Residence Inn by Marriott New York Manhattan/Times Square

Siempre que me he alojado allí he estado en habitaciones más cómodas

Location so close to times square

Room so dusty and we all got sick next day, Restroom had flush handle issue, even though they fixed it immediately, not a good thing for such a branded hotel. Totally disappointed.

Desayuno bueno, ubicación excelente

Good location.

Expensive.

Colazione

Divano letto scomodissimo

Tenia buen laundry. El personal muy amable.

Viejo. De otra época. Prácticamente no tenía barra y restaurante.

Rien

The breakfast was well served and had variety. Sandra at the reception was very nice and helpful in our needs. The staff was very kind.

The room and staff

Buffet breakfast was always overcrowded. Good breakfast tho.

Pulizia

The central location, spacious room, the large fridge, and kitchenette were the reasons we booked.

The room was like many in Manhattan: in need of refurbishment a decade or so ago. Old style, small sink, rough towels, smelly shower curtain.

I did not get to see the property where I paid for a 6 day stay. I was told by the customer service I contacted to announce my late arrival that they cannot find a reservation in my name.

I did not like the approach towards their clients and the fact they did not respond in time to my requests. I was definitely the victim of a scam and I am not sure if it was the hotel or the Booking.com, the counterpart I made the payment in January 2026.

Vynikajúca lokalita

Location was amazing. Buffet Breakfast was great each day!

L’emplacement et le personnel

Un peu vieillissant l’équipement des chambres

Great location - so close to subway stations and within easy walking distance to a lot of major attractions. Good sized room. Great value for money as it included a kitchenette. Friendly staff.

Lift wait times at peak times was slow. Sofa bed mattress not good.

The location is excellent, close to all the attractions in the city center (Times Square, Fifth Avenue, Empire State Building...) and the metro line. The staff is kind and helpful with anything you ask for. The kitchenette in the room is very useful and convenient.

The double beds are small and uncomfortable for two teenagers. If you have two children older than 10, it is better to take two separate rooms with king size beds The elevators are very slow and we waited more than ten minutes in the morning, finally we went down from the 14th floor by stairs. Breakfast is only until 9:30, and there is a big crowd in the dining room if you go down after 8:30.

Für amerikanische Verhältnisse gutes Frühstück. Top Lage. Freundliches Personal.

Lange Wartezeit am Aufzug (obwohl 4 Aufzüge vorhanden). Platzsuche beim Frühstück.

Konumu iyiydi. Personel her sorunumuzla ilgilendi.Resepsiyonda Sandra hanım çok güleryüzlüydü.Her şey için teşekkürler.

Kahvaltı biraz daha çeşitli olabilirdi.peynir,domates,salatalık,vs.

Ottima colazione , ottima posizione

Divano letto un po scomodo

Location and breakfast

Room, carpet is very old , not fitting Mariott standards , lift creaking sounds , and room cleaning services not available after 4 pm

Large apartment with kitchen. Breakfast was good with lots of options

Lifts need maintenance & slow in the morning.

Rien

L'emplacement, petit déjeuner

Chambre trop petite et manque de rangement

Location is perfect, very close to times square without really being in times square. Room is very spacious, old but everything functions well. Breakfast is ok, limited options not so much varieyt but not bad.

Room overall is old, and elevator squeaks especially if you are on the higher floors.

slow elevators

The place was great good size rooms and the staff was wonderful ❤️. The staff went above and beyond from the moment we checked in to the minute we checked out. Thank you all for being so welcoming💕

The breakfast was so busy and not alot of room to sit with the family. The food was kind of cold. The elevators were so packed during breakfast time and check out. We had to wait a few elevators to get one we could fit in.

Location and room size was top notch! I have stayed here before and would stay here again. Great walking distance to landmarks. Great food options. Easy to get an Uber. Staff was helpful. Would recommend to anyone visiting NYC to stay here!!

One small issue was the elevator. Panel on right side did not work correctly, even when scanning room card. Can get congested around 11 AM check-out time. Other than that, would stay here again!

Great location room size good staff friendly

Bathroom way to small , toilet seat was loose and kept shifting water. Pressure in the shower was very, very low hot water barely worked . This is my second stay there and I will not be staying there again, not worth the price. Rooms are very outdated. Will be staying in a more modern hotel the same price or less. Oh and elevator sound like if they’re about to break down and every time we will get on the elevator, we will cross our fingers we wouldn’t get stuck because it literally sounded like it was gonna break down any second 🙁

Handy to everything in midtown. Staff were lovely. Air conditioning just right (only hotel we have ever stayed in we didn’t need to adjust). Good facilities

Expected more in the kitchen. Had to ask for a kettle but there were tea bags, etc there and the booking said there would be one provided. There were pots and pans but nothing to use them on - weird. Can’t put them in a microwave so was there meant to be a cooktop?

Location

Very clean everything was easy to get to

Location is great - on 6th av, close to times square and walking distance from everything in mid-town. Breakfast was good, WiFi coverage was good, and luggage storage was free of charge.

we ordered a 2 queens suite. we got a room with 2 twin beds, and really not big enough to be called a suite. the elevators kept failing - the lines each morning were not fun at all. the A.C in our room stopped working (staff fixed it within an hour, which is nice, but still - you don't expect that) the bathroom door kept jamming stuck and in general - bathroom was just too small.

Tout. Personnel très très aimable et disponible. Hôtel très bien situé

Les embouteillages autour des ascenseurs. C’est le seul bémol

Location of hotel is just perfect and it saves lot of time. Also room service is very quick.

Overall it looks to be a old property , elevators definitely need to be revamped

There were cockroaches in the loo and insects in the kitchen. I complained the first night and they said they will look into it but it was same the second night too.

Konumu iyiydi.

Resepsiyon çalışanları Sandra hariç asık suratlıydı.

Location is prime for well rounded exploration. Very clean.

Elevator use is limited during morning breakfast. It took over an hour to get down front 11th floor. We opted to take the stairs, with a wheel chair it was that bad.

The room was exceptionally clean Very true size to photos online.

Good location, within 5 minutes of Times Square. Staff were very friendly and the room sizes were good, with a small kitchen included.

Property was a little weathered, and the gym was very small.

Posizione ottimale

Ogni giorno abbiamo trovato un insetto diverso in camera, nonostante fossimo al 25esimo piano

Break fast

Sofa bed was not comfortable for sleep

Super położenie mega uprzejmy i pomocny personel.

How close to Time Square, Rockerfeller Center, and the subway.

How crowded the dinning room was for breakfast nowhere to sit and eat.

The excellent location

Noisy elevators.

Great location. We had an Empire State view room, which was amazing. Good choice of breakfast. Reception staff always cheerful.

3rd floor lounge area, where breakfast was serviced was ridiculously cold, all the time. We left the 'so not disturb' sign up yet the maid still came into the room.

The location was excellent.

The breakfast was adequate at best. Also difficult to find a table some mornings. It is at least a perk to have access to a free breakfast though. The pull out sofa bed for our child was very poor. The mattress was terrible. The first staff Member I spoke to said it was only intended to be an occasional bed for children, hence the quality, so why list it as a room for 4?! A mattress topper was offered, that didn’t help. After going back again to reception, I spoke with a more helpful staff member who found an extra mattress to put on the bed. This made a big difference and meant our daughter had a more comfortable stay.

The location the view and most off the staff was amazing esp Sergio 🙏 we really appreciate his kindness his positive smile this is one of the reasons to choose🥰 thanka to Sergio and the staff at the breakfast lounge 🙏

One of the front desk staff was rude not kind kind of lecturing his name first lwtter was with M .. not the position he should be working for kindness and smile and positive communication is essential

Emplacement idéal

Ras

EXCELENTE UBICACION. DESAYUNO VARIADO Y MUY BUENO.

HABITACIÒN RUIDOSA, COMO ERA PERIODO DE WORLDCUP, EN HABITACION SE ESCUCHABA TODA LA CELEBRACION QUE OCURRIA EN LA CALLE. HABITACION PEQUEÑA RESPECTO A OTRO HOTEL DEL MISMO GRUPO EN PENSYLVANNIA. SOFA CAMA FUNCIONAMIENTO DEFICIENTE.

ubicacion

Location

Size of the hotel room, not big enough for 4 people. One clothing cupboard isn’t big enough when you bring in 4 suitcases. Bathroom was tiny, hardly any sink space to keep all amenities on top. The breakfast buffet had limited options especially for people with allergies. It looked like a big buffet on offer but it was just mirrored on the opposite side of the room, so really it didn’t have many options. I also found it concerning that no matter what time you went to the buffet breakfast you struggled to find a table it was that busy. The security side of things was a bit concerning where anyone could walk into the hotel and step into an elevator if you didn’t have your swipe card, anyone else in the elevator could swipe their card and click on the floor that you requested.

Ubicacion, limpieza, desayuno.

That it had space , had a kitchenette. Laundry services were a plus

N/a

The location. The room. The facilities in the room

The shower. Very poor water pressure

The location for people who want stay close to Time Square even though next time I would like to stay at Soho. More calm, clean and charming.

The elevator. We waited so long. The last day we waited 45 min - beleive it. I would never be there due to this.

Great space & breakfast

Worst property management ever They gave us a queen room eventhough we had booked a king sized room They did not bother to heed to the complaints and did not even give us a refund

Good location

Rooms need refurbishing. Breakfast area become crowded and food menu needs upgrade.
