It was a great overall experience and enjoyed my stay there, staff was super helpful and valued the hospitality and time they had given to us making it worth.

My experience was really good over there. All staff members were really doing there best to accommodate our request. They were so kind to provide us baby/kid food without any cost to us at night. Catering staff manager was so nice to us to provide us packed dinner for us to have later on our way for our next trip. Manager Mr. Mandal was kind, accommodating, helpful. Note, I am not saying all this because somebody told me to rate like this rather it was my experience and I rarely provide feedback unless something touches me really. They helped us in shifting our room to another floor because of certain problem and even there they said to change to another room so that nothing bothered to us but we denied that request because we were checking out next day. They made our experience better with whatever they could do. Lady manager at reception was a nice lady who offered chocolates to our kids and helping us in whichever possible way. Cheers to Four point staff members and hotel. Just keep doing it as this will help Four Points in long run. Looking forward to future stay with you!

Booked a 2-night stay at the Four Points by Sheraton, Pune. Check-in, Friday afternoon: Receptionist: "Since you’re with family, we’re upgrading you to a residence." Me (outwardly): "Thank you!" Me (internally, at 100 mph): "What's the catch? Is the roof missing? Is it haunted?" Receptionist: "One lift's down, but you can use the residence entrance too." Me (internally): "Ah! There it is. Rundown hotel. Idiot. Should've read recent reviews." But upstairs? Genuine upgrade. Sitting room, dining table, fridge, microwave, cooktop - basically a flat with better room service. 3:00 AM Saturday: Back from a friend's place (long chat = deep friendship, science says so). Finally remembered to tell reception the room phone was dead, but also clarified - it's 3 AM, no rush. She immediately WhatsApp'd me the duty manager's mobile: "Please call this for anything you need." Next morning, I messaged. Three workmen (separately) showed up within 60 minutes. Phone still only worked on speaker, but hey - we could order room service. Not fully fixed, but A+ for effort. Check-out, Sunday afternoon: Handed over my card for the room service bill. Casually mentioned (for the convenience of next guest): - Phone still on speaker mode - Small leak in the jet spray - Sofa light not working Receptionist returns my card: "We'll cover the room service. So sorry for the trouble." They didn't have to and it was a small amount anyways. But the gesture? Classy. And honestly, the niggles were minor - the warmth and hospitality more than made up for them. So yes, I'll be back. Because sometimes it's not about a flawless stay - It's about how they handle the flaws.

Property is very old and not maintained at all. This was my first horrible Marriott experience in India. The bathroom fixtures old and not clean and not at all 5 star quality. The bathroom didn’t have hot water at all first day. Air conditioning was not working day 2. Kitchen sink leaked water and there was water all over the floors . Carpet is very old and not clean and desperately needs replacement. Staff is really good. Management was cooperative as well.

The room was extremely dirty and did not meet my expectations. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, making the stay very uncomfortable. Additionally, the room was very congested and lacked adequate space. Overall, it was not worth the money paid. I am very disappointed with the experience.

Everything was quite good! Breakfast was very good. Hot water in the room without having to wait. The staff was very helpful and helped resolve a room booking error.

The hotel needs more care, it's not new anymore.

I liked the service given by the staff. It was quick and instant.

The room had a bad smell mostly of fungi. The room could have been checked and kept ready as the booking was done priorly. The washroom basin was leaking. As the booking was for family, atleast two toothpaste n brush kits were expected and not one. With respect to food, I didn't dind it value for money. The variety in the buffet could be more in number, both for dinner and breakfast. In my opinion, the section for veg and non-veg should be fixed, as the section having nonveg in the dinner had veg breakfast items kept in it, the next day. Being a pure vegetarian, I was not comfortable taking items from that section for the breakfast.

Had a wonderful stay, the hotel atmosphere was peacefu and premium.the staff was very helpfull specially dibandu.

My wife and I came for dinner. The restaurant staff were very nice, kind, attentive, and friendly. We had a wonderful dinner. The food was very good. Special thanks to Moimoii, Milan, Janaki, and Abhishek. We will definitely come back.

Nothing, this is not worth.

Swimming pool was dirty with algae floating. Hair dryer was not working as switch was broken, we ordered coffee and sandwiches which cost 1100 rupee but the coffee was not good, on booking site there was description was the room has lake view, but there is no lake around the hotel it's in between city center.

The Cocktails A huge shoutout to Abhradip, the executive behind the bar. His attention to detail is remarkable, and he crafts some of the most delicate and well-balanced cocktails I’ve had in a long time. The Hawaiian Sunrise was a particular standout—vibrant, refreshing, and perfectly executed. It’s clear that Abhradip takes great pride in his mixology, and it shows in every sip. The Hospitality The seamless flow of the evening was orchestrated by the Restaurant Manager, Akash. He runs a tight ship while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. His professionalism and ensuring that every guest felt attended to did not go unnoticed. Between the expert drinks and the top-tier management, this was a 5-star experience. I’ll definitely be back soon!

We had a wonderful dining experience at the Eatery restaurant. The food was yummy and the overall service truly stood out. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and friendly, making us feel comfortable throughout our visit. A special mention goes to Mr. Akash and Mowimowi and baba who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their warm hospitality and genuine care added a personal touch to our evening, making it even more memorable.

The hotel really recommended for everyone. The staffs are so courteous and kind . The buffet options are rich and healthy. The restaurant team members are big assets for the hotel . Both the Akash abd their team members like Dharihseel , milan, Abradeep took care all of our need.

We had a wonderful stay, and the breakfast spread was truly impressive with a great variety of options. I would especially recommend trying the Amritsari Kulcha—it was absolutely delicious. The restaurant team was extremely courteous and attentive throughout. A special mention to Mr. Akash and his team, including Sunita and Janaki, for their warm hospitality and excellent service.

Good business hotel with nice facilities. The room was spacious and clean, however the smell inside was quite chemical. Very good breakfast and dinner. Especially it was pleasant to dine there because of the attentive and kind Ms. Sunita who assisted us in the restaurant. We had a comfortable stay there.
