, where the Sixt rental branch is located, so pickup and drop-off were quick and hassle-free. The room was comfortable with a lovely view, and the area itself felt like a quieter, more relaxed side of London compared to the busier central areas — while still being close enough to everything. A great base for exploring the city. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, comfort, and a genuinely convenient location.

The Bed

The Noise, incompetent staff, the food

Great location. Staff were incredibly kind, welcoming & friendly. Room was larger than we expected, very comfortable and well equipped. Very kind to have birthday balloons and cake upon arrival and a travel cot already set up. The pool was great, not huge but absolutely good enough. The tv worked well and the room was nice and quiet (we traveled with a newborn so this was a concern!). We loved the lighting in the room and the curtains kept it so dark which was ideal for daytime naps for our little one We really did have a wonderful stay and it exceeded our expectations.

The sauna was closed which was a bit of a shame but maintenance is needed so we completely understood! The tea/coffee facilities in room could have been better (an actual coffee machine would have been a bonus rather than instant), the breakfast buffet was underwhelming for £21 and it’s a shame room service can only be ordered from 12pm, we were hoping to have a proper coffee when we woke up but instead had to go out of the hotel to find one. None of this affected our stay though!!

Hotellrummet var fantastiskt. Bra storlek och sängen var mycket bekväm och extra stor. (Vi bokade premium King). Läget var perfekt, nära till tunnelbana och ett tryggt och lugnt område. Relaxen var perfekt efter en lång dag på stan. Synd att bastun inte fungerade!

The whole hotel was beautiful, the rooms were very spacious, the bed was huge it was Very clean. Staff were very polite especially the guy who works on the door.

I think the breakfast is a little pricey, I know it's an all you can eat buffet but me and my daughter don't eat a huge amount, she had 2 pancakes and 2 bits of bacon. So we went out for breakfast as £63 for breakfast is not for me.

Good position, it had everything we needed. The doorman, Ahmed was excellent. Very helpful and friendly. He is a credit to the hotel. Breakfast was buffet style and okay.

The hotel is a little jaded, particularly he public area's need updating.

Situé dans un quartier agréable, proche de la Tamise. Plusieurs bus permettent de rejoindre facilement tous les endroits à visiter. L’hôtel est vaste, confortable, équipé d’une piscine, salle de sport, hammam au sous-sol. Le petit-déjeuner est hyper complet, mention spéciale pour les pastéis de nata ! Le personnel de la salle du petit-déjeuner est très attentionné.

J’ai réservé une chambre adaptée pour les PMR parce que c’est ce que Booking proposait sans réaliser que ça pouvait représenter un problème. La salle de bain n’était de ce fait pas du tout pratique pour nous. Le personnel de l’accueil n’est pas toujours très agréable et n’a pas donné suite à une demande d’aide pour nous débarrasser d’une araignée dans la chambre un soir… après nous avoir assurées qu’on nous enverrait quelqu’un. Comme l’impression qu’on se moquait de nous…

End of my stay , member of staff asked to see my receipt for the extra birthday package I booked. Even though I paid the day. I believe there was no communication from the staff the night before and I didn’t appreciate the cost being discussed in front of partner

The room was large with a very comfortable bed. Towels and bed linen were of high quality. Staff were excellent from housekeeper to desk team and bar staff.

Small things such as providing more substantial hand soap as my athritic hands do not manage the pump soap well. Door slamming was quite loud.

Excellent location if you will spend time in SW and West London. Right by the new Battersea Power Station.

Checking in was quicker than most hotels these days. Location was in a quieter part of London and very close to Battersea Power Station area. Hotel looked inviting at arrival. Spa facilities are excellent Really enjoyed the pool.

The very late check-in time (4pm) combined with the non-extendable check out time means that you only have use of a room for about eighteen hours during a one night stay. We found this inconvenient for our stay as distance travelled visitors to London for a clubbing night out where an earlier check in would have allowed us to rest before a long night out and also not have to worry about getting up early to check out. However, we arrived in around 2pm and they did allow us to leave our luggage behind reception until our rooms were available. With this in mind, it did feel like the cost of a stay was excessive.

I am continually suprprised at how welcoming some people can be. From the moment we entered the hotel, Raunak Chauhan at the reception desk was above and beyond anything I have ever experienced before. He went out of his way to help us with some local issues we had. And then we had to change rooms, and he helped us through that process seamlessly as well. He tried to get us an upgrade, however, unfortunately the hotel was fully booked those days. The people at the bar: the young lady and Deepak, were amazing and knew exactly how I liked my capucinno. We had to keep extending out stay for personal reasons and I felt so comfortable at this hotel. I requested the chef that they should add 'masala chai' on their menu, and before I knew it I was drinking a cup of masala chai (not sure if it is added on the menu. Overall, I am grateful to the wondferful people at Pestana for making my stay so home like and making me feel so looked after. Thank you Raunak and Deepak. Thank you everyone :-)

The room was perfect and the staff were amazing. The breakfast was also very good. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant on both nights and the food exceeded expectations! We could not fault our stay, the service from start to finish was exceptional.

The SPA is not a 4 stars hotel standard. Very disappointing and on top of that the sauna was out of order. The shower door in the room did not fully close.

Location. It's opposit Battersea Park where you can go for walks. Excellent public transportation. Very near Sloane Square and Kings Road for excellent shopping and resturants.

Rubbish food and drink options. The bar choice isn’t great and there’s no draught beer options . The hot Breakfast was dreadful and someone needs to teach the chef how to cook eggs. Cold breakfast options was fine.

The location is good but there aren’t many shops located nearby, which is a little bit inconvenient.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

In the bedroom, the plug sockets were not near the bed and there was terrible lighting. One of the reasons we booked it was because it advertised a sauna. When we arrived we found out that the sauna was actually broken and therefore could not be used. Also I left an expensive bottle of cologne in the room when we checked out, I later called the hotel back and the phone was passed from person to person who then told me that nothing was handed in and wouldn’t confirm whether my item had been thrown away or kept by staff. All round a big let down. Both me and my partner had high hopes.

The location was great. 1 mile from Victoria coach station. Room was large and clean. Train line was right next to us, but I like the sound of them rumbling by.

Tea making facilities were a bit sparce. But the lovely staff gave us a few more teabags ( English breakfast, there were only 2) and some extra biscuits too ( again just 2 little ones) Minor things really but I do love tea!

I did not have a great experience, the bathroom facilities were not working aswell as the hot water the toilet not flushing and making loud sounds which disrupted my stay in the room so I was not happy at all considering this was a birthday stay and I left quite displeased.

The reception member that helped us was so friendly. The location was excellent. Near Battersea Power Station, so loads of shops and restaurants, plus right by the Thames, and Battersea Park. This hotel has a very chill vibe. The pool, although small, is a bonus, it feels so relaxed in that area. The rooms are huge, they have rooms for 3 adults which is great! Bathroom was so clean, beds comfy, tea and coffee available and a fridge.

I loved the location in the beautiful Battersea area, which is quiet and family-friendly.

I checked out at 1:00 p.m., and the receptionist made me pay an additional £20 because she said check-out was at 12:00 p.m. I was not happy with how this was handled.
