Courtyard by Marriott Greenville Downtown

Close proximity to everything we wanted to visit. Great customer service. Clean rooms. Able to charge my car without any.

Great location. Across the street from the Peace Center. Many really good restaurants within walking distance. Parking deck beside hotel so cost of parking not nearly as expensive as other hotels I've stayed.

Nothing

Downtown

Great location

All good

Clean, location and facilities

The breakfast is odd to us, one choice only off the menu, that’s it, no if I wanted an apple or yoghurt as well

Location

Triple charged for parking

Everything was nice as always.

I have no complaints.

Location perfect staff friendly

Limited bar hours but not a deal breaker

The location The staff was EXCELLENT and so HELPFUL

Nothing

Did not have breakfast, The location was perfect for our concert at Peace Center.

Location

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at this location.

Location is perfect. So walkable. Coffee in the morning. A drink at night. Dinner. Shopping. All a very short walk from the property. Including Reedy Falls which is a Greenville stunner. The property is very clean. Staff is very friendly.

Very accommodating staff and the location was perfect. Very comfortable beds.

The staff helped me out with supplies for valentines day. I highly recommend this hotel! I have stayed here numerous times and its always my first choice

I liked everything

Prepackaged food heated. Not good and too expensive.

No REASTURANT. No Valet. No room service. Very limited market area.

The cleanliness. It’s hard to find that anywhere.

N/A

The shower didn't drain properly but maintenance fixed it promptly.

Location, nice room

The TV stations not working, in our down time wanted to watch football there was no station available for that. It was New Year’s Eve we got back to our room and we couldn’t even get a station to see the hall drop.Frustrating

Central location

TV channels were unavailable. Asked to be checked, never received assistance.

Location, bistro breakfast, comfortable bed.

Got locked in the stairwell...lol

Very convenient

Didn’t have a shuttle to drop off at near by locations

Great location

Having to pay extra for parking

Location

Breakfast did not come with stay. $16 was charged for parking.

In walking distance to shops, theaters, and restaurants

Great location. Very comfortable hotel. Good restaurants nearby.

Great hotel in a great location. Only downside is depending on which way your room faces, you could get a lot of noise on the weekends. We overlooked a courtyard area and there was live music until about midnight.

Everything was great!

It’s central location, with parking on hand next door

So convenient to the Peace Center for the show.

Enjoyable

Great hotel with great location to restaurants and The Peace Center.

This is the perfect location to walk around downtown Greenville. Nice room, friendly and professional staff and very nice rooms. You will definitely enjoy your stay here.

No

It was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed this stay very much

All good

The location and room were excellent.

Paying for breakfast and $16 a day for parking was a bit much. Our room was next to an associates' only room, and the soundproofing wasn't good, you could hear everyone coming and going at every hour. I have yet to receive a receipt - I still don't know what the stay cost me.

Great location in downtown, covered parking

The air conditioning system in our room put out a very musty smelling air, our only complaint with our stay.

excellent!

our room was great!

Very convenient in downtown. Can walk to nearby restaurants and entertainment. Friendly and quick check in

Downtown Greenville is a great place to spend a Friday night!

Comfortable and clean. Close to everything.

We booked a room with city view but got parking lot view. Was told it was booking.com error and wouldn’t move us to another room.

We liked that we could walk to everything from shopping to dining. The parking was exceptionally convenient, attached to the parking garage.

Shower had almost no pressure

Love Greenville and absolutely adore this hotel!

Nice looking property. And it also look we're safe

n

Great hotel. This was an accessible room, and the bathroom was huge. Spotlessly clean. Hotel is right next to the Peace center with lots of dining options.

Downtown Greenville is one of the most charming downtown districts of any mid size city. The Courtyard is conveniently located off Main Street and adjacent to the parks and restaurants that Greenville is known for.

I loved the location and amenities.

That breakfast is not included in stay. You have to buy breakfast. At these prices should be included. At least, coffee.

Everything about our stay was great!!!! The location, customer service and the cleanliness of the room and hotel! Big shoutout to Sam and Ana!!!!! Thank you. We will rebook again with you guys.

We enjoyed our stay at the Marriott Courtyard. It was conveniently located near great restaurants and shops downtown Greenville. My only complaint was regarding the housekeeping service of our room. By 3:30pm our room had not been cleaned. We notified the front desk, and the employee was very responsive to our request. Upon returning to our room later that evening we noticed that the coffee cups and supplies hadn’t been replenished and the empty box of tissues had not been replaced. We notified the front desk upon checking out about the house keeping service. The employee was very apologetic and gave us points towards our Marriott rewards. Our interactions with the front desk staff were very accommodating.

The staff very kindly, and very clean the rooms!! I liked.

....

Very nice stay in perfect location. Probably the nicest Coutyard we've stayed in.

Great location. Friendly front desk staff clean and spacious rooms

The whole experience was exceptional

We love this hotel!! Great proximity to all shopping and restaurants! Clean and staff friendly. Right next to a great little outdoor area where there’s an awesome bar.

The hotel is right in the middle of the action, and the bar area outside the hotel seems to be a popular attraction for visitors and locals alike.

Convenient to downtown

Nothing

Have stayed here several times for baseball tournaments. Always clean and enjoyable. Mobile checking allows for a late arrival, but the staff members are always available to help. Beautiful location!

I liked the location. We were able to walk around downtown and get to all of our favorite shops without having to worry about parking. Also, there are so many restaurants to choose from within a short distance that you really don't have a need for your vehicle unless you venture outside of the downtown area.

There wasn't anything that I was not satisfied with on this trip.

Everything about the Courtyard by Marriott Greenville Downtown Greenville, South Carolina was top notch. We will definitely be staying here again when we travel.

Easy and early check in . Hassle free.

Easy walk to restaurants!

There were no signs in the parking garage, and the elevators were separate from the hotel, serving different businesses. The shower doors were also not great, allowing water to seep through even when the door was closed.

locaion and helpful friendly knowledgeable staff
