Facilities were worn and the first thing we met entering the apartment were not one bit several roaches unfortunately. Staff though were very friendly

De airco’s maken veel geluid. Daarnaast was door een storing onze 2e kamer niet toegankelijk waardoor onze 3 kinderen samen op 1 slaapbank moesten slapen. Toen wij de volgende ochtend vroegen(nadat wij heel slecht geslapen hadden) of we iets later konden uitchecken (later dan 10 uur) was dit niet mogelijk. Voor ons was het een teleurstellend verblijf maar wij zien ook wel dat het hotel mooie faciliteiten biedt en dat het personeel erg vriendelijk is.

Very clean and the beds were comfortable with dark curtains. Very quiet, we enjoyed the quite adult pool. The kitchen was a plus.

Tout. L'accueil. Les logements sont spacieux et les equipements sont au top. Les piscines sont belles et il y a même des piscines pour les personnes voulant être au calme. Les barbecues sont toujours disponibles. Le personnel des chambres et de l'entretien du site disent toujours bonjour même lorsqu'ils circulent dans leurs voiturettes électriques.

Check in (Leilani) was truly exceptional. Great smile, personality, professionalism. Contacted mgmt as I was leaving to express how exceptional she really was.

Bedding is too soft. Hard for a senior citizen to exit. Wish there were FIRM mattresses.

From the second you drive into the facility, you recognize all the care and attention that goes into this property. The staff was amazing, they were very knowledgeable and were ready to assist with whatever questions we had. We are a large family with teenagers and to have so many amenities to accommodate us all and keep us busy was truly amazing! There were great pools, pool tables, basketball/pickleball courts and daily activities.

We are a large family of 8 and we travel often. To find a place where everyone is happy is rare and this one met the mark! We literally had zero complaints!

Everything was great we have been going to this resort since 2016, we also rented a cabana at a great price. I think charging $30 a day for parking is the only thing I didn’t like.

Parking should be free

Everything was good, no complaints for the actual property or staff.

They now charge $35.00 per night for parking, No Ice Machines available.

Two of the pools were super dirty and the bedroom was dirty, bugs in the bed it was really disappointing this time around.

Always a wonderful vacation. The staff is so nice.

Location is wonderful. Rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. BBQ areas are great. The pools need better maintenance. Water became murky. Some guests were dirty, letting children urinate in pools. Some thug families harassing other guests. The overall experience of this once wonderful resort has diminished. I am disappointed with this last stay. But the staff is always amazing and helpful and some of the best hospitality we have experienced.

Generally, the guests were less likely to have respect for other families. Less likely to control unruly children. Clearly intoxicated or drug using thug families that harassed other guests. The clientele isn't the same of past years. Seems to cater to convicts now. Not sure I would recommend to families seeking a fun, safe experience

The location was perfect! Plenty of pools to go by and the layout. Location was great near the golf course we played.

We were in building 17. I felt like getting picked up by the golf carts could be a little bit faster. There were two times we had to cancel because they weren't coming to pick us up, and we drove our car to the main lobby.

Villa was very nice. Sofa bed comfortable.

Check in wasn't good experience. Two hours delayed and we had food that needed to be refrigerated. Tried chatting with customer service and their response was not helpful and didn't even respond after i expressed my concern

Check in was very complicated and confusing. Gaby, the person in charge of the check in, was very inpatient. On top of it was trying to make me pay again for my reservation, saying "booking" didn't accept my credit card ( False) After 1 hour of back and forward she said, it was their mistake and everything was ok.

the room and pools where great, also most of the staff was supper friendly and helpful. They had a lot of activities for kids and adults throughout the day. We always were able to find chairs by the pool. The resort never felt over crowded. Also most of the other travelers we met where very nice.

The property is pretty large and we where there during a heatwave- they offer shuttles but they where difficult to get and we often had to wait a while even though we where told they come by automatically every 10-15 min we did not find this to be the case. Mind you if it wasn't 100 degree's walking would have been fine. Also the food was somewhat disappointing but classics like burgers and chicken tenders were really good.

Loved how clean the pools and landscaping was. The front desk customer service was not great. Both times we were not helped by 2 different women. The only helpful person was Levi and housekeeping. Your housekeeping and landscaping are your biggest assets.

The 2 bedroom villas should not cost that much. We have been to other vacation places where the cost was half and more room! Paying $30 a day to park is also ridiculous. Front desk needs re trained on politeness and just being nice.

The food was very good, both poolside and Agave. All the folks who worked there were quite wonderful. Great to have the golf cart shuttle service. The gym was spacious.

The main pool hadn't been cleaned, as many bugs were floating in it. Our room looked out at the street basically. We should have switched to a room with a balcony off the living area, as ours was not inviting, (being off our bedroom) to our roommate who slept on the couch. After traveling all day, it would have been nice to have water bottles in the room. We could not touch our front door for the sun beating on it for hours. Bathroom sink needed plunging, bathtub needed a mat.

I as not a fan of the early morning noise from housekeepers rolling carts. Also seemed like if you were out of your room at an early time that they don’t clean you room. We stayed for 4 nights and they never came to clean it despite taking the ‘do not disturb’ sign off the door. Also generally how loud other people were and slamming doors

Billing is very confusing Booking did not indicate clearly a $30 dollar parking fee per day .

The Hotel grounds are beautiful and our room was quite nice.

One male clerk at front desk had no customer service skills. We nearly walked out but Veida saved the day and also gave us a fond memory of the Westin. Veida deserves some sort of commendation for her excellent customer service skills. We will be moving out to PS end if this year and plan on visiting your beautiful resort as a get away. We will also recommend your resort toour family and friends who come out to visit us. Thank you Veida 😀

The room was extremely outdated, molded showers food all over the floors. The dishes had lip stain on them. The pool side isn't open until the weekends.

The facility is well equipped, great restaurant on site. Have 6 pickleball courts and a pickleball social hour that we enjoyed. Rooms were very clean. Lots of pools and hot tubs.

I requested that I be picked up with one of the gold carts on the morning of my departure, and they forgot. I had to re-request. Once they discovered the problem, they sent someone immediately,

The pools and bbqs were nice, the property was scenic and walkable the gym sauna and steam room were well equipped. The rooms were a good size and the kitchen was great.

The drinks at the main pool bar were mediocre, the slides wasn't operational and the rooms were a bit dark and slightly dated

Spent two nights. Did not use the amenities. The bed was very comfortable! Wish there had been a real restaurant on site.

Wonderful and beautiful property. Super spacious and comfortable. Great for a family getaway. The only downside is the food at the poolside restaurant - quality is so so, but mostly, the very high prices are met with insult-sized portions.
