Die junior suite war sehr gross ueber 2 Etagen. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut und das Personal aussergewoehnlich freundlich. Das Personal und insbesondere der Manager machen auf Nachfrage alles moeglich. Der Pool ist gross und sauber.

Das Fruehstuecksbueffet koennte etwas abwechselungsreicher sein. Eine Erstausstung eines Amenety kit mit shower cap, etc. fehlte.

Castello beach hotel is a perfect location with a beautiful ocean-view setting to relax . The restaurants, spa, and overall facilities are exceptional. The food is outstanding, and Spa a must the staff are incredibly friendly, providing excellent service all around. I would definitely recommend it.

Qualität der Cocktails am ersten Tag gut, dann hatte der Mann scheinbar frei, die restlichen Cocktails waren eher Mocktails und müde im Geschmack

Świetna lokalizacja, tuż nad brzegiem, z prywatną piaszczystą plażą (serio, nie ma po co jechać na tą pobliską) wejściem do oceanu i prysznicem. Wszędzie leżaki dla gości. Spory basen ze wspaniałym widokiem. Przestronny pokój. Przemiła i pomocna obsługa, wsparcie w organizacji transportu. Tuż obok sklepy spożywcze.

Pokój rodzinny jest dwupoziomowy i bardzo słychać jak ktoś na górze się przemieszcza. Głośna klimatyzacja (na szczęście w pokoju były wiatraki).

A localização, embora tranquila, é bastante isolada e longe de praticamente tudo. O hotel disponibiliza serviço de táxi, mas com custo adicional para o cliente. A praia em frente ao hotel tem muito pouco areal, o que limita bastante a utilização, e a piscina não é adequada para crianças pequenas. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos, no entanto sentimos falta de melhor aconselhamento. No primeiro dia fomos caminhar nas imediações do hotel porque nos foi transmitida a ideia de que tudo era distante. Mais tarde percebemos que estivemos muito perto de uma das praias mais bonitas de Praslin, cujo acesso é feito através do hotel Constance Lémuria, e ficámos literalmente a poucos metros sem saber. Existem também alguns detalhes que precisam de melhoria, como as camas, que já demonstram necessidade de renovação. É oferecida água no quarto apenas à chegada; depois disso fica a cargo do cliente. Num dos dias houve música bastante alta, que já se fazia ouvir durante o jantar e prolongou-se até cerca das 23h, o que pode ser desconfortável para quem viaja com crianças. O hotel disponibiliza horários dos autocarros locais, mas pessoalmente não recomendo essa opção. Para mim, falta uma maior preocupação com atividades para crianças e experiências para os hóspedes. Embora reconheça que, numa ilha pequena como Praslin, os preços e hotéis estejam inflacionados, considero que a experiência não justifica plenamente a classificação de 4 estrelas.

Location is nice, by the beach, nice swimming pool, parking places available as well as good massage. Rooms are cleaned daily. Garden is well maintained and stuff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was good, with balcony and nice view on garden and bit of sea. People who write that there is actually no beach, should learn about high and low tides and nature. Ofc seasonally water may be high thus beach is disappearing and also seaweed may occur, but there is plenty of other beaches in the small island which are reachable.

Bathroom would need require restoration. Especially shower.

Restaurant had good food and pretty views. Comfortable room and bed. Clean.

The location is not good. It is on the water but it’s rocky, so there’s no real beach and you can’t swim there. It is on the far opposite side of the island from all of the good beaches and swimming (30-40 min drive). They also host events at this property and if you’re unlucky enough to be there for one, there will be loud music all day long and the pool will be overcrowded and unusable.

They sell it as 'green' as you reuse the plastic but it was just to make money as most people kept buying more plastic. Stingy

Nous avons passé 13 jours idylliques au Castello Beach Villa, de véritables vacances de rêve ! L’océan se trouvait littéralement à 2 mètres de la villa : chaque matin, ouvrir les volets et admirer cette eau turquoise était un pur enchantement. La piscine privée rien que pour nous a été un luxe incroyable, idéal pour se détendre en toute intimité après une journée de plage ou d’exploration. La villa, spacieuse et impeccable, allie parfaitement confort moderne et charme local, offrant un cadre chaleureux et reposant. Mais ce qui a rendu notre séjour vraiment exceptionnel, c’est le personnel : d’une gentillesse rare, attentif à chaque détail et toujours disponible pour rendre service. Leur accueil chaleureux nous a fait sentir comme chez nous, tout en nous offrant le meilleur de Praslin. Un lieu parfait pour se ressourcer, savourer chaque instant et repartir avec des souvenirs inoubliables. Merci du fond du cœur à toute l’équipe pour avoir fait de ce voyage une expérience inoubliable.

Mysigt ställe med stora rum. Rummet på markplan har en väldigt liten uteplats, inte så kul. Stort badrum med dubbla handfat, tyvärr endast takdusch. Fint poolområde med solsängar. Begränsad strand, trappa ner till vattnet. Kvällssol med solnedgång. God mat i restaurangen och bra service i övrigt. Med svenska mått mätt är detta ett 3-stjärnigt ställe.

The villa was amazing. sea view, build and decorated with taste with a lot of space and a private pool. We really enjoyed the time there between our island exploration trips. Praslin is also a good place for a day trip to La Digue. The employees were nice and helpful (except see below).

The Manager with big ears was just terrible. When I raised the issue with the internet, he said if we do not like something - "I do not mind if you leave". Absolutely unacceptable attitude. I wanted to put a 1 but the property and the other staff do not deserve this.

Not maintained property and not worth the ratings on booking.com - they made us wait for two hours to get our room. When we finally got our family room, noticed that sewage smell from bathroom was coming. When I complained, the manager of the property moved us to a smaller room for 1 night and upgraded us to half board package. The next day when another family room was available, they moved us to that room - property basically do not have an access to the beach, there was no shore, not sure if that’s the case always or due to high tide - me and my daughter got hurt in the swimming pool because of the strange steps they made in the pool. There are three steps to the pool, which is inside the water. However the third step has different measurements compared to other two steps. Also it has sharp tile edges. We were bleeding badly because of such unscientific pool they made - baby pool was very dirty, it’s not clean and we could see lot of dead bugs and dirt

Starting with the food would tAKE 40 mins , the quantity was poor, secondly food came wrong INRIGDENT and went to the wrong person next days order, my kids would say that the room the housekeeping would not change towels , showers would not work they ended up im our bathroom,one night in the middle of the night fans did not work , I spite of complaining to tge recipiont about the phones that would not ring in our room

We had a wonderful stay at the Castello Beach Hotel on Praslin. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely view of the ocean. The hotel also had a great pool, a restaurant, and offers massages, which we enjoyed very much. The location was perfect, close to the beach and the nature. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway on Praslin. We would definitely come back again.

While the internet speed could be slightly faster, considering the hotel's unique location on a small island in the middle of the Indian Ocean, it remains remarkably acceptable.

The property is located in a beautiful setting and has a stunning view of the sunset. The staff are incredibly polite and welcoming and tend to all your needs without a fuss and very quickly. The decor is outdated in the rooms but we can see pat this and see the charm of this beautiful little hotel. We ate at the hotel restaurant each night and the food was exceptional! Best we’ve had in all the 11 days we stayed in the Seychelles. This is a must stay in Praslin!

The room were spacious, the property is located by the beach so the view is nice. The hotel has potential if they improve.

The hotel needs improvements and restoration as it’s outdated. Not a 4* but rather 3*, if I was aware maybe I wouldn’t be disappointed. The mattress was dent and we were asking for it to be changed but nothing happened, on the last day after another reminder there was some extra duvet added, which didn’t help much. I had an issue with a breakfast staff as they refused to give me a bigger glass for water as I needed to take my medication, they said small glass is enough… when complained I was told that the staff is not trained and later been offered a dinner which was a good gesture but still- if staff is not well trained shouldn’t serve the guests. Overally food needs improvement.

The pictures showned on the booking app didn’t match with the reality. 4 sun bed for the whole pool. No real accès to the beach. The bed isn’t confortable. The mattress was shape down.

where to start , we liked almost everything about these people who work there and the hotel , the location is great, each evening we were able to watch the stunning sunset and listen to the waves. the hotel is right at the beach so my daughter played at the send whole day. one day we talked with the receptionist about live music , we were wondering where we can go and watch some performances and the next day There was live music organised in the hotel , we were shocked.During our stay we had birthday and room was packed with all the flower decorations , we got a complimentary cake and a birthday song with wishes. there was fresh coconut water and the chef knows very well how to cook Italian cuisine.

Beautiful scenery. Full of greenery and romantic atmosphere in the hotel. The restaurant is very stunning with a mesmerizing view. Food selection is wide and delicious. My absolute favorite was the buffet breakfasts where they even had some special fruits (red guava) served from Brazil. I enjoyed spending time by the ocean in the liltle corner sitting areas which was perfect for grounding and meditational experience. There are quite a few private sunbeds where one can enjoy every bit of their vacation. I would like to also highlight the beautiful scenery of the resort and attention to details which creates a very unique environment such as the massage hut by the ocean which is partly outdoor. Very special. I really liked the outdoor design and greenery of nature everywhere. Natual and authentic design makes Castello a very outstanding vacation location. Our room was very special and beautiful too. Really enjoyed our scenery from the balcony. If you love kittens one can easily make some new friends too. Regarding the staff Neil will make sure one have their best welcome they could. He is very outstanding with regards to his customer experience and excellence. We are very grateful for all his generous help and kind support throughout our stay.

I can't recall anything i could mention here

The staff was blatantly racist towards the non Caucasian guests. The beds came with no blankets or sheets. The shower did not drain and the toilet would not flush. The communication with the staff was disrespectful at best. I have never experienced any establishment as unprofessional as this one

Spectacular sunsets. The hotel itself is lovely. Our room was lovely, the pool was great and nice beachfront view. Service in the restaurant was very slow and prices were expensive, with only 2 options on the menu for dinner. Breakfast was nice. Need more sun loungers though!

It was a very nice stay. Excellent location and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, this hotel is in a need of renovation and improvement in cleanliness. The room we stayed in had a mould on the bathroom ceiling. Lamps in the bedroom were also covered with mould and tick layer of dust. Paint on the bedroom ceiling was cracked. Doors around handles were dirty. Mosquito net was dusty. Air con looked mouldy. There was weird and loud sound coming from the pipes when we were flushing toilet. For the price hotel charges clients it should be spotless.

Trevligt rum som var rymligt. Trist frukost och buffé på kvällen. Varierande nivå på personalen, de i receptionen var bra, servitriserna direkt dåliga. Eroderad strand. Högt prisläge liksom på resten av Seychellerna.

Nettes Hotel, wobei man sagen muss, dass es sehr, sehr vorteilhaft fotografiert wurde... es ist alles in die Jahre gekommen, schlecht gebaut bzw. ausgebessert. Der Pool ist klein. Das Personal ist am Anfang freundlich gewesen, bis wir (nach Rücksprache mit der Rezeptionschefin! ! ! ) an einem Abend uns nur setzen und etwas trinken wollten, nur die Kinder wollten etwas essen. Die Dame kam 10 Mal an unseren Tisch und wollte uns das (sehr überteuerte und minimalistisch kleine) Abendessen aufzwängen. Da wir aber auswärts bereits gegessen hatten, blieben wir dabei, nur Cocktails zu trinken. Dies ging überhaupt nicht... sogar der Koch kam heraus, sämtliche Angestellten kamen heraus und behandelten uns wie Schwerverbrecher. Später kam auch nochmal die Managerin, bei der wir uns vorher vergewissert haben, ob das denn in Ordnung sei, wenn nur die Kinder noch etwas essen. Abends war es dann so, dass die Angestellten um 21:10 die Bar schlossen und die Gäste mit den Worten: "you go now, we close" herauswarfen. Dies ist uns an 3 Abenden passiert. Es waren ca. 6 Gäste da, die gerne noch etwas getrunken hätten. Das Frühstück ist sehr sehr übersichtlich. Es gibt jeden Tag dasselbe. Immer die selbe Salami und denselben bereits alten, angetrockneten Käse, der furchtbar aussieht. Am letzten Tag haben wir uns dazu entschieden, das Frühstück ausfallen zu lassen und woanders einzunehmen, da es wirklich eine Zumutung ist, wenn man morgens die vertrockneten Croissants vom Vortag erhält.

Très belle chambre au calme. La restauration est cependant minimaliste et très chère. La plage n'est pas praticable par forte houle. A noter la présence d'un arrêt de bus bien pratique juste à la sortie de l'hôtel.

The rooms smelled strongly of mold. In the dining room, we were rudely awakened as we drank water from a water dispenser at dinner. It's like we're criminals. Contrary to what they promised was no children's playroom, no spa . in one room, no hot water, the service in the dining room was slow, not full of trays that emptied, and it was disappointing compared to the price we paid

Muy dificil la comunicacion previa con el hotel. Estuvimos solo una noche porque llegabamos en el ultimo vuelo despues de un largo viaje y el hotel quedaba muy cerca del aeropuerto. El hotel es correcto, la habitacion era grande pero sin vista y el desayuno bueno (salvo q el jugo de naranja no era natural). Para pasar la noche, nos fuimos a la mañana siguiente, cumplio nuestras expectativas. Excelente recibimiento por parte del security a la noche.

Hôtel très cher pour le service. Accueil décevant, suite avec vue sur l’allée et vis à vis direct avec les autres chambres, les WC ne fonctionnaient pas. Petit déjeuner commence à 7h30 mais à cette heure il n’y rien de prêt ! Nous devions partir pour 8h à l’aeroport, que le buffet n’etait Toujours pas installé. Évidemment aucune excuse ni explications. Nous avons onc payé un service sans pouvoir en profiter.

C est un belle hôtel avec du personnel charmant Et serviable mais je met un gros bémol sur la propreté obligé d aller plusieurs fois à l accueil pour demander à ce que la chambre soit entièrement nettoyée ca Chez moi c est pas normal pour 4 étoiles de plus la plage et quasi impraticable beaucoup de rochers et très dangereuse pour ceux qui doivent restés à l hôtel c est dommage. Sinon je le répète le personnel et très sympathique et souriants

Bel établissement avec des chambres spacieuses et bien aménagées. Le personnel est très aimable. Belle petite plage et piscine convenable. Endroit parfait pour voir le coucher de soleil....

Wir waren im Rahmen von unserem "Inselhopping" für 4 Nächte im Castello Beach Hotel. Eine schöne Hotelanlage an einem wirklich sehr schönen Standabschnitt. Das Zimmer war viel größer als erwartet (eigentlich war es eher eine Wohnung). Am Hotel an sich haben wir nichts zu bemängeln. Hier wurden unsere Erwartungen erfüllt und wir würden auch wieder das Castello Beach buchen. Was allerdings noch sehr viel Luft nach oben hat, das ist der Service im Restaurant. Sehr unmotivierte Mitarbeiter. Die stehen sich lieber an der Theke die Beine in den Bauch, als dass sie mal aktiv auf die Gäste zugehen und nach Getränkewünschen fragen. Und sollte man Glück haben und ein Getränk bekommen - wohl auch, weil man sich selbst zur Theke bewegt hat - dann stehen die leeren Gläser auch mal gern 24 h am Strand rum, bevor sie weggeräumt werden. Im Grunde aber Pech für´s Hotel. Denn so bringen sich die Gäste ihre Getränke auch mal selbst aus dem Supermarkt mit.Das spart Nerven und auch Geld.
