The property ,room ,food ...everything is above expectation ...we got an excellent deal ...the breakfast is lavish ,staff very polite & helpful ...will stay here often whenever we come to Pune & recommend it to every friend & family ...thankyou

Room size was little bit Small

We had a lovely stay at Fairfield by Marriott, Kharadi. Since my wife is a Bonvoy member, and we were looking for a hotel closer to the venue of an event we were part of, this was perfect. We were 10 mins away from the venue from here. And the hotel is situated in a very convenient neighbourhood, with a mall at walking distance (Nyati mall). There are ample amenities nearby for urgent needs and visits. Coming to the hotel itself, it is well maintained, though slightly compact. Nonetheless, the rooms were comfortable and the service was always with a smile. Special mention to Debasmita, Tushar and Tanushree for making our stay comfortable. We had booked 2 rooms, one for me, my wife and kid, and the second for my parents who had accompanied. They were very well taken care of by the staff thanks to very prompt responses the staff had. Especially when there was an issue with the room key cards, they promptly came and sorted it. The breakfast buffet was nice, though basic. Loved the masala dosa there, and the eggs station. Tea was great! They made sure my kid was comfortable during his breakfast sitting, and Debasmita struck a nice conversation with him too making sure hes taken care of. They were kind enough to pack us some parathas freshly made and some bakes for my kid since we had to drive back to Mumbai after breakfast and he may get hungry around lunch time. Very sweet gesture. The property has a nice parking area at the back (though no valet), and there's ample space to park. The only issue was whenever we drove towards the hotel at night, the signage seemed to be very hard to spot, and we always looked for the Dominos pizza board just before it, and then swerved left to enter the hotel gate. Apart from that, a lovely stay. Great staff, good comfortable stay.

Easy access. On the main road.

No valet service for parking. We had to drop the family at the reception, go park the car and bring the luggage to the reception. Same while leaving.

We recently visited Kava by Marriott in Kharadi for their dinner buffet, priced at ₹1250+tax, and unfortunately the experience was quite disappointing. The buffet spread was very limited and most of the dishes were served cold. The food itself lacked flavor and tasted quite bland, which was unexpected from a place positioned as a 5-star dining experience. Overall, the variety and quality did not justify the price at all. That said, Debasmita from the staff was extremely helpful and tried her best to improve our experience. She kindly arranged for the starters and a few other items to be remade according to our taste preferences, which we truly appreciated. Ironically, the only things that really stood out were the cold drinks and the ice cream, which ended up being the highlight of the meal. Considering the price and the reputation of the hotel, the experience felt like a complete waste of an occasion, time, and money. We expected much better in terms of both food quality and buffet variety.

Debasmita was exceptional, quality customer service with a big smile. Definitely will come here again. Great place with best people. Had a nice 2 days seminar. The setup, assistance from the time to get in till the last minute is absolutely brilliant.

Went for dinner, it was calm and relaxed, prompt service, buffet spread was good. 2 starter, many salads, papad, 3 variety of rice, noodles, soup, some Chinese curry, different dressing, many pickles, main course they had rajma, daal, arbi, bhindi, jeera aloo, baigan masala, panner masala, and roti naan. It is a good variety

It was difficult to locate the Hotel in absence of any direction or sign board. Spread was limited compared with other hotels. There was an issue in spite of advanced booking but Mr Sandeep was good to tackle the problem efficiently

We organised and celebrated our daughter’s Annaprashan ceremony and it was extremely well organised by the team. We had a customised menu prepared by head chef and it was well accommodated and executed. Sandeep, Kiran & their team were exceptional well and provided great service to us and our guests. I will recommend them for any event or family dinner.

I stayed at Fairfield Marriott, Kharadi, Pune with my family for three days in the first week of January. It was a wonderful experience. The location is a big plus. The property is very close to the main highway, which made travel easy. The food was great and well managed. The support staff was helpful and courteous throughout the stay. Got engaged here. It’s an absolutely wonderful place for any function. Both the families specially loved the food and the decor was perfect. Great job done by Ms. Priyanka Mali and Mr. Sandeep who were very helpful. Definitely recommended for everyone !
