Lo que más me gustó de la habitación, fue lo espaciosa que era, el baño también era bastante amplio y cómodo. La decoración de la habitación es bastante moderna y facilita el día a día en estadía para turista, porque tienes mucho espacio para colgar cosas, ubicar maletas, etc. La ubicación es inmejorable, tiene cerca restaurantes, cafés, Times Square a sólo 10 minutos caminando. Y el bar en el segundo piso tiene un ambiente divertido y agradable. Considero que es más caro de lo que ofrece y entiendo que es el "new normal" en NYC en temas de hotelería, pero en general la experiencia es excelente.

Diría que el 70% de las habitaciones tiene un tema con la vista, pero no creo que haya mucho que se pueda hacer, puesto que nuestra habitación y toda esa línea del edificio daba a una pared. El "destination fee" es algo que solo supe que existía hasta que estuve en recepción haciendo check-in y honestamente me pareció absurdo el monto considerando lo que "incluía" o a lo que podías acceder.

Zimmer viel zu klein für zwei Personen ( vermuten, es war ein Einzelzimmer ) Bett wurde von Samstag bis Mittwoch nicht gemacht, Handtücher nicht getauscht und die blieben in dem Winzigen Zimmer genau so feucht wie der Rest der Kleidung

Goede locatie om midtown te bezoeken. Gemakkelijk dat er naast een parkeergarage is waar je korting krijgt als gast van het hotel. Propere simpele kamers, ideaal om er gewoon de nacht door te brengen. Goede douche!

O que eu mais gostei foi a localização, o hotel está próximo da times square, broadway, quinta avenida, mercado, padaria, farmácia, 7 eleven, diversos restaurantes e lojas. O quarto é bem pequeno, mas muito confortável e limpo. Os funcionários são excelentes, muito profissionais e gentis.

O tamanho do quarto, pouco espaço, é só a cama. Não tem duas cadeiras pra sentar por exemplo, quando queríamos sentar, sentávamos no chão.

The beds are comfortable and the rooms have everything you need but what makes this hotel are the public areas - the bar, the restaurant and the rooftop bar with special views of the Empire State Building. The location scores highly too!

Location was great

Cleaned the room every second day, problem was the bedsheets came undone after one night. Room was super tiny, if you travel with a checked in bag, you can't even leave it open. No proper management, who is walking into the hotel, at one night someone tried to enter our room, not violently, but was still super loud as he tried 2 times to open the door. Rooftop was overcrowded My 4th time in NYC and 3rd time near times square, for this price you find better hotels with better rooms

Molto bella l'atmosfera dell'hotel. Sembrava, ogni volta, di entrare ad una festa. Staff molto gentile e cordiale. Molto bella l'area bar.

La camera era veramente piccola e il terzo letto sopra alla parte superiore del matrimoniale generava una cappa di calore notevole.

L'atenció del personal ha estat, en general, excelent, i sempres han provat de resoldre les incidències que hem tingut durant l'allotjament.

Ens varen haver de canviar dues vegades d'habitació per problemes amnb la climatizcaió en ambdós casos. En cap cas va ser cap a habitacions de nivell superior, i en un cas va ser a una habitació de categoria inferior. Els aparells de climatització son antics i molt sorollosos.

Really great staff, very friendly and welcoming. Great morning coffee/breakfast service. We were pleasantly surprised that we had $20 credit to use in the cafe in the morning, and the first floor lounge was a comfortable place to enjoy our breakfast. Nice youthful interior design, the hooks along the entire wall are very practical for a small room. Great water pressure in the shower. Location is good if you are happy stepping straight into the hussel & bussel.

We booked a Queen Room and everything this was as we expected however there was only one small window with a view to an alley/brick wall. This is represented in one of the photos, so I can't say we didn't get what was advertised, however it was a bit disappointing. That said, its possible if we asked to change rooms, they may have accommodated.

Camere molto piccole, no armadio solo appendini alle pareti. Cambio asciugamani giornaliero (solo teli doccia) e non tutti i giorni asciugamano piccolo per le mani. Pulizia della stanza a volte fatte la sera. Quindi, senza la possibilità di avere asciugamani puliti per una doccia prima di cena. Buono per un paio di notti, ma per una settimana troppo poco spazio

The location is great, easy to get to all the things we wanted to do in NYC. Close to Penn Station to get to and from the airport via the LIRR. The cafe downstairs had great coffee.

On our second last day we had housekeeping take some things from our room. They may have thought they were trash, however they weren’t and my daughter was distraught. The staff made an effort to find them, however I heard nothing back regarding an outcome and nothing since after many follow up emails. So disappointed.

It was a great location. Close to everything. We went for the Harry Styles concert at Madison Square Garden which was only a 5 minute walk. The staff was very friendly.

The lighting in the bathroom was awful. If you have to put make up on bring a make up mirror or light to use. And the room was so hot and stuffy. We had to wake up continuously throughout the night to restart the A/C just to stay cool. I had to pick something up off the floor that I dropped and in between the bed was so much dust all over everything and trash all over the floor so obviously the floor hadn’t been swept in awhile.

Staff told me I would have $20 credit in nearby cafe yet I was still charged for it on checkout, despite me checking twice. I raised this via booking.com but it was completely ignored. Also they kept charging my card for extra nights and then refunded it - no other hotel has such messy reconciliation

Unser Zimmer war relativ laut. Es fehlte eine Sitzmöglichkeit und es gab keinen Kühlschrank und keine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer.

Não limpavam o quarto, tínhamos que pedir já no final do dia, porque chegávamos e não estava limpo ou arrumado.

Well located in central Manhattan and easy walk to most places.

On the Saturday night it was insanely loud. I think this is the rooftop bar which gets amplified down the central well and keeps going til 4am. The rooms are also tiny.

Perfect location, staff was super friendly (especially Paloma! She had the best super friendly energy!) Loved the access to the rooftop bar.

Me gustó que está cerca de todo y además con buenas conexiones de metro a pocos metros del hotel.

No me gustó que me cobrasen 50$ por noche en calidad de franquicia (esperemos no tener problemas para la devolución) a pesar de que en las condiciones de booking decían que sería un pago único de 100$ y encima parece que no la devuelven hasta 15 dias después de la salida.

The shower glass could have been more opaque to allow people a bit more privacy. The staff didn't know I had paid the destination fee through booking.com. it took me talking to several different staff members to get confirmation I had paid it via booking.com and get the money reimbursed.

Tolle Lage mitten in der Stadt mit super Ubahn-Anbindung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, in der Lobby gab es gratis Wasser und am Nachmittag Süßigkeiten. Pro Zimmer und Tag gibt es ein 20 Euro Budget für die Hotelbar (wo man morgens frühstücken kann). Dort gibt es morgens auch gratis Kaffee zur freien Entnahme (auch mit vers. Milchalternativen). Der Sitzbereich im 2. Stock ist nett zum Verweilen. Koffer können am Abreisetag gratis verstaut werden.

Unser Zimmer war wirklich sehr klein, besonders für 3 Personen war es sehr eng. Das Bad bietet nicht wirklich Privatsphäre. Zudem war das Zimmer extrem finster (Fenster in winzigen Hof ohne Tageslicht). Die Klimaanlage war relativ laut.

La posizione della struttura è decisamente centrale: si trova a soli 2 minuti da Times Square, in una via abbastanza tranquilla e a pochissimi passi dalla metropolitana, quindi molto comoda per spostarsi e visitare la città. La colazione, disponibile al bar accanto all’hotel, era veramente ottima, con tantissima scelta sia dolce che salata.

La camera che avevamo prenotato era indicata per 4 persone, ma nella realtà era una camera doppia con due letti matrimoniali e dimensioni decisamente insufficienti per ospitare comodamente quattro persone. La stanza era davvero molto piccola: con le valigie aperte non era praticamente possibile muoversi liberamente e risultava difficile persino camminare contemporaneamente nella camera. Inoltre, sarebbe opportuno segnalare nella descrizione che la porta/parete del bagno è trasparente e permette di intravedere chiaramente ciò che avviene all'interno, una soluzione che abbiamo trovato poco piacevole e poco rispettosa della privacy. Gli asciugamani inizialmente presenti in camera erano sufficienti soltanto per due persone, nonostante la prenotazione fosse per quattro, e abbiamo dovuto richiederne altri. Inoltre, per una giornata la camera non è stata pulita e gli asciugamani non sono stati cambiati.

AC wasn’t working. It was 81 in the room even all night. Took hours until a technician came and he just bullshitted me regarding what the issue is and couldn’t fix it.

I stayed from August 13–16, 2026, and my accommodation had already been paid in full through Booking.com, including the applicable taxes and fees. During my stay, the hotel also took a $150 security deposit. At checkout, I was specifically told that my account was fully settled and that there were no outstanding charges on the room. I did not dine or drink at the hotel, use any chargeable hotel services, or incur any additional charges during my stay. Despite this, after I checked out, approximately $573 was taken from my account. When I contacted the hotel to dispute the charge, I was eventually told that it was a smoking fee. I have never smoked in my life and categorically deny smoking or vaping in the room or anywhere else on the hotel property. I have formally disputed the charge and requested evidence supporting the allegation, including the hotel’s inspection or incident report, photographs or other documentation, the policy authorizing the fee, and an explanation of how the fee was calculated. The hotel has only sent a document saying smoking was detected between a specific time. I have explained that at this time I was getting ready to go out for the day - using their provided hair dryer and their provided steamer to steam my dress (it is also worth mentioning that the rooms are tiny with little ventilation). I have recieved no response since. What makes this even more concerning is that, since raising this issue, I have come across numerous reports from other guests describing unexpected or additional charges being added to their accounts after their stays. Seeing these accounts has made me seriously question whether my experience is an isolated incident or part of a wider pattern. Based on my own experience and the other reports I have read, I am deeply concerned about the way additional charges are being applied and whether guests are being charged fees they do not actually owe.

Lo spazio a disposizione non era tantissimo, abbiamo dovuto tenere le cose sempre nella valigia ma ne ero consapevole quindi non è stato un grosso problema. Inoltre, ci abbiamo solo dormito quindi era più che sufficiente per le nostre esigenze.

Příliš hlučný bar na středě, uklízecí personál neumí počítat počet hostů v pokoji. Vždy chyběl minimálně dva nebo jeden ručník, přitom nás na pokoji bylo 4.

The AC wasn’t working, so we called reception. They sent a very angry and condescending maintenance guy, well aware that it was a building problem that couldn’t be fixed. The hotel manager was very understanding and let us cancel our second night and have a late check-out. Definitely not coming back—pricey, no services, no AC. I'm very surprised this is part of Marriott...

Good location for local attractions near Times Square

Very noisy, could hear guests next room talking and the air conditioning unit kept us awake it was that loud and too hot if it was off. You could see straight through to the toilet and shower from room so no privacy. Some staff quite rude especially at check out and never told us we get credit towards water and coffee per day so we didn’t use this

Ideaal gelegen hippe plek met behulpzaam volt personeel. Er heerst een lekkere vibe in het hotel met de juiste dynamiek. Kamers zijn klein maar wel efficiënt ingericht. Wij hadden met het gezin met puber de dubbele stapelbedden en dat was prima te doen. Lekker ontbijt met kortingsbon. rooftop bar en restaurant. Om de hoek bij al het vertier waar je voor naar New York komt. Zeker aan te raden!

Toen wij er waren hadden ze erg veel problemen met de airco. Als de ramen niet open kunnen is dat niet te harden. De laatste nacht viel deze zelfs helemaal uit. Ze boden daar excuus voor aan en een korting maar het blijft jammer want we hadden hierdoor geen nachtrust.

Too hot in the room. The air con wasn't up to scratch and honestly made for a very uncomfortable hot night. Obviously air con in the corridors/reception etc was fine so not sure why it was so poor in the room. Also why all the loud music, it was like walking into a night club. Loud music in reception I struggled to hear the lady on the desk properly. Music in the lifts and even music in the bar toilets!!.

O Moxy me surpreendeu na localização, é muito próximo da times square, fiz tudo a pé, os funcionários foram super atenciosos, os serviços disponíveis no hotel também foram muito bons! O Magic Hour é muito legal também com uma vista incrível para o Empire State! É um hotel que eu voltaria com certeza.

The room for four is so small, I've never seen such a small room. The shower wall is see-through, so not very suitable when traveling with friends/children. On Sunday night there was very loud music until midnight. We always had to ask for extra towls, for some reason they never put enough.

Buena ubicación y atención. Edificio moderno y limpio en general. Te pagan 20$ por habitación al día en la cafetería de al lado. Tiene un Toproof bastante emblemático con vistas al Empire gratis de acceso a los clientes.

Easy check in. Paloma was super welcoming, made sure I got the margarita that came with my reservation to enjoy, and that I helped myself to the free candy at check in. She’s a star. Would come back.

Poor management and no accountability. AC was broken in two separate rooms for our entire stay during an August heatwave, and repeated calls to the front desk never fixed it. We filed a formal written complaint and never received a reply.

honestly love the property it was very accessible and was easy to get to places from the location, the room was a lot bigger than i expected and the fitness center was actually pretty good compared to other hotels i have stayed at

Booking.com listed a three-person room that only had a single queen bed. Luckily, the amazing concierge noticed and upgraded us to a room with a queen and a bunk bed at no extra charge. 10 on 10 for the hotel, but Booking.com needs to fix its inaccurate room listings.

Sent us a bill after we left for made-up charges. I wonder how many others they did this with during the World Cup, and just in general. Absolutely shocking - no way of contacting the hotel directly to dispute.

Moxy Hotel NYC Times Square was a great time. The staff is impeccable. Mike at the front desk was amazing and full of energy. Really made me feel welcomed.

Excellent location with st penn station of acela trains, just a few mins on foot. Nearby empire state building, boardway and times square and subway stations. Hotel atmosphere very dynamic and modern. Rooms are small but clean still comfortable to stay in. Room service everyday with clean towels. Lack of fridge is the only negative point. Price is correct for a room on central NY.

Staying at the Moxy is always a great time! Close to everything with Penn Station a block away
